The worse costumer service ever the cashier was really terrible and made at me just because I asked a price

Terrible Customer Service. I ordered a pair of shoes over 2wks ago and After several unanswered Calls to the store I Had to call Corporate to find out my Shoes had Actually Arrived a Week Ago! When I arrived at the store and Spoke to The Manager. She was Very Rude and Was Reluctant to provided ANY APOLOGY OR EXPLANATION AS TO HOW OR WHY THIS MAJOR DELAY HAPPENED. THE SHOE BOX WAS BEAT 🆙 if my son didnt Need those Shoes for School I wouldve been Getting a REFUND After That. Nevertheless These Are The Faces that Are Representing these Multi Billion Dollar Businesses that they Love To Hire and Keep on Pay Roll. If youre Burnt Out JUST LEAVE!!

Great store but service was poor. No greeting when walking in. The employees were not helpful or friendly. I actually didnt know who they were as they were whispering and laughing amongst themselves while blocking the aisles. Poor reps for the store and overall uninviting to me

The staff was rude and the service was horrible. Simple questions had to be asked multiple times and while checking out the cashier couldnt be bothered to end a personal phone call to serve customers.

Nice prices but a little tricky on the BOGO deal so make sure to match the right shoes together! Customer service was good & I was able to buy 2 pairs of shoes for under $140 😎!

Found what we needed for my son. I wish they carried more wide sizes for men in store but my son was happy and so am I.

Busy associate helping customers and keeping store looking presentable doesnt always have a clear view of counter when someone is ready to check out. I would suggest a polite little bell to let staff know you are ready rather than making customers wonder isles or in my case call the store to get attention brought to counter area. Very pleasant staff, she caught someone switched sizes for one pair I got so I dont have to come back with a return! Good sale going on. Found what I was looking for quickly and in my size which rarely happens for me.

Hello recently I visited this establishment to buy a pair of loafers for my husband; I was appalled by the amount of customers that were allowed to enter the store without any mask or gloves, not only that their are no staff checking the customers temperatures. I suffer from leukemia this virus is very critical towards my health, imagine your own mother in this situation would you like to catch Covid and possibly pass away due to neglect by a public establishment? I would like to add on why are there so many employees in the store? Why is no one 6 feet apart? This is a health code violation waiting to occur.Sincerely,Barbara Feuler

Only my take. They seem to have a good selection of shoes, but does not have size 14 anywhere. Dont bother if you have big feet.Granted, they will offer to order you something, but Im not committing to shoes I cant try on.If you have tiny feet, this is the store for you

Worst customer service in a long time. I came in on. Sunday afternoon there was no one in the store with the exception of two employees. I told the manager Jasmine I needed to return two pairs of shoes. The second employee rolled her eyes and walked off. Jasmine then rudely asks for the receipt which I had. Then tells me it cannot be refunded because I paid online. Huh? I had only just received the shoes the day before and they didn’t fit. I kindly asked for a manager she told me “that would be me”. Again extreme attitude. After about 10 minutes is back and forth she finally refunded me via cash. Awful customer service. I’ll try another store next time.

Great selection of shoes for people or all shapes and sizes. The employees were very nice and greeted us when we entered.The only thing that was difficult to find was the actual store. The map was showing that they were further down Scenic Hwy, when that was indeed false. I suggested an edit on the maps.

This store always has the items that I want in my size! Theres always good deals on sneakers too!! I mean, where else can you get two new pairs of Nike shoes for $100??? I got two pairs of Adidas shoes at a rack room shoes for $100 as well. I mean, considering the cost of brand name shoes these days, thats unheard of and a huge steal if you ask me

The two women working today, 11/8 at 12:30p, have no personalities. Theyre so dry...not warm and friendly. No smile. They just look at you like youre the crazy one. It was weird. I wont be back.

The quality of the shoes bought from here has declined and is worst than payless shoe store. Im very disappointed with my purchase. Thankfully I didnt leave the store before trying on my shoes because it would have been the 2nd time I bought shoes from here and they were below quality for the price. Will give a second thought before returning.
