The best shopping experience for me from start to finish.I’ve been in need of a new bed for a while now, and because of the line of work that I do; when I lay down I need to be comfortable. And because of the current mattress that I have, that’s not been the case.Upon my arrival to the store on yesterday (9/25), in Snellville, store #007109. I was happily greeted by Jacqueline, and she asked, how could she help me?I shared with her how as of late, I haven’t been able to get a good nights rest. She immediately showed me the different mattresses that were available, their functions, along with other accessories to compliment them (mattresses).Because of her knowledge and expertise of your product; I was able to pick the mattress that I needed. I made my purchase, and because of her kindness while in your store-I felt welcome and not “tolerated”.I’m being very specific in my review, because so often you hear of the negative of what people do and not enough of the positive.If I could give Jacqueline higher than 5 Stars I would. Please give her a big hug for me, and I hope that future customers can have a great shopping experience with her as I have.

Bought my purple mattress here. They had then on display and able to test before buy.Although be advised they dont honor the purple warranty sleep test.Always get help when we go in

Jacqueline and Alexander are two of the best salespeople Ive met with. I was at the store for over two hours trying out beds and asking questions and they were responsive, attentive, and made me confident in my buying with their educated and professional answers--I learned a lot! The store is clean and the selection is wide; I even tried beds that Id never seen before. Im pleased with the time and attention I was given and how much they seemed to care about my making the best choice for my sleep.

Alex S was our mattress expert in the snelleville location (near old navy) and he was knowledgeable, engaging and just overall a good guy. He showed us and taught us everything we need to know. The mattress we choose is amazing so comfortable and meets all of our needs. 10/10 highly recommend. Worth the price

Very disappointed! Dealing with Jacque, the “manager” has been an utter nightmare. I have back problems and have been using soft mattresses for comfort because a firm mattress leaves me feeling bruised. I went in to Mattress Firm on Scenic Hwy with my mother to purchase a new mattress. I was shown and demonstrated a very soft mattress. We bought it and I waited for delivery. The mattress they delivered is like a block of concrete. When I called the manager and Sales associate, I was treated and spoken to very condescendingly and argued with by their manager, Jacque (Jackie). The associate, Alex Scott made a mistake. Not hard to fix… Instead she chose to argue with me and said I should have double checked my receipt! She then told me, after I told her I was in severe pain, to use it for 21 days! Years of gymnastics has made my back almost impossible to ever sleep on anything even a little form. She then proceeded to tell me that the sales associate wasn’t there and that she is leaving for vacation for 10 and we couldn’t talk to them until she returned! I then asked her for the corporate number and she told me she could not give it to me and I could only call customer service! I am so disappointed and sore. This could have been an easy fix. I would NEVER ORDER A FIRM MATTRESS. I hope others read this. This is the absolute nightmare you wouldn’t wish on anyone. … and then refusing to give me their corporate number for help just shows you what kind of gratitude they have. PLEASE take your business elsewhere. I don’t know if all Matters Firm’s operate this way. I certainly hope not.

We signed a misquoted contract and we’re called back to the store to sign the updated quote and charge which was 2000 dollars more - so we had to downsize from our previous choice . They should have honored our agreement - they quoted us the wrong price . We knew what we wanted it should have been easy .I guess we could have argued and forced them to honor the quote they had us sign - and instead we got no “ break or discount “ for us having to drive back and end up with the lesser product because the price was misquoted - someone should make this right !!!!!!

Had a great experience! We spent a very long time trying out mattresses, leaving and coming back. They were very patient and knowledgeable.

Everyone there was extremely professional and helpful. My transaction was smooth and fast!! They even helped to keep my 2 year old entertained while I shopped. And to top it off...they escorted us to the door. This is what I call customer service!!!

Alexander Scott is very knowledgeable, considerate and patient. A joy to do business with!My wife and I went into the store last Sunday to pick out a new mattress. Alex first determined our needs and offered suggestions. He explained the benefits of each brand of mattress and the different adjustable bases. He also quoted us a really good price, adding free delivery and also our first set of sheets was free. We even got a mattress for our daughter who just moved into her new apartment.

Had a great experience after shopping around we came to mattress firm and it was quick he showed us some options and best part is we didn’t have to wait a long time for delivery!

