I absolutely love this place! Being only handy when I have to be, I truly appreciate the great work ethic and willingness to accept my nonworking electric lawn mower, replacing the batteries (which required acquiring a special tool to open the lawn mower on their part) and taking care of the job. They replaced my battery in my phone and did an awesome job!!

Refuse to honor warranty without a 24 hour test of battery. I had a reputable shop check the car yesterday. The results of their test of the battery are below, it is a bad cell and needs to be replaced. We purchased this $278 battery from Batteries Plus 11 months ago. The BP stores test today showed good -needs recharge. Clerk said maybe the car alternator is bad. Repair shop said alternator is fine (wouldnt the shop want to sell me a new alternator?) and the battery is the issue. I talked to BP manager, Sam, who again suggested a problem with the car itself or that we were not driving the car often enough. Anything but Batteries Plus honoring their warranty. I called the corporate office and was told the testing process is required for the warranty. I could buy the same type of battery to use in the car for now while they test the old one and if the old battery tests bad, they would give me a refund. Or I can remove the battery myself to bring in or leave the car there for 24 hours. Seems like a scam to get a customer to invest in another battery from BP and then after 24 hours, customer will be told it is NOT a manufacturer defect and sorry no refund. The corporate office says if battery is below 10 volts the warranty is void because we did not take care of the battery. The battery should be on a charger if the car is not driven for 3 days or more. Strange how all the car batteries I have had since 1980 did not require such tender care and in cold climates. Batteries Plus just does not want to honor their warranty and stand behind their products.UPDATE - We left the battery at the store about 5:30pm yesterday. The gentleman who removed the battery from the car was very helpful. I received a call this morning about 10:20am saying the battery would not fully charge so they would give us the warranty replacement. Sam apologized for us having to leave the car but that it is the policy. It was not leaving the car so much that bothered me as being told it could be the car despite it having been at a mechanic or that we were negiligent. I have changed the review from 1 star to 3.

If you want to recycle your batteries...go to another location (a much friendlier location) were youre not interrogated to do so. Clerk was a jerk about it. So I drove to another location and recycled without any problems. I will definitely drive the extra miles to make a purchase too.

Haven’t visited batteries + in years. I didn’t realize they cut keys. Went to-look for a battery for my sons RC. Ended up getting keys cut for my wife car. And going back to get a spare for my truck. Excellent customer service

I found them to be very expensive. The black haired Latino lady begins the desk seemed more annoyed at having to be there then one might think.The only good thing about the whole trip was that she was sure to remind me that i could simply go to YouTube and watch how to do everything.I went to my car...looked up the instructions on my phone on how to swap the battery in my wifes phone...ordered one on line....and Im changing it myself.

I scheduled an appointment and they took care of me. You can tell the business is run well because everyone Ive met has been happy at work. The young lady who answered the phone could use some work in customer service. I let her know that I was picking up an online order. She didnt ask my name but said a name. It wasnt me so I clarified my name and she put me in hold. When came back she said yes we have it and I said Im waiting on curbside. Then she brought the order out with no bag and said thank you. 🤔 speechless

A specialty shop that does not carry specialty bulbs and then wanted to charge the customer $12 for shipping; although the manager was going to decrease it to $5. Also, the bulbs would not be available for 5-6 days. I want to support local, but Amazon wins again. Cheaper price and will have it in a day or 2 with Prime. Online ordering was easy. Lady at the store was friendly professional and took care of my order quickly. She took my broken shell and transferred the insides to the new shell and gave it to me as well as returned my broken shell to me with receipt and that was that. The associate hustled me. She wouldnt tell me if they carried the battery for key fob. Said it had to be opened. Then after opening charges 11.99 but battery cost 7.99 for 2. She obviously had replaced key fob batteries before and could have given the option that made more sense and would have been more economical.

