I love visiting my local Publix Supermarket. The produce, meat, and seafood are always fresh. I especially enjoy buy one get one free on Thursdays. The cashiers are always pleasant. The best thing about Publix is the deli! ♥️

Meat is always nice and red. The butcher will cut meat for you. Employees are always helpful and nice. The deli needs work. Seafood section has variety. Store is neat and clean. Prices reasonable. Always have what I’m looking for.

Store is always clean & stocked. During peak hours theres a wait at the register but it moves pretty fast. My favorite Publix location thus far.

Customer service is always great. Theyre very helpful inside and outside the store. Prices are a little high but its worth it for the quality that you get.

Good selection and quality of food snacks beverages and everything else I need it for my journey. Plus, the price was right and the checkout was pleasant. Go there you will be pleasantly surprised, too.

There was an incident that I experienced in the store and store manager Eric was attentive to my needs and made the experience very positive and was a true gentleman by being caring and thoughtful and considerate.

I love Publix . Theres always Customer Satisfaction at this store. Employees like their job and it shows by how they treat the customer. Prices are a little higher but it is worth it. They dont leave you in a long line waiting to get out the store.

No point in doing a deli online order. Get here and nothing in the Pickup area for online orders...wait 15mins AFTER estimated ready pick up time to find out subs still havent even been made...now it looks like to the long line of people waiting that I have just cut in front of everyone...ugh. Sorry Publix family. Not my fault. Looks like Publix needs to staff more people in the deli area at high traffic times or not accept online orders if they are this busy. Frustrating.

Oh boy! My neighborhood PUBLIX is going to poot! So sad to write this review, because i USED to enjoy my neighborhood Publix. Friday evening, dinner time (around 6ish) your hot buffet is bare). Your workers are soooo aloof, do you have any hot chicken in the oven.... Workers reply, Uhhh do we got chicken? Another worker replies, nope, thats all wr got. OK so we stand there, 17 mins to hear, you are unprepared AGAIN for your customers. It seems this new staff of folks dont seem to care. I may need to buy dinner IN THE MORNING! So we left and went to another grocery chain! Bad business Publix! 😡

Everyone was awesome with the exception of the woman working the register at the Pharmacy counter. She was a bit rude as well as snide when people asked simple questions. Of it were not for her, I would give 5 stars. The man who checked out our groceries as well as the actual pharmacist were delights. All employees otherwise encountered were great.

This store reminds me of shop n stop in a cheaper way not bad. Well lite, stocked shelves, clean, polite, great customer care, very helpful they will assist u to the car. They hire the disabled as well( remember every disability u cannot see) n I think hiring them is awesome so big up to the store. I know sometime the government has agreements with some stores to hire but if ur doing it on ur own thats a great thing👍

Very poor customer service from the Manager there tonight I went in to get a ice cream cake for my baby birthday, had them open it and wrote my baby name on it, some how getting to the cashier looking at the cake I notice on one side it seem the chocolate from the cake had melted and then was left to be freeze again. So one side of the cake looked kinda melted. Showed the cashier and it was rather kind a late she said she could call the manager he stood one cashier away and said oh those cakes are always made and stays frozen. So what would have take. From him to just take a look at the cake nothing, but he didnt even came to see it just dismissed us disrespectfully at that.

Yesterday! Insult from the Manager- JuanMy son went the store that morning to inquire about his application. He was told the manager was not in, to come back within 30 mins to a hour. He has come to that particular location for over a couple of months. Every visit either the Supervisor are all there at once or not at all. I dont know why they are schedule to be off at the same time. However, This day I told him to call before we went to the store because we were in route to make sure he was there. He gets the manager Juan on the phone, told the manager he was checking on his application, the manager asked him about which positions did he apply for, my son explained to him the position and said he was 15 yrs old to make him aware for the position he maybe qualify for at his age. So the manager replied to come to the store to see him, My son said I am here and he replied WHY ARE YOU Calling me On the Phone You Weirdo! AND HUNG UP. I thought that was unnecessary and inappropriate coming from a Supervisor. I went into the store to speak with Juan to let him know why he called him on the phone and that wasnt necessary to name call and hang up in his face. That made me think that he is probably speak to other young employees in that matter. Jobs are hard to come by at this time in a Pandemic and Some Supervisors get in these positions and feel like they can talk to people any kind of way. Customer Service needs to be Internal just as well as external! He needs to be a little humbling and to know that you treat people the way you want to be treated, Im sure that he wouldnt want for some to speak to his children that way. People all was assume and thats why his reaction was instantly negative. My son really wanted to work there be I had to explain to him that you dont want to work and give your sweat and tears to someone who belittles you, Because these managers forget they cant do a job by themselves it take a team.

People arent as nice at this publix as they are at other locations.

The people that work at this location are always helpful and friendly. They greet customers even in the aisles and always ask if you need help. I have never had a bad experience visiting this particular location. I will continue to shop here.Also their store is usually stocked and very clean .

Over price but location is great

When u put in a order for a sub online and u show up 45 min later when u say thats when u want the sub and the order is sitting in a pile of receipts and pushed off to the side that makes me upset. Online orders should be just as much a priority as the customer in front of u.

