They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There was a big ol B of a karen that was giving them a hard time and I think they managed the situation perfectly. They found and knew exactly what I was looking for even though I could barely remember any product details. Definitely will be returning.

This is a great store to shop at. Every single person here is friendly & knowledgeable about the parts for your specific vehicle. Theres a young lady there by the name of Kina, she truly takes care of you as a customer. She goes above & beyond to make sure you get what you need & leave satisfied.

James might be the best employee Ive ever met anywhere. He was not only knowledgeable and diligent but installed the battery in my Silverado. He was so helpful and AutoZone will now be getting all of my business because of James and his expertise.

Ive be coming to this part store of about 6yrs now. And now for some reason they try to up charge you on parts. They once was so helpful but now not so much.

Went there to have a new battery installed. The guy asked a question if we knew how to take off a strap as we were leaving to run some errands. That should have been a red flag. When I picked up my car. It started fine. Drove home and thought to turned it off to start back up for a double check and my car did something weird.It turned on fine the third attempt. Since having the battery changed. My car has cut off 3 times. Twice it turned off while driving and would not turn over unless I gave it a jump. Will never use their services again.

Called to order a part and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. No common courtesy.

We went in to buy a new bulb for the brake light on the car and a guy named Ed there was extremely helpful. It took about 40 minutes to change the bulb. Ed assisted through the whole process and was very friendly and patient. I definitely recommend this Auto Zone. He displayed true customer service.
