Good selection.Lots of good USA made brands.Good service.Same low prices as you can find on the Internet.With Georgia charging sales tax on internet sales now, there’s no reason to not just buy in store.I got to try on my new boots before buying them, which was nice because I had to go through about 3 pairs to find the perfect one.

Everyone here is so friendly and willing to help. I brought my boots in to be stretched and the woman at the counter (didnt catch her name) helped me find Dusty. My fiance and I LOVED Dusty! He did an amazing job at stretching ny boots to where they were comfortable. When he stepped away he let us know that hell be right back. Amazing employees. Thank you Dusty!

So I ordered these boots from offline somewhere else and my order was completely messed up. With my engagement party approaching this weekend I freaked out. But after my fiance called here the young lady made sure a size 10 was available and put them to the side until we were able to get there. The customer service here was excellent and I would definitely recommend this location.Thank you guys for being so awesome !!!!

If I could give a zero I would. I had a credit from returning some boots to Horsetown and they refused to honor it. The store manager would not talk to me and said I should call headquarters. The number she gave me requires that you know the persons name or the extension which of course she had to know and did not share. Ugh.

Great customer service. Prices are competitive on most items, but a little higher on others vs competition. However they go above and beyond to help the customer.

Worst place!!! The sales people smother you. Not letting you pick out your own needs. All they care about is the sale!! No customer respect whatsoever. Followed me around like I was stealing. Wanted to exchange the boots and the cashier said go ahead and pick out your boots and come back then proceeded to tell me they would not exchange after letting me walk around for 30 minutes to pick something out. I will never shop here again!!!!

Customer service is non-existent. I was there twice in the last week and received the same greeting - NONE. Not once was I asked if I needed help and the girls working there are more interested in talking amongst themselves. The only friendly and helpful person was at the register, who couldnt leave her position to assist. If you want to shop self-service, then this is the place to go. This definitely is not the same shop from a few years ago!!

This place has a wide variety of everything western! The hats alone are stocked to the best quality you can find Andy where in the US. I came in to purchase my son his first cowboy hat and the gentleman in the hat section was so helpful. He knew so much about cowboy hats and quality! I really appreciate the service and learned so much! Thank you again sir!

I love this store. I always find good boots and they are never over priced. The only downside is there are always new people and new faces and they are super young and rude. The new buckle blonde up front did the absolute most by hitting on my fiancé right in front of me (rude) and then took a hit off a vape while checking us out. The younger generation needs to be trained on staying work professional with customers and employees. Other than that I recommended this store. Vapes should not be allowed while working. Especially around your customers.

Great customer service! I was in a bind and Veri was a godsend. I recently bought some Justin work boots in Dallas. I came to Atlanta to do a job and the lining came out in one of them. I barely got my foot out. I thought I was going to have to cut it off. I have to wear work boots for metal work so I would have had to buy new ones if I wasnt able to exchange them. I called Cavenders Horsetown and got Veri. She looked three times to make sure they had the right boot before i drove to Snellville. The boots were exchanged with no problem. I had my last pair of Justins last six years so was disappointed. But now Im back in business. Thank you soo much!

One of three locations around Atlanta. The best Western apparel store around Atlanta bar none. Boots, hats, belts, and anything else you need theyre going to have it. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about Horsetown. You owe it to yourself to check them out, you wont be disappointed.

Putting the Cavenders flare on a town staple in the world of western wear here in Locust Grove. Also, tending to the needs of riders...and their rides in apparel and tack.

They are in the middle of remodeling, could move to 5 star after the remodel is complete. Have to wait and see.

Got the most amazing boots ever for my self, got my husband and sons and the hatter went out of his way to explain alot to my son about hats that he will never forget, I did not expect to have such a memorable experience i will definitely be back even if i spend extra money due to girls on floor helped me extremely and my husband on finding the perfect fit for both of us did not rush through our visit and made sure we were happy with everything we were about to purchase and spending over 700 in one visit of items that will last us years i wanted to thank the employees on the floor and the hatter especially for all their great help

I have come to Horsetown with my Husband for years. We have never had any problems with any employee here until recently. Liz? I believe is her name full out flirted with not only my husband but 2 other guys while helping them. Asking how old they were and if they had Snapchat’s and trying to flip her hair in there faces.... When I needed help she totally ignored me but was all about the guys. It was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve had at this place. She was highly disrespectful and I kindly ask not to be helped by her next time. Employees here have always been respectful.

It is just different than it used to be. Came looking for boots and they didnt have near as many as they used to have. Didnt find what we needed.

Well, the website states they are open today (1/1/2021) but when I call nobody answers the phone. The recording states they are busy helping other customers, and then I get put on hold, only to waste my time. Im not driving 45 minutes to find out they are actually closed. They need to correct their answering service/machine, so that people are NOT inconvenienced. Its like they dont want the business. I guess Ill shop elsewhere from here on out because of this.

The gentleman working there heard how she was with us and came over to try and make up for it.. ya know give us some guidance as to what we needed. But it just left a bad taste in my mouth. My frnd needed to return some boots and they did everything they could to try and keep her money but in the end we got the refund. Great products but I didnt like the staff.

The store is definitely the best western apparel store and all of Georgia. I used to live down the street from the store and every time I walked in I always felt like I was m being greeted by family! The story legitimately has everything western related. From ball caps to cowboy hats to cowboy boots to jeans and shirts etc. this store legitimately has it all! The atmosphere in the store is one of a kind. Not only does the store make you feel at home, but you still get to feel that you are in the deep South full of people that truly do care about you. The staff that work at the store are unbelievably amazing! They have help me figure out what my boot size was as well as advise me on outfits for certain occasions! If you visit the store I promise you will not be disappointed!

We always make it a point to attend their annual customer appreciation weekend due to the generous discounts they offer. This year, I was able to score a pair of handmade Blackjack boots for less than 1/2 price!Highly recommended.

Love this company! Janna and other staff are fantastic. A snap busted off one of my shirts. We went back. The minute we went in the door they started helping to find a new one. I have problems finding comfortable foot wear due to a bunionectomy l had years ago. Horsetown, however went above and beyond my expectations when it comes to customer service. They never gave up on me! They stayed with me until we found the perfect pair of boots!! I couldnt be happier!!

When we walked in we felt very welcomed. The sales people was very very helpful, my husband was looking for a belt they didnt have it but took the time to call another store and have it sent over to the story.