We arrived an hour before closing but the salesman never rushed us and continued to encourage us to take our time...we did! I tried out each purple mattress quite extensively, but I was having difficulty deciding between two of them. He listened to what I was looking for and gave his advice about which one would be better suited towards my body and health needs. He even encouraged me to choose the cheaper of the two models as it would better suit my needs. Of course there is an in home trial period if I would decide I needed the other one. He was very pleasant and so kind in this crazy world we now live in. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this store and I would encourage anyone to try it out. Had a GREAT experience at this Snelleville Mattress Firm store! Our salesperson, Jaquie, is very knowledgeable about the each of the mattresses. After using MFs questionnaire to assess our sleeping needs, she recommended several mattresses for us to try. She gave us space to test each one well, answered our questions, told us about how the mattress performed - all with no sales pressure and a great attitude. She was able to do this while helping other customers in the store, making everyone feel comfortable. We had several mattress stores to visit, so she gave us a quote of our top mattresses along with her contact information. Second visit was the same. We double checked that we liked the mattress and spent nearly an hour testing others and the adjustable bases, while Jaquie managed three other customers. Very pleased with the service - hope the mattress and base lives up to our expectations!We chose a Beautyrest Pressuresmart Medium - it has a built in lumbar support. The adjustable frame brings the bed up to reading level and the feet to elevation to assist with back issues. A little pricey, but we hope to sleep better at night, which would make it all worth it.

I really enjoyed my time here! Donnovan was super helpful and didn’t rush my husband and I during our process. I can’t wait for my bed to come!I originally gave this location 5 stars but I now have to take them back unfortunately because I have discovered that they don’t keep their promises. I was told by Donnovan that the delivery guys would take away my old mattress and set up my new bed. When I received the information about the delivery I was shocked to see that it only has a door drop off. I called back and spoke to a woman who apologized and said that she would upgrade me to gold service which means that they would put my bed up for me and take away my old bed only to have them still just drop off my new bed! Nothing was changed in the system and there was nothing the guys could do! Now I have a fire hazard in my apartment with this bed and I have to get my husband who has back issues to figure out how he is going to not only get our current bed out of the apartment but put up the new one! I will never go back to this location. I feel lied to. The only reason why they are getting the one star is because they won’t let me post without giving at least one. I’m just done.

This store has a good quality of mattresses and great customer service. You want be disappointed.

I was highly satisfied with the service me and my husband received from Jacque. Her customer service was impeccable and I definitely wish the world was filled with people with her personality and service skills. Even though we were there after closing time, she didn’t rush me and my husband out the store and she stayed on the phone to make sure i purchased the mattress she showed me in the showroom. I grew up in Snellville and out of every place I’ve visited in Atlanta and Snellville area, I’ve never received this kind of service. I left pleased and happy with my purchase. Jacque is the best and me and my husband fell in love with her just from how sweet and helpful she was.

I got approved onlineI got an idea of what mattresses I wanted to try out and headed into the store. The first mattress was perfect, so I bought it on the spot, and got an amazing deal (Labor Day sales are great), but it still would’ve been a great price. I was in the store for maybe 10 min. They didn’t haggle me to buy more, and everything went so smooth and so quick! I am a very happy customer:)

Delivered my adjustable base first time no legs. Second time wrong remote and no protective cover, hopefully 3rd time will be a charm. Delivery team was very professional and not their fault that the wrong items were sent from the warehouse.

This has been my third time purchasing from this location within the last year, and Brandace (I Hope that’s how you spell her name) has been extremely helpful each time! I dont even want to give 1 star but it wont let me post without it. My husband and I have ordered our mattress back in August with an expected date of delivery Sept 6th. When it wasnt delivered, without even a courtesy call, we were told it had been pushed back to Sept 17th. Again, no courtesy call, and no delivery. When we called, we were told it had been pushed back to Oct. 12th. Well....still no delivery. And we are told yet again, it will be pushed back even longer; however, this time we were told they dont know when it would be available. We paid too much money, not to have our merchandise. As of today, we are STILL waiting, :(

Feeling Blessed!!! I went in last week to pay off my mattress and adjustable base. Come to find out they both were out so stock. So, Brandice Horne went out her way to call around a couple stores to find my mattress I purchased. But on the other hand the adjustable base was no longer available at all. She also went out her way making sure I left there happy. And I got an even better adjustable base for my troubles and my mattress was in stock at only one other location and it was one left.
