I’ve worked with Doug for the purchase of a Silverado 1500. There was a hiccup with the first Silverado I bought, it was damaged after the purchase and before taking possession due to a fluke snow storm snow plow accident. Doug immediately informed me of what happened and rewound the deal and helped me find what really has turned out to be the truck of my dreams. I couldn’t of asked for anyone better to make such an important and large (to me) purchase through. If someone would have asked me if I was high maintenance a month ago I would have said no. Buying my first car by myself showed me otherwise and Doug was so patient with me throughout the entire process until I found the perfect car for me. When I met Douglas, I never thought Id need his services. After all, I owned a great car Id never trade or sell. Alas, a car crash totaled my 2008 Mini Cooper Convertible (I was fortunately ok). In the aftermath of the accident, I called Douglas. Could he find me a 2008 Mini Cooper Convertible, manual transmission, that had been as loved and babied as mine had been? Oh yes, and heres the amount Ive gotten from insurance and I need the car asap... Within two weeks, Douglas found, inspected, detailed and delivered that car to my home. Treat yourself and use Old Bull Motors. We looked for the perfect car on our own for almost six months but could not find what we wanted at a price we could afford. Doug reassured me that the timing belt was replaced in the vehicle & that he would produce the information backing up this repair within 2 days. Doug failed to follow through on his word. He also messed up the paperwork, making it impossible to register the vehicle under my name.
