Went into store expecting to have to wait once again for a hour or two to exchange my iPhone 12 Max as directed by the AT&T Rep. However, to my surprise walking towards me at the door was Kevin Watts, Retail Sales Consultant for AT&T. Kevin’s approach was warm, inviting, and friendly….He got me in and out within a hour to a hour and a half…He was respectful, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Went to the store i must say the wait wasn’t long but the service with Kevin wasn’t what i was expecting. He failed to explain why when paying the device in full the discount that i was getting for the device terminated, and he was more concerned on selling than actually exceeding his customer service. Very disappointed.

Good, but the only problem was when I got there everyone was being helped and there was no sign in or anything like it. So I sat down and a cpl ladies came in and I got passed up before getting asked my name and given friendly service eventually. The place was really clean and once ur getting helped its a nice experience.

I was in need of an upgrade on my phone, I chose the IPhone 12 Pro Max 256g.. I’m a retiree and the Agent Julian wasn’t able to proceed with the sale because I have COMBINED BILLING.. I’ve nit had this issue in the past when upgrading phones..Julian provided me with the AT&T number to call to resolve the issue… after 2 1/4 hours on the phone with 7 different numbers get the bills separated… I was wore out with the last ATT phone rep.. I payed the balance of what was owed in the phone… I had stated clearly that I had left the phone center store the evening before and would be returning to the phone center store as soon as this call was over… unpleasant call .. rep then told me it would be 3-5 days before I could get the phone… very UNHAPPY and I had stopped being pleasant a few minutes earlier… she was trying to have me buy the phone from her over the phone…I entered the AT&T phone center store and was delighted I was going to work with Julian Canty,I felt he remembered my dilemma from the day before… we proceed with me purchasing the new phone… I believe when he was in the process of setting up the phone .. there was a system problem, didn’t show the $296 had been made… he seamlessly managed that, again I barely aware there was a problem… he helped me understand every item of the phone features and the costs… he is very calm, great personality, let me be me.. I was asking questions out of order… he was great, exactly who I needed as the previous hours had been exhausting…I can’t say enough about Julian Canty as a great Associate and asset to this company store.. he represents it all, knowledgeable, gently takes command and reduces obstacles while answering questions and moving the process along.. just a nice guy..Please single him out for not only doing his job well, but establishing excellent customer and personal skills… 🎉

Would give them 1.5 stars but I will give them 2 because of our representative. Unfortunately, we stopped by on a Saturday which tends to be busier. Thus, we waited for 3 hours to be helped, which is why I am giving them 2 stars. We were told that the wait would be around 60 minutes but the actual wait was significantly longer. All employees were wearing masks and most customers were as well. However, I believe this location does not require masks as a couple of individuals walked in without one, and several took theirs off at different instances during our wait. The large amount of room in the store helps with social distancing nonetheless. Once we were helped, the process was not too bad. Ultimately, it was the wait that brings the number of stars down so much. Other than that, I cannot complain.

So sick of this store. Every time I go in they have some sort of issue. Either their bill pay machine is down or their bill pay machine is currently opened or their network is down. I drive to the store to pay my bill with cash and when they have an issue and I can’t pay the bill I wasted my time and gas. Fix your bill pay machines or have a rep specifically there o take bill pays and clearly work on your network. I’ve been with the company for 15 years and am for the first time debating leaving.

Arrived at the store early in the afternoon because my husband and I always know it takes hours when you go to AT&T. However this trip to the store was massively different. I was helped by a young white boy named David. He was absolutely phenomenal. Patient, attentive, and above all else extremely kind. My husband and I are 60+ years old and know nothing about electronics but he took the time to show us how to setup some of our icons. The manager that checked on us was a total sweet heart, I think he called her Arianna or Brianna. By far our most favorite experience in the store, and will forever remember the outstanding customer service that was given to us and the hospitality of the location. Not to mention every associate keeping us old folk in mind with wearing masks and protective gear. He even offered to wipe down our phones before touching them.To whoever is David’s boss, you’re very fortunate and my husband and I hope you realize what a wonderful young man you have working for your company.

Although visits for new service usually takes time, however Jerel showed Great customer service and the timing was worth the while. He was very informative, answering all questions needed, including sharing information that helped lower monthly bill. Worst customer service experience - ever. I waited 50 minutes in a line where everyone was taken ahead of me (new iPhone out) because I only had a technical issue. If that wasn’t bad enough, the very rude man that was designated to help me was so rude and kept leaving to go to a back room to do something. After waiting for him AGAIN, I knocked in the door he was in - you would’ve thought I stabbed a baby. I then had three employees verbally attack me. I’ve contacted customer support about this awful store.

