Great job done by Gilberto and his crew replacing glued down carpet and engineered hardwood flooring with floating hardwood floors. Job was completed in 1 day. Crew worked hard all day and cleaned up behind themselves. Floors are beautiful hickory by Harris Wood. Larry was very helpful good experience I will use them again in the near future

The first of May we moved into a new house. The whole first floor of the new house needed extensive work. After meeting with Tracy Smith of Dalton Discount Flooring Outlet we realized that the whole first floor of the house would need to be replaced. May 5, three days after we moved in Tracy and his team were at our house ready to go to work. They did a truly outstanding job and the finished product was exceptional. In two days they completed the job as true professionals. In addition, they placed all the furniture. It was all amazing. We worked with Larry to pick out new carpet and have it installed. The process was easy and Larry worked with us to make sure we got just what we wanted within our budget. I thought Dalton Carpet was in business to purchase and install carpet, I must have misunderstood.I went there today to discuss having carpet installed and when the employee there realized it wasnt for a whole house, just for a 400 sq ft room and hallway, he informed me I might should go to Carpet Depot instead. The reasoning he said is that they, Dalton Carpet Outlet of Snellville, were not interested in doing small jobs.So much for trying to support local business.Sadly he doesnt think that a small job now could lead to a larger job and possible jobs for friends.I have never been so shocked by lack of care in a business in my life.
