We had just closed on a home and needed carpet installation within the next couple of days. We contacted Damion and he was great from start to finish! He was very helpful in helping us narrow down some options and he came out the very next day and took some measurements. The next morning, we had brand new carpet installed. The team was very efficient and did a wonderful job! I would definitely recommend Carpet Depot!

Fantastic! I was there about a year ago for a remnant. Was so happy with that simple interaction that we decided to give them a shot at doing carpets in the bedrooms. They were patient and attentive as we looked at several colors and styles. Finally we chose what we wanted. They came out the same day to measure. They ordered the carpet and had it installed in less than a week. The installers moved our big stuff. No scuffs or scratches on the walls.I am so happy I went to them. Process was easy and price was super competitive. Plus, I stayed local. No need to go with one of those big companies.

WOW! We had our entire house done in the Driftscape luxury vinyl by last Fri and Sat. The entire 1450 sg ft home done on Fri and Sat. The 3 guys arrived at 8:30a.m and had all the flooring done by 6:00p.m., Sat the 1/4 round installed from 8:30a.m-11:00a.m They removed all the trash, no messs and its sooo beautiful!WOW CARPET DEPOT that was amazing!!

Dean and company did an AMAZING, AWESOME JOB! Being in sales management myself, I know and expect certain expectations. Dean presented himself and representation of the company to a higher standard than expected. I left the project with my wife and at no time did I have to worry about unfortunate circumstances that usually occurs when salespersons work with women! We will DEFINITELY be using them again and referring.

I was there with my husband a few days ago. The selection of carpet waa pretty nice but the sale person waa not wearing a mak as he greeted and waiting on customers. This was so unprofessional and unhealthy. Not sure if I will ever go back there. The worker who laid the carpet came in the house maskless too.

Unfriendly with an attitude that he was doing us a favor by selling us carpet. Steer clear if you want to do business with someone who appreciates your business.

The store did not follow up with what we agreed to and Dean is the most unconcerned person I have ever dealt with. Sorry I ever dealt with him. Never checked on job just really sorry I ever bought from him. Once he gets your money that is it no follow up will not even answer phone Sure hope no one gets took and treated like I did best to go somewhere else

Wonderful Wonderful experience. From meeting the store owner, to his professionalism and knowledge about the products. To when we had to pickup the product and the store partner helped load and secure the load to our truck! Its hard to find customer service like this these days. I traveled over 60miles just to come to this store and I will continue to come back! I would recommend this location to everyone.

They have a decent selection, but the customer service is terrible. The only sales person working there (tall, guy in his 40s) was talking on his cell phone the entire time.

Very competitive pricing on special order that was installed three days after the order was placed. Installation went perfectly. Very professional installation crew that installed the carpet quickly with no issues at all. Head and shoulders over the home improvement warehouses.

My husband and I recently purchased carpet for our house through Carpet Depot. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with the manufacture of the carpet. After 3 attempts to get it right, we finally gave up and went with hardwood. I cant say enough about Dean at Carpet Depot. He went above and beyond to make it right. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any of your flooring needs.

Patrick the salesman talked me out of a carpet sample I wanted. I bought one off the floor that looked similar. The lighting was bad. He told me the one I wanted would have been far more expensive, etc. it wasnt until it was on the floor in my home I saw how ugly it was. I called Patrick and he didnt care. I spent 628.00 on a carpet I hate.

I had a client with a water damage. Their floors were ruined, and I called Dean. His team came out, moved all the furniture, ripped out the old carpets, and our new carpets in, in one day! They were awesome.

These guys were fast, friendly, and fair.

Bad customer service

Don’t waste your time. Unprofessional. The guy working there smelled like smoke and he put the wrong sq ft on the paper making my cost x1/2 as much, with that error Home Depot was cheaper. Wouldn’t recommend.
