I was hesitant to finance a car especially a used car. It wasn’t easy to find a car with decent mileage that was appealing and affordable. I did a pre approval and Janine called me to see if I found any cars that interested me. I will admit I do a lot of research before I buy anything and I knew exactly what I wanted. Make sure you check for water damage. A relative purchased a car from them, and the car is almost inoperable. It leaks, when it rains. Had to put more money in it that its worth. All I can say is, look before you leap into buying a car from this dealership.

The worst place to buy a car from mu son brought a car there he had problems with it we paid 2500 to fix the issue now he had another problem with the car and the mechanic told is the motor blew we ca ed us auto to at least give us another car they gave us the run around for weeks they have the worst customer service I have ever seen and basically told us its our problem not theres so now we stuck with a car not that old and not paid off but sits in our driveway because it dont run I dont recommend getting a car here ever

Mind you that I just got this new car from them not even two weeks ago and the lights on the dashboard are coming on . First of all, Im not from Georgia (I live here now, however) so...I dont know exactly where the dealership is located...Im sure the Snellville location is the place, because of Laverne (The CarPlug Lady) and Chris the finance manager...if youre gonna get a whip...and youve been stressed with details surrounding finance...get with them because they made it happen for me in less than an hour and I didnt have to come up with a huge amount for a down.I got a premium whip with less hassle than Ive experienced with other car dealers...with less than premium credit (thanks ex-wife😡)...I got a good APR and a solid, newer model vehicle.As long as you have your money, youre leaving with something. Whatever your budget is...Im sure they have something for you. And I think they offer a variety of financing options.Waaaaay better than I expected. And I just called on a fluke...Good shiiittt yall

My name is Kimberly and I had a great experience with Jermaine at the Snellville location. He did everything he said hed do as I told him about my horrible experience with Nissan South. He didnt lie to me and we went through the inventory until we found me something I liked that was affordable...I did the pick up payment option and everyone at this location was so nice and sooooo happy that I was able to get in a car.....My car did run hot once, but I was able to be put in a rental using the warranty and they took care of everything with no questions asked. Im very pleased with my vehicle and cant wait to fix it up the way I want.

Will not be purchasing a vehicle from them again. The buying process was ok being that I purchased my vehicle in 2017....My Car was totaled in June 2019 Gap Insurance has not paid it off yet. Everytime I call there is no solution to the problem. I was given a gap 1888 number in which the company claims they are not contracted through US Auto Sales anymore.. I called US Auto sales again several times and now I get another number to call in reference to the gap claim/insurance and the rep says now I have to do the claim online and couldnt say whether they actually have my account or not. All this could have been avoided if the person over my account would have done what she was suppose to do....On top of that I have received 10 calls from 10 different US Auto Sales people about getting in another vehicle....I will not because this is BS and a headache. 5mths and no solution And car still not payed off.
After my vechicle was totaled from being in a really bad accident 8/12 I was able to get another vechicle from US Auto within a week. I must say my experience was better than the first time when I purchased a car there two years. Sunshine assisted me her pleasant personality and patience with me made the transition really smooth. So i purchased a Nissan Maxima from the location. My initial vehicle check was OK until i seen the tire light on . I spoke to the sells rep with she did put air in the tire and assured me that the light will go off well that never happened. Moving forward thats not really my issue with this company.. I lost a love one and i called to get a 5 day extension to make my payment and was told i couldnt since my contract is a little over 4 months. Couldnt make the funeral in fear of being stuck in Alabama and losing my job.These people have no compassion at all.. Im seriously thinking about returning my vehicle and going to another company.. They wont be getting any referrals from me .
I have had the worst experience. I purchased my truck 14 days ago and now it has this bad smell and the low tire light is on and it’s not due to low air. I have submitted a claim and no one has helped me either than to pass me along. The dealership just puts you in a car get a check and that is the end of the customer. Sales Rep has clue of how to help when there is a problem that could possibly affect the customers health. My son purchased a car in November 2018 now 30 days later check engine light comes on😡. He was told he may have to come out of pocket to repair the problem. What kind of mess is that??? I personally dealt with the Stone Mountain location many years ago and never had any problems with their vehicles ( I have purchased at least 4 vehicles from that location in the past.