Went there with a cracked iPhone 8+ front glass. I had T-Mobile jump so I wanted to make sure the repair would be perfect before spending $120 on a repair. They claimed it would be perfect. I agreed to let them fix it and Let them sell me a $20 screen protector. Got back there to pick up after repair and was told they broke my proximity sensor. They would call me when they got one in. After leaving I noticed my home button was slightly raised and not flush as it should be.The next day they called with the replacement proximity sensor so I went back and also mentioned the home screen button being raised slightly. I told them I’m probably trading it in with Jump if they can’t fix the home button too so don’t put on the screen protector if they can’t fix the home button. They said they would just give me the protector for nothing for my trouble.I get back there for pickup after the proximity sensor replacement and the button is still high. I asked about it and he tells me he didn’t even try to fix it because I said I was trading it in! So I leave my phone there a third time. When I get back the home button is fixed but now they want to charge me $22 for the screen protector. I complained but they said I changed my mind on trading it in and had to pay. So I paid, but I’m definitely never going back there again.

These guys are awesome! Brought in a yard sale find toddler car that needed a new battery, and I had no idea if I could even get it working again. They went above and beyond to get it up and working and even soldered some connections. My son was ecstatic with his like new car. These guys deserve your business!

Ordered online. From the time I arrived till I left with the new battery installed was about 20 minutes. The employees were courteous and helpful. The price was good. They also have motorcycle and other batteries, about any kind you can think of. They also make key fobs much cheaper than the car dealers. Ill be back.

My wife and son were in this site on Monday May 6, 2019 and were charged $15 to dispose of a cell phone battery. Most places like Best Buy have boxes where you can dispose any type battery free. What a rip-off

When I had my service at this store, it was more than a letdown. This store does NOT even deserve the 1 star that Google forces to give. They put on cheap after market/non OEM screen.. the junk screen they put on has burned-in spots in the white areas. They left loads of dust under my front camera. Few days later the screen cracked again because its low quality glass non oem! Overall horrible experience here and even worse customer service! Never again would I ever recommend this service to anyone! Paid 200+ for new screen just to receive garbage!Avoid the headaches and take it to a repair shop that actually values their customers!

Just figured out how to do a review. I wanted to THANK the men at Batteries Plus for helping our neighbor with a dead car battery last Sunday, late afternoon. They went above and beyond any customer service i have seen in a long time, especially ZACH! I bought the battery online to pick up, but when I got there it was a bait & switch. They said they did not have the battery I bought online, but had a similar, more expensive one! Shame on you.

I put the order in online and in less than 5 minutes got an email saying I could pick it up. I went to store and they found the order quickly. It was a very pleasant experience and easy.

IPhone 6plus had a broken screen. I called and they told me they could get it done and it would take about 1-1.5 hours. I dropped it off at 5pm and they called at 5:45 to let me know it was ready for pick up. The guys were professional and friendly and had a great sense of humor. The price was better than other places and they even told me about a coupon I get to save money on the repair. They are thorough and price was very fair. I will use for other repairs and purchases in the future.

I needed a battery for my phone that was completely dead. The battery was quickly replaced. The young man was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. I will always go back.

They PROGRAM CAR KEYS nowfor much less than the dealer. Its 40 to 50 for the key to be cut and programmed but you must have at least one key . I dont think they can do it from no key. As always the staff were very helpful. One thing l did was lookup online on their website for rhe type of battery needed and found the keast expensive one before visiting the store. According to several studies the more expensive name brand batteries are not really better than the off brand ones. Talking about alkaline batteries in this case.

If I could award less than this, I would. I stopped by on Sunday at around 4:20 PM, after having called in to see if they fixed broken iPhone screens. I was greeted by a young man and the first thing the asks was if he had given me a price for the repair, to which I said no. He mentioned that it was going to be $225. Overpriced for a screen repair, but what the hell, I needed it done. He goes back to the storage area, and comes back saying that he could not guarantee that the phone would be done on the same day. By this time Im getting annoyed. I mentioned that after overcharging me, the least he could do is ensure that it would be done on the same day. After all this back and forth its already close to 4:50, playing well into the guys trap of not having enough time. I decided to leave, so I grab the phone off his counter and start heading out, he halts me half-way to give me a $10 off coupon. Ill just take my business elsewhere, I dont work well with excuses.

Dropped and cracked my glass screen while at work. Brought it in the Batteries Plus and was fixed in less than one hr. Was very happy. The charge was about $137 with tax for iPhone 6 Plus. Looks fantastic. Just hoping that there arent any future problems due to unforeseen improper parts or application
