While replacing all four tires on my car, Francisco worked hard and quickly, but was thorough. I am the owner of a manufacturing business and know a good employee when I see one! Great job. I WILL be back!
The only reason why we decided to get our tired here was because on the website the total for 4 tired was around $160 (which is amazing) but what they forgot to add was labor, 1 time tire balancing, and i dont mind this additional payments but i would had like to see the full total on the website. The added a $12 per tire balancing plus a couple things that added up to $70, so for the total of $230 we could have gone somewhere else and get life time balancing and rotation instead of just 1 time 👀 just a heads up if you buy their tired online, there are better deals.
I came in asking for a oil change which they said was it was fine it was going to be two hour wait we were cool with that because we needed it we go inside and wait even look around the store we come back asking for tires but the worker did answer the question he repeatedly told us that we close at eight not answering my question though it was 6 after repeatedly telling us they close at eight he said we don’t have the tire size I’m looking for we go inside the waiting area and we sit there waiting for a couple of hours not one not two but a couple of hours we even fell asleep just for the guy to come back talking about some the guy who is supposed to do your oil change originally all of a sudden left stop lying stop the cap brush just stop cause if we came back in 5 mins the guy would have magically appeared again like don’t do that can use you wasted my time cause some one else could have done and while I was writing this review I get a message on how the started working on my vehicle even the system is as slow as the workers I don’t be writing reviews but this really threw me off now I’m getting a message that my vehicle is ready bruh this is so tryfulling
I got here after 2 other Walmart Auto centers, Gresham rd had a 3 hour wait and Rockbridge store machine went down only they had me wait 2 hours before they told me, I walk into this Snellville store and the person tells me they cant do any more because they tire person leaves at 5 when the site clearly says they close at 6pm. On jobs usually they say if the customer cones in you serve them. Im only waiting so I dont void my warranty but I will never again purchase tires from Walmart
Went there to buy new tires for my car at 5:30pm, The lady at tires counter was very unprofessional she wasted my time and at end at 6:20 PM she told come tomorrow. We are closed at 6:00. I told her I’m already here before 6:00PM and I didn’t left counter. So she bring another lame excuse we have only one mechanic scheduled so he will just complete job at last car and leave. Worst customer Service. I told her I want to speak manager, after 15 minutes of wait manager from a different department came, she listened what happened and try to talk twice to mechanic and her but they was not ready to do their job. So manager came back and apologized and told me she did best and ask if I can come tomorrow....
They did a good job today.
I Appreciate The Time That The Staff Has Taken In Helping Me On Finding My Tire
I recently had 4 new tires placed on my vehicle, prior to going out of town. It almost didnt happen since I ordered the tires online. Ralph walked over to the pick-up center and had my tires order pulled and I was able to get them installed the same day. I was so grateful and truly blessed that day, because I needed to be on the road by 2pm and I was finish by 12:30pm. I can honestly say Mr. Ralph and Ms. Helen took care of me from start and finish. My customer service experience was excellent starting with Ms. Helen confirming my tire set availability and then Ralph going out of his way to get the tires installed. Thank you for the quality service and professionalism!
Tracy was friendly and helpful. Only issue at this location is the wait time. 2+ hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The waiting area is realatively clean, has coffee, and a TV.
The manager Spencer, Mrs. Deb, Mrs. Pam and the others were on point with my car today! They truly blessed me. I love this auto center! The whole staff is great 💖

I had road hazard insurance on my tire. They ordered a new tire. It came in the next afternoon, they had me in and out very quickly!
They have the best price on tires out there will buy from them from now on.
I had an oil change with synthetic oil and oil filter for $51. Incl tax. TV and free coffee in the waiting room and you can browse or shop in the store. They estimated an hour but got it done in half that time.
Everyone was super helpful! They didnt but-in and ask if I needed help. They would help me if I asked them for help
I was looking for windshield replacement and the technician showed me which one fit my car. Great service
Manager was 18 minutes late opening the shop on a Sunday with no indication that they would be late. Only gave us a 5 percent discount for the inconvenience, and even that was only after myself and the other customers insisted on it. Not to mention he only had one guy working on all the cars.
I kept myself busy inside the store while waiting for one tire to be replaced. I finally returned to my car after eating a subway footlong, using the facilities, and doing a little shopping. I go back to the auto center to put my purchases in my car and they tell me it is finished......Now WHY did I give you my number if you are not going to notify me?THENI look at my tire the second morning later...And my tire is half flat.So either it was underinflated to begin with, OrThey didnt bother to test it in the leak tank before installing it!Very poor, very poor indeed.Underinflated tires lead to premature tread wear and more importantly, can cause a blowout!I am thinking they failed to tank test, since I glanced at it before I left, though I was distracted by the fact that they failed to notify me and my friend was waiting for me to bring the trailer so they could finish their move!
Its what I shouldve expected to find at a Walmart Auto Care. Very slow and unpleasant customer service. I bought a battery for my truck and ended up declining their free installation since it was gonna be awhile before theyd get to me. They didnt look busy (that doesnt mean they werent), but they wouldnt even give me a loose timeframe to plan around. I shouldve gone to AutoZone... or anywhere else really.
Called to ask if they had a tire in stock because I saw it online and the child that answered the phone responded as if I was an idiot for asking the question. I shouldt be surprised since he changes tires at Walmart that he doesnt know how to speak to customers. Ill know better next time than to ask a Walmart employee a question about a Walmart product. I ended up going to Pep Boys who had the same tire for the same price but actually knew what customer service was.
Over all this is better the Loganville one!
Well if chris, stephen, or ralph is no there Ill come back another day for my oil change. They are the best quality people that i know that does an excellent job on my vehicles. They are trust worthy. I remember when they first startes working at walmart. Great employees. They deserve a raise when its that time of the years. I have 3 vehicle service the and my 3 daughter cars as well.

Tried to call the store to check on hours and Jasmine answered the phone and put me on hold for 2 1/2 minutes. I asked what the hours are when she came back to phone and all she says is 6:30. I then again asked what the auto hours are and she replies 7. I asked for her name and she told me Jasmine so I ask if she can connect me with auto department manager. I was on hold for over 6 minutes and of course no manager came to the phone. I also tried the main number to the store twice and the phone rang for over 7 minutes without anyone picking up the phone. Snelllville Walmart is the worst, complete disregard for the customer and has no clue about customer service. Loganville store picked right up when I called and they will get my business. SMH.
It shouldnt take over an hour for an oil change. Go elsewhere. You will regret it!
Joshua, who is a worthless oxygen thief, suggested that he rather would not take my money as a customer for 1 tire mount on a wheel. Thats right. He did not want to service me, by complaining about how busy they are about something that takes less than 10min to install. He would not even have to bring the car in, jack it up, or take the wheels off. I did most of the work for them, and they still managed to make themselves look worthless.
The fact that Ive called this store so many times in a day trying to get through to the Tire and Auto dept... No answer, lady who answered had no clue about anything, she paged them I still sat on hold for over 15 mins, Called then next morning same thing... Ridiculous! I hate Walmart customer service...

Horrible my car came in at 11 and we left at 1:40. I was the first one here and even called to make sure they were open because it looked empty. Mechanic left my finished vehicle causing me to wait longer even the staff said that wasn’t necessary he has me waiting even longer now .
