Apparently they have been trying to contact me to give me the items but they claim they got no response. That’s funny because my phone didn’t work when you tried to call me to give me the items but now it works when you call and ask me to delete my review. Do not shop here.

We found the perfect couch at an industry price that was comparable to other stores. The cost included delivery and scotch guard. Unfortunately, when the delivery was made, the Scotch Guard had not been completed. It took them two weeks to send someone to complete the Scotch Guarding process on the piece. Additionally, on both deliveries the very nice and professional delivery guys did NOT wear protective masks.This is a locally family owned and operated outfit. They were very friendly and knowledgeable when we came into the store about what furniture catalogs would have the exact couch configuration we wanted and where to order that. They lose a star for a. not wearing masks during delivery and scotch guard, b. having to be called twice to schedule the scotch guarding, and c. not performing the scotch guarding before delivery.I would recommend them and purchase from them again.

The only reason I’m leaving a 3 star review was because I ended up loving the couch that we ended up getting. It’s beautiful and very sturdy and exactly what we wanted. But I feel like as if we weren’t being taken seriously as we (my boyfriend and I) walked around for almost 20 minutes without any assistance. And when we finally did get help, it felt as if he really didn’t care to help or wanted to even be there. I understand that it was a Sunday and it might have been slow but we we’re still customers. Every time we wanted a question answered, one of us had to go seek him out. It just felt very impersonal and as if he’d rather be anywhere but there.

Me and my husband went in first over the Christmas holidays and asked about flooring and was told the guy that does that was out and would give me a call to in the next couple days. No problem gave my name and number to the young guy. We went and walked around the store no one ever asked if they could help us. We left never received a call. So I went in today 1/20 asked for the person who did the flooring talked to him. He could only tell my the price varied and he would help find something in my budget. We set a time for 5 PM today for him to come and do measurements and bring samples. He said he would call about 10 minutes before coming. 5 oclock come nobody and no call. 515 nobody and no call. I called at 522 and hes still at the store. When I went to the store nobody was in the store shopping. All it takes is a phone call.
