I shopped 3 different stores before deciding on this Mattress Firm. The sales reps were very knowledgeable about the different brands and what they had to offer. She even told me some good questions to ask at the next stores. I did consider sleep number but their products were much too complicated and while the beds last 25 years, the technology ages quickly. I stuck with the Tempurpedic brand. Mattress firm was a enjoyable shopping experience.

From the time that we walked into Mattress Firm until we departed, Trena was friendly, attentive, and kind. She greeted both my daughter and me with a smile and then put on her mask to service us. She reviewed several options so that we could determine the perfect style of mattress. Though she had to be reminded a few times that our preference was for the most economic option, Trena provided a level of service that should be recognized. Thank you for your service, Trena!

Really sets you at ease knowing you can change your mind if you need to. I dont think well need to. Cant wait to receive our new bed.

Me and my boyfriend went in originally just to look, but of ocurse they made it seem like it was such a great offer to pass up on. Me and my boyfriend really wanted to invest into a good mattress, well we spent $2000 on a Queen with a top and bottom adjustable for 500. However, on Black Friday, there was a flash sale and the EXACT mattress that was KING went $800 total. Jacqueline the sales associate who sold us the mattress stated they 100% had a price match guarantee. We then decided to switch our queen for a king since it was so much cheaper, however Jacqueline tried to tell us it may not happen since it was a flash sale. I then prove to them WITH SCREENSHOTS of a conversation I had with customer service saying they would price match it. In the midst of all of this, we exchanged the queen to king and only got back of a refund $200. The mattress is then delivered with NO ADJUSTABLE. There was zero CONVERSATION that we would not receive a king adjustable. STILL when we decide to go back to the store, Jacqueline was ZERO HELP. She states she is manager when that is not the case. I then got into contact with distract manager, I failed to remember his name, the lovely gentleman agreed we would do an exchange of the queen adjustable with a king. Jacqueline set this process up and of course failed. The adjustable was delivered and once we put it together then realize it is only a top adjustable while the distract manager told me we would get a top and bottom. I didnt even bother going back to the store because I would have never thought this process would be like this plus the adjustable is already put together, so I gave up. In conclusion, DO NOT GO TO THIS MATTRESS FIRM. AVOID JACQUELINE WHO DOES NOT CARE TO SATISIFY THE CUSTOMERS.

Donovan was really great and easy to work with. We had been searching for a few weeks looking for a new matress. Finally found the right one here. Donovan was super professional and made our decision very easy to buy from them!UPDATE as of 12/12/20We had bought a medium soft plush mattress originally and unfortunately its been hurting my back and need a firmer mattress. They gave us a 4 month return policy when we bought it. We went back and found a different mattress that is firmer and hopefully will be better on my back. Donovan helped us again and swapped out the new one for what we originally bought. The whole process took like 10 minutes and was super easy to exchange and have delivered. Thanks Donovan for taking care of us again! I will buy my mattresses from here for life! Excellent customer service!

The unhelpful salesperson acted as though he couldn’t be bothered with me. He claimed the beds on the website were different than the ones in store. Ok so show me a comparable mattress in your showroom. Claimed he never heard of the bed I saw on website. Barely made eye contact and was sitting behind his desk looking at his computer. I guess I was too old and boring. Never again! Ended up buying the bed I saw online for much less on Costco.com.

I gave this store five stars because of the initial representative. I believe his name was Donavan.In any event our mattress was scheduled to be delivered last Saturday the seventh. On that Friday morning I phoned the store to inquire about the status of the delivery. A woman answered the phone before I could completely ask my question I was interrupted and was told that someone would phone me between the hours of five and eight the day before. My response was hold on you didn’t even allow me to ask my question. This women continued being rude. I realized that the conversation was not going to result into my getting the status of the delivery. So I told the women that I would come to the store.Several hours later I arrived at the store the Snellville location and was not even greeted when I walked in. So I asked for the status of my delivery. After which I was informed that the mattress would be delivered on Sunday the eight.This was not an issue however, the rudeness of the representative increased. At one point she said you have no idea what I’m dealing with (I guess something personal). I responded with that’s not my problem. I then asked if there was a manager no one was available. I phoned mattress firm customer service and there was not a option to actually speak with a representative. Frustrated I just gave up.On Saturday the seventh I noticed I had a missed call from the store. It was the original representative stating that our delivery would not be on Sunday the eighth but rather the next weekend. No problem. I then wanted to explain my experience with the women I encountered on Friday. He said that he was with another customer and that he would get back with me. I assume he got busy and did not get a chance to phone me back.It’s Monday the tenth so I phoned the store four times and no one answers. It goes into some sort of voicemail prompt.In any event I wanted to update my five star rating to reflect what my current experience is.

The two people there were very friendly,the salesperson who i spoke to name was Trina and she was very professional and helpful and walked me through all the steps to make a great purchase. Thanks again.

We had a terrific experience! Our first order had a slight mishap with the medium getting inputted as a firm. We werent thrilled with the firmness, and the friendly and helpful staff immediately responded and exchanged the mattress for us. We are now sleeping comfortably in the perfect bed. Awesome experience at the Snellville Mattress Firm @ Barron’s Tower Place shopping Center! We purchased two mattresses and two box springs! Greg Hendry was very helpful in selecting mattresses for us to try based on our needs and budget! Then he gave us an amazing deal! The customer service was outstanding! Delivery was fast and professional! The delivery guys even helped me put the zip up mattress protector on the bed. We ended up needing to exchange the box springs for the low profile style and Mattress Firm made an even exchange and delivered them promptly! After 5 years of sleeping on a handy me down mattress, my partner and I finally decided to buy a new one. We came into the store not quite sure what we were looking for, however, Greg was great and helped us find the perfect one. He listened to our needs and showed us multiple options. We were considering a new bed, but just wanted to look and this place was the first we tried. The prices seemed reasonable, but boy, they latch on to you and work the hard sell. They offered what appeared to be a good deal (we had nothing to compare it to), but if you wanted it, you had to buy RIGHT NOW. Well, we werent ready and had to pry ourselves away. I dont know if all the Mattress Firms are like this, but I dont feel any great incentive to go back to this one.

Go to the Mattress Firm across from Target and see Greg. We were way past due at replacing our set (we bought previous for our tenth anniversary and celebrated 27 last month). Stopped at a competitor and did not want to go to a chain store but stopped in and were met on initial visit by Greg. Super professional, informative and patient. I stopped back by for a minute on another day and Alex was great to speak with. We came back for Labor Day sale and finalized selection with Greg after narrowing down options. Awesome purchase experience and new bed was delivered yesterday and old faithful hauled away. After many months of research and deliberation, I was more confused than ever on what mattress to purchase. You see... I suffer from neck and back pain and find it very difficult to get a restful nights sleep. Choices online had be like... definitely memory foam, no hybrid, no standard coil and so on and so on. We finally had enough and made a visit to the store where Greg met us at the door. With confidence he immediately started the process of fitting us with the right mattress. Never did we feel overwhelmed, pressured or questioned our choice of retailer. Even with a handful of customers, we never felt alone.