I go to Publix Supermarket for quality fresh produces, fruits, meats and the bakery. I rate their customer service #1 bar none and the friendliest. All the stores are clean. Way to go #teampublix #publix.

There was a little bit of a wait to get our sandwiches made, but the sandwiches are definitely worth the wait!

This is a good location. During the beginning of the pandemic when Walmart down the street was sold out of everything, they still were stocked on most things and anything they werent they went out of the way to help customers find alternatives and to double check in the back for possible extra stock. Friendly with good customer service.

I love their birthday cakes. They always do a great job, even when its last minute.

Publix always keep up good standards. They are higher in their goods prices than their competitors though.

Do NOT pre-order subs online from here. Workers are highly incompetent and do not know how to read. I wrote “please put all sauces on the side.” Instead I was given a sandwich that was half soggy and absolutely disgusting.

This past Sunday, my husband and I stood in line for 30 minutes waiting for our subs to be made. We were so frustrated, but decided to just wait it out. Thankfully, it was worth the wait! The subs were delicious! It was so good, I decided I had to have another less than 48hrs later. This time, I ordered and paid online. I picked up my sub with absolutely no wait time. However, this time the sub was cold and didnt have all the ingredients I ordered! 😳

Always clean, associates are very helpful and theres always a lane open and ready to check you out.

We always shop here because they have a great quality of meats and vegetable. The also have great seafood. Mostly I can find everything I need for what ever meals.

The worst Publix I ever been too. Their deli is always slow and workers with bad attitude especially the one blk guy. Publix is known for its Great over all service. I feel extremely disappointed that in a blk neighborhood I cant get the great service that Publix is known for after several visits. Smh

Hard to get in and out because people are parking in the no parking zone. This is when you first enter the parking lot. People park next to the store in just sit there by the no parking zone.

The bakery department is terrible having a Random employee named Kim answering the phone and giving misinformation and when you ask for the bakery manger you get someone with a attitude and hung up on after you ask for their name, also speaking to the General Manger Juan, who is not trying to assist with your complaint but having a venting session about store issues, that has nothing to do with you as you are the customer who wants him to investigate an employees conduct. I would go to the Publix on scenic hwy as they have better service.

Ordered online order was to be ready in a hour. Food order was not ready for pickup at 6pm Subs were not fixed correct for toppings neither did they give any condiments. The 6 subs I ordered one Italian sub has a cut glove on the sandwich a glove finger was cut into the sandwich meat. 🤢 I want my money back and this is a disgrace and unsanitary. Publix supermarket will be unpleased with this I know. This is the second time I have ordered online from two different publix supermarket and order online not ready or correct to order. Look at the plastic glove on top of the meat.

Consistently one of the worst publix Ive ever been to, even in different states. I feel so adamant that Im leaving a negative comment and I never do that. But its around the corner so I go here regularly when too tired to drive farther and am reminded why I drive farther

They had the cauliflower bites Ive been waiting for, been wanting and live to eat. Ive been well for 470 days on the cauliflower diet that Ive gone skiing in the mountains. I went kayaking for Memorial Day Weekend. Im rock climbing today while training for the Triathlon.

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries online, but a portion of them were sold though I arrived during my aloted timeframe. I was frustrated, but they offered to make a new batch in 15 minutes. I agreed. It seemed sooner than 15 minutes and they looked and tasted super delicious.

Very large, spacious, and Clean store. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Da-Cor at Deli/Take-Out assisted me with some chicken tenders After the station was already shut down for the night. He approached me and offered to when I responded that I was looking for chicken tenders. I didnt feel that he had to do that - and really appreciated it - as he and others were amidst a busy cleaning operation. Excellent above and beyond service by ~Da-Cor and others.

Only 2 lines open. The line went all the way down the isle. Usually they are good with opening lines. They did not at this location.

Its a decent location to shop atThe people are friendly. Produce can be 50/50 everything else good quality. What you expect to find in the grocery.

Very polite staff. Their customer service never fails to impress me, they are so kind! Theres almost never a line on the cashier, I always feel safe and welcomed there. The only downside is that their products are a bit expensive, but they are of better quality.

Priciest among competitors, front line store workers good to very good. Shopped with store since it opened. Managers over past 4 years seemed very protective of corporate/bottom line than customer service. Store management never staff store during peak shopping periods. Lines are long, online ordering times are not able to be met. I assumed it was money grabbing corporate executives pressuring store managers to operate skeleton crews to ensure their huge bonuses. I am personal friends with a 20 year Publix manager at different location. Friend advised me staffing is left up to store managers to properly staff store each day/time. I can stand in long line at Aldi & get cheaper prices & just as quality products.

We went for 2 items and they didnt have either of them, very disappointing.

I love Publix, but this is the most unsatisfying one Ive ever been to. Id like to give it more stars, because its clean and the cashiers are nice. Its the deli that makes me dislike it. Please give them more staff here! They hardly have food on the warmer, and their line for subs is always long. Ordering online isnt that much helpful either. They are very popular in this area, and need help. Also, the bogos are a huge hit here, and people clear out shelves, maybe restock them so you can make more money, and the rest of us can have some deals too. This is a busy Publix.
