I had a great experience with Grand Flooring Outlet. They provided excellent service, a lot of knowledge about their products and asked the right questions to help us find a floor for us. The crew who demod our existing tile was excellent. They left no sign they were even here except for the tile being removed. The installation team were punctual, courteous, and quick. When they left our house looked amazing. They left no signs they were here except for the new floors.

Secondly with replacement of carpeting stairs and installation of laminate flooring in my farm home. They did a great job of helping me select and install carpet! They brought over samples for me to choose from and then brought the carpet to install without any issues. Billing and payment was also fast and efficient. I will use them again in the future!
