Another nice Publix store. Costs a bit more than the competition, but a much better shopping experience and REAL customer service (and _actual_ cashiers) make this much better, faster, and less frustrating than shopping elsewhere. Also, their food just seems better quality, but maybe thats just halo effect from the better overall experience. If it costs a few extra percent, its certainly worth it.

I just love your deli/restaurant/bakery. Your food is so delicious. Its a bit pricey but the quality is second to none especially your sub sandwiches and chicken. Delicious 😋

This has almost nothing to do with Publix Super Market in Presidential Market Center but, there was a shopper in the store tonight with her young son who looked about 6 or 7 years old. She made him carry 2 boxes of chicken broth, a large bottle of Crisco Vegetable Oil, and aluminum foil, without a basket. He was having a lot of trouble holding onto the items which were heavy and unwieldy. Instead of getting a basket or cart to put the items in she scolded him repeatedly and threatened him every time an item slipped from his tiny fingers. I didnt confront her which I regret, but I was and am still bothered by her behavior and lack of parenting skills. She ruined my shopping experience in this very well laid out store with friendly and exceptional employees.

I had a great experience at this Publix. I always go to get fruit and snacks. The customer service level is great. People are friendly and dont mind helping.

Im pretty sure their cart attendant went into my car and took something that didnt belong to him. But they have no parking lot cameras. Shop at your own risk.

Employees are happy. It really is a pleasure to shop at Publix. In general if I need something or engage in conversation, I always have their undivided attention. I have respect for the employees, this represents quality and it shows.

Chidiebube has EXCELLENT customer service and a can-do attitude. He goes as quickly as he can and keeps a great attitude even when things are hectic in the deli area. Publix you need to get him some adequate help for him! He works very hard. Destiny the cashier could give better customer service & not seem irritated to work the cash register. Other than that the store is always clean & employees are kind!

This store is well organized, well stocked and always clean. There is always someone around to help when you need it. The people at the cash registers are always polite and always ask if you would like help to your car with your groceries. The shopping experience is the best in town.An added bonus is that the rest rooms are always clean!

Giving Publix 5 stars despite a troublesome visit BECAUSE its 2021 and EVERYONE is experiencing staffing issues beyond belief. Theyre doing their best, and the managers are working harder than ever - hands on to help out. Give em a break for at least a year.

One of the best managed Publix in the area. I live in Hamilton Mill and when I visit my in laws in Lawrenceville, this is the Publix I use.

Great supermarket. These guys have everything you need, and are well organized. This location stocks a wide variety of root beers, which is great. The people are friendly and efficient. They do not have self checkout.

Ive always had friendly service at Publix. My one complaint is they no longer give rain checks for sold-out sale items. I made a trip especially for such an item and was disappointed to be told this at the customer service counter, with no offer to check in back to see if they had more.

The store Manager was very helpful when the 2 drugstore employees ignored me and then dismissed me. I just had major surgery and I only needed the help with one simple question. Where is the sinus nasal mist? Now mind you the employees only needed to acknowledge me which shouldnt have been hard since I was the only customer and I wouldnt be this upset!!!

Although only item I wanted was sold out, the customer service manager helped find the item at another store in the district. Great customer service and store looks and feels very good.

We were looking for tarragon vinegar. They had 3 bottles left we were able to get them for my diet. Thank you.

Publix is without question the best of the best when it comes to customer service. Some departments are limited in choices specifically international products. Weirdly enough, they have the best bagged ice.

Avoid if possible! All 3 womens stalls out of toilet paper RIGHT now. Floors but clearly marked at registers reminding people to socially distance. People definitely need a reminder here. People are standing on top of each other to check out. The parking lot is packed. The store is busy. Checked out and had the same lady who jumped in front of me (very...too close) at the refrigerated cheese section stand 3 in from me in the checkout line. I tried to let cashier know. She ignored me or pretended not to hear.

Always has a full parking lot but its not overly crowed.the customer service desk is never backed up where you have to wait over 3 minutes.ive waited in line at Kroger for as long as thirty minutes to get a money order trying to be a loyal customer and do all my shopping needs at one place but with Kroger its just not possible.no matter how you want to be loyal the customer service line is just not worth waiting on no matter what you want there is always a 15 to 30 minute wait for the services then when you leave you question yourself why did I wait that long.i know this sounds petty but it really isnt.kroger may have cheaper prices but the service is always and I mean always sub standard.leaving me with the old words..you get what you pay for..good shopping to you.

I visited Publix’s today at 2:15 pm 11/05/20. My cashier name was Stephanie, she never spoke to me and when I went to grab my receipt she dropped it on the counter as if she didn’t wanna touch me. I watched her speak to the woman behind me in line but she never spoke one word to me. The person that bagged my groceries name was Chris, he was very pleasant with excellent customer service.

Thank you for the best service! Feeling me so comfortable in ordering cake anytime. I still remember my sons first birthday party was awesome as everyone how much they love the taste of cake. I have always went for birthday cake. This time I wanted Galaxy/space themed cake. It turned so good that everyone complimented on cake once again. I order it Friday Morning 17th July and the lady i cant remember her name it was tall white lady i believe Kayla the manager. I dont your name I am sorry but honestly you definitely did an awesome job. Thank you sooo much for such a wonderful service.

Never had an issue with any Publix until this afternoon. Walk in to grab an item, a single item. I decide to use the “UNDER 10 ITEM” checkout register lane. Lady in front of me has 24 water bottles and some remainder items left in the cart. Proceeds to take the better part of 10 minutes to discover how much the item costs, the deal Publix was running, etc. Then the cashier ends up needing a void due to over scanning.The point of the under 10 is for those who have under 10 items, not for those who have over 10. Defeats the purpose, frustrates your customers.

Just a grocery store nothing big

Publix is my favorite store for grocery shopping here in Georgia. They always provide great customer service, great deals, and a nice and clean environnement.

They are short staffed at the deli.Always any time I come in I wait in line for over 10 mins. They need more people or a way to call for back up. 2 people only at the sub counters. wastes my whole lunch break in line. Bad management.

I sought out my new grocery store when we moved here 5 years ago. I have always liked Publix because of how they treat their customers, so I tried this one. It is a great store with very personable employees. While other grocery stores in the area seem to feel like they are doing me a favor by existing, this Publix and their employees go the extra mile to make me feel valued and I appreciate that.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a Publix. Went to the deli to get sliced meat with only 1 person in front of me. 15 minutes later I still hadnt received service so I called the store and spoke with the customer service manager. Managers came and apologized but i still didnt receive help until 8 minutes after. 23 minutes to receive service with only 1 person in line is unacceptable.

They need to do better in the deli and chicken area because the wait time is ridiculous. They MUST do better.

Publix Bakery to the rescue!Our dogs got out of their crate and destroyed our daughters cake for her 4th birthday! Its the first year she knew that her birthday meant she was gonna get cake and she was so upset when our dogs messed it up.Enter our hero, the Publix Bakers! They replaced it, and had absolutely no reason to do so! But they made our day and made our daughters year!Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

This place is amazing. They are consistently great at providing good customer service. I love coming here. The store is so well organized and clean and they have the best staff. I do have to mention one thing about their deli section. That section can be a hit or miss. Some items are not made properly but that may depend on how experienced their staff are and how often those items are requested.

I just left 9/22/19 @ 3:30pm.Kudos to the produce department. They cut up my cucumbers and tomatoes for me. Im disabled and can only use one arm. I really appreciate that!.I will definitely come back to this location.
