How I hate shoe shopping. I have a big and wide feet so very difficult to find anything that fits. I also do not want any leather or suede. Mission (almost) Impossible. Fortunately for me Roman was there and more than willing to help me. She was very knowledgeable about the inventory and was bringing me lots of options. Happily I was able to find not only a pair of hiking shoes that fit but also got a great deal on socks (that actually fit my big feet). I really appreciated all the help - and I love my new shoes. 👍

We found my granddaughter 2 pair of sneakers on sale! Mission accomplished. The staff was friendly. I had one question and the young man answered it. The 2 stars reflects my experience at the cash register. I dont know if the young lady was having a bad day or what the issue was, but it was so negative I felt that I had to write a review. I am 57 years old. I havent shopped in shoe carnival in a while and I noticed as we were walking in that Tuesdays are Senior days. Seniors were defined on the window as 55 and above; 10% off. I told the cashier that I was over 55 and asked if she needed to see id. She said she thought it was 65 and older. I told her no, it was 55. I then walked back and checked the door and said, yes, 55. After she charged us the full amount for the first pair of shoes even though the sale price was on the shoes, she then looked at her colleague and asked him if the age for seniors was 55 or 65....with me standing right there after I told her what her sign showed!Extremely rude and unprofessional!

Very helpful employees that helped size my growing 6, now 7 year old daughters feet for shoes that she can wear and also have some time to grow into. I had a very good experience as did my daughter, whom I took there so she could pick out shoes she liked for the upcoming school year and also as a birthday present. She loved shopping there as much as I did and we also picked out some great shoes for my son who will be 5 in October.

Busy, crowded, on a Saturday afternoon. It was really difficult to shop. You needed to know what you wanted and go straight to it as best you could. Great selections. However, popular sizes difficult to find.That is a larger supply issue everywhere.The prices are competitive. If you are a common size you may have issue finding your size.

Good selection. Husband bought some shoes and they started to fall apart within 24 hrs. ( manufacturing defect) and they let him return them and get a different pair. Employees were friendly and helpful. Place was super busy because of back to school shoppers but they still kept the store clean and picked up and they got the line gone quickly at the register. Would HIGHLY recommend. All over a great experience. Thanks!

I went to the website and saw a super good deal for a pair of dress shoes. After visiting another shoe store and not finding what I wanted, I called the Shoe Carnival store and asked about the shoes I saw online and if they had them in my size. It was confirmed on the phone, so I went other there, found the shoes (which looked just as awesome in person), and bought them for a super good price. Quick and easy

Went to purchase a pair of shoe for my wedding, but they didnt have my Size. The sales person was kind enough to order them from their warehouse and ship them to me. The shipping was fast BUT the pair that I received were used. I was able to return them for full credit & $5 off my next purchase, but still very disappointed.

Love going here. Jay was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our needs. He helped us last time when we were at our whits end trying to find a pair that would fit over my sons orthotics that wouldnt trip him up. Today he was just as great informing us to look for shoes with stitches in the toe so they wouldnt fall apart as easy (his last pair is still in good condition and these new ones are for without orthotics). As always, we will be back.

The staff was friendly at the cash registers and held an item for me. Did not see much staff on the sales floors so it took me a minute to find the shoes I was looking for. My wife bought a second pair for 50% off and we or able to use a $10 off coupon.

Very kind employees. If you dont have a coupon they usually will spot you a 10 percent. Also sign up for their awards program its free and helps you earn great discounts.

The shoes were good. This location didnt have my size but the representative called all the locations to check if my size was available, when it was, she had them hold the shoe for me. This place was very helpful in me getting the shoes that I wanted.

Shoe carnival is pretty cool place if you are shopping for yourself or another adult. I feel they need more of a variety of shoe selection for toddler boys

Its expensive but the aisles are easy to navigate. Had no trouble finding the right size.

I saw a variety of shoes I wanted to purchase on the Saturday I visited but this store was entirely too hot. I felt like there was no air conditioning on at all. I began to sweat as I tried on shoes and had to abruptly leave. Jeeez. They need to do something about that.

Lots of shoes here but no help to find the ones I needed on Dec 12 at 2:45pm. The three employees on the floor were busy chatting amongst themselves and wouldnt assist me even though I was standing tight there. Went 5 doors down to the Target and spent my show money there instead. Kinda sad that they dont offer customers help here at this Shoe Carnival.

Great service, I called ahead to see if they had a certain size shoe size I could exchange them. When I got to the store they had the shoes I need on hold at the front counter. They got me in and out in no time.