Had a problem with the battery with the car in the sun for while. They fixed the problem giving me a new battery. Other than that the process was smooth.
I let Jermaine know exactly what I wanted I asked for a gas efficient car that I can get around in. He brings me a car just a little less than all the rest of the cars that I could have gotten that was fuel efficient. I ended up being financed a car that they wanted to get rid of and I did not realize lil nic nac things wrong with it until the day. Be careful when you go to this location instead of them refer me somewhere else where I could have gotten a car for the down payment I had. He could have sent me to another location where my down payment could have made a difference on what I really wanted, but he was too busy trying to make a sale. This stupid decision was totally on me. Next time I know 2 have someone there that can give me good advice on cars and financing a used car. Be careful when you go to the Centerville highway location stand firm in what you want and if they do not have it move on, advice that I should have taken for myself but because I had a sense of urgency to get into a car, I was not thinking that the car that they bring me was not a fuel efficient car. Contemplating taking the loss and taking the car back and going somewhere else to get exactly what I wanted if Im going to be paying a car note. RT

Sold me a 2006 Jeep for 15k with 87k miles on it, paid 2995 for service contract that covered 36 months or 36000 miles totaling 17995...by the time the car is paid off Ill have paid 30k for it! RIDICULOUS. Had problems since the 1st week i bought the car in Sept 2017. Called 2 months ago letting them know the car was having engine problems but didnt take it in because they charge $65 for diagnostics each time they look at it (rip off) and they said there was nothing they could do outside of that. Car finally ran hot. Radiator was cracked, replaced it. Water pump failed. Replaced it. Thermostat failed. Replaced it. It all happened like a domino effect. Then the Alternator failed. Replaced that. This was all in a week and a half. Had a shop look at it, told me the heads were gone and to top it off found out IT WAS NOT EVEN A JEEP MOTOR IN my Jeep. JUST A STANDARD 4.7L engine that didnt support the functions of the truck. Which is why the mechanical problems were occurring since the beginning like the Abs, traction and engine light coming on just because. Cameras dont work in any part of the car either. Called them at the end of June telling them again the car was going wrong. Told them what the mechanic said about the engine. Asked if we could either get a replacer or upgrade to another car. They told us no. They could sell us another 1 but could do nothing about this 1. And we cant trade in until 2.5 years from now. Finally the car cut off in the middle of the road in traffic last week. Had it towed to their shop in Union City Sat. As of today they havent even looked at my car. At 1st they couldnt even find it at first because it wasnt in the system. My Service contract says my deductible is $100 with a disappearing deductible of $0 if repaired by selling dealer. BUT the selling dealership doesnt even have a service center. (Trick #1) Why do i have to pay a $100 deductible for a car that is still under a service contract I paid $3k for first of all....thats if they say its covered. If not covered then I have to pay for the cost of repairs. All the while their system is still calling me for a payment. If i choose not to go with them i still have to pay $65 for the diagnostic to get my car back and tow it elsewhere. Nobody has offered a loaner car. This is my only vehicle. I run a business work and have 3 kids. I cant do anything right now because i have no car. If this goes like the reviews Ive read says it will then they can have their pos car and Im calling Clark Howard, Ga Dept of consumer protection and WSB investigative team to get all in yall business. Yall should NOT be allowed to do people like this.
Ive been dealing with this dealership for going on 2 years now and they have been nothing but a headache to me since i got the car. first off they messed up my taxes when i tried their tax refund deal for a down payment. they saw how much i was getting back and tried to take all of my refund check for a down payment when i know my credit is not that bad. they treat you like you are leasing the car, if you are late paying they cut your car off with a quickness. During the first year, they would work with you with making payment arrangements but now they act like its against policy and they can not make arrangements. the people that work at the call center act like they do not know how to do their jobs, every person i talk to tells me something different. Did i mention these people over charge for the cars when after your note is paid off, the car will not be worth what you paid for??? What really pisses me off is that someone at the office sent a code to my car before i paid and im guessing they caught their mistake so they cut my car off leaving me and my kids stranded for hours until i called and made another payment, which they taxed on a late fee (because of their mistake) so i had to pay more than usual and all for them to send me a temporary code, so when i tried to cut my car on today, it wouldnt start! once again me and my kids are stranded! If you are looking to get a car, please look elsewhere. please do not make the same mistake that I did by going to this place! I am thinking of returning my car and starting over elsewhere that show bad it is and i will be reporting to the BBB .....DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE FOLKS!

I never leave reviews but I’m leaving one today. Please stay away from this place. When I first got the car my check engine light came on the next day. It took them 3 days just to fix that problem on top of my gas cap door coming off that took a whole week just to get put on not counting the days it took for them to order the parts. They also lost the door part.Secondly the lady who sold me the car told me I didn’t have to have my insurance in my name long as I had full coverage I’ll be fine . 2 weeks later I get a letter in the mail saying I’ll have to pay additional 46 dollars on top of my car note for insurance. In my head I’m thinking why if I have full coverage . Couple of days later I’m leaving out of Publix and my car wouldn’t start because they cut it off for insurance so I had to pay an additional 46 dollars on top of my $287 dollars insurance for no reason. Customer service rep said she’ll give me a refund once I had proof of insurance with my name on it . I called back after I got the proof and they didn’t refund my money.They just want to make sales stay away from this place please.
They operate on the principal of fear. They will deactivate your vehicle and leave you stuck if your payment is late in the slightest. Its like a game to them. Avoid them at any cost.