I have been trying to purchase a phone and open a new line since Dec 1st. Today is the 17th. I originally spoke with someone over the phone about getting set up. Everything was in place and I was told I would receive a phone within 10-14 days. It never came. Spoke with someone else on the phone who said that there was an issue with the account that needed to get worked out before the phone could be delivered. Went to this location and spent an hour and a half with a rep who had to undo everything that the first rep had done, as it was all supposedly incorrect. Was told my phone would be delivered the next day. That time and date didnt work for me so I attempted to reschedule. The order number did not go through to allow me to reschedule online. Had to wait 45 minutes on hold for the delivery to be rescheduled. On the day of delivery I received an email that things were running on time. Then at the end of the delivery time slot I got notification that they were late (obviously). 30 minutes after the delivery time slot I was notified that they would not be able to make it. Again, I had to call the company to reschedule and sit on hold for 45 minutes. The soonest they could get me in was 3 later. You dont show up for a delivery and the soonest you can reschedule is in 3 days??? I returned to the store to get things worked out and they explained that there was nothing else they could do for me except offer me the phone today in a different color. If Im paying $700 for a phone it should be in the color I want. Unacceptable that there was nothing further that they could do. Ive been fighting to JOIN AT&T for 3 weeks now. It should not be this hard to open a line and purchase a phone. The phone has been delayed for this long due to issues on AT&Ts end. They should work harder to correct this situation. If it is this hard to open a line how much harder is it going to be when I have issues with the phone or service????

I just want to say THANK YOU SOO MUCH Charmane (sorry if I spelled it wrong), Dee, Kim, Juan, Tiana & the rest of the staff here! They were great at making sure my problems got fixed or figuring out just the little things on my bill that I didn’t understand. They never did get frustrated with me even coming in months after months asking the same question and that’s what I love the most about this team. No matter how big or small it seemed to me they always had a great attitude on helped me every step of the way until was resolved! I was with Sprint for 5 years and honestly didn’t want to switch, but I was tired of spending so much on a phone plan. Jacob Blanchard got me the best plan and saved me over 100 dollars a month on my family plan. I was able to get an amazing upgrade and still come out so much cheaper. Amazing customer service! Very poor customer response. Absolutely no friendly greeting. Store clerk seemed irritated to address customers to add to a queue. It is very apparent that this store in Snellville GA is not concerned with customer service. It was like watching people move in slow motion. No consideration for those waiting. Why do you have to hunt down a clerk to have your name added to a wait list? Why not allow customers to sign in as they arrive? I guess AT&T is so big they dont care about losing a few customers.

I recently moved and transferred service my new location. AT&T cancelled my account and I needed help finding out how to correct things. I first went to a Duluth store but didnt have any luck in getting a resolution. Today I went to the Snellville/Scenic Hwy AT&T store. Rodney, the rep who helped me, immediately called a number and was connected to the credit department. I answered several questions and the issue was resolved. When I returned home this evening, my internet was working. Thank you Rodney for taking the time and interest to help me. After 3 days of fruitless phone calls and discussions, you were a light in the customer service tunnel. I appreciate your excellent attitude and customer care. 😎

The service is not bad its just slow. I went in at 3PM and 2 and a half hours later I had to go to another location because they didnt have the phone I wanted. It seems to me like there ought to be a better way so that people dont waste their time. I was told that I could get the device at that location only to find out that they didnt have it

My husband and I went in to see bout upgrading a phone. We were helped by Dee Roberts. We was concerned with bill going higher but she was able to actually lower our bill with the upgrade included. She is very knowledgable and can multitask well. Very pleasant experience. Store manager even came out and chit chatted with us. Just an all around great experience. She truly is one of those employees that makes you take the time out of your day to leave a good review. Granted it wasnt super busy when we went in, but she still talked to other customers while helping us. So this review is for her. Fantastic job Dee. Keep doing what you are doing!!!!

Every time I have to go to the AT&T store I get anxiety! Over the years my experience in the Snellville store has been marginal at best until Friday 05-28-20. I was fortunate enough to have Jacob Blanchard as my consultant. We were there to upgrade two phones but Jacob reviewed my account first and worked very hard to find me the best plan at the best price possible. Unbeknownst to me my existing plan had expired and Jacob was able to get me into a better plan at a better price than what I was paying which, also included a discount on the new phone purchases. Jacob was professional, very informative and very pleasant to work with. If you need to make a visit to the Snellville store, I suggest you ask for Jacob. He will take excellent care of you.

OMG! AT&T customer service is TRULY exceptional!!! AT&T Rep, Julian, went above and beyond in making sure my service was transferred from my current device to my new device. Nice people but remeber what matters is sales. The sales associate has lack of knowledge on the product, service and not providing us the correct info. At last I called att customer service for the clarification and yes they provided me the correct info on my tradein and couple of more. My request to the store manager, please make sure your sales associates are well trained to handle new customers or existing. If they cant then they can take help from there floor managers and thats the whole purpose. Better to ask your manager instead of providing wrong info. I am sorry for this negative reviews but it all based on the service I received from this store. Yes I cannot bring up the names but please improve your service. Anyways I have still some open issues for my new lines but I think its better to call customer service instead of this store. Tradein information which was provided to me was wrong and my monthly bill. I dont know what to say...

Wow has this place changed. A change in management has taken this place downhill. There are still a few sales reps that are nice but customer service here by everyone else is horrendous. They lied to me when I moved over from Sprint. It took me 4 months to receive my rebates after finally getting them by a manager on the phone, not the store. They kept telling me they’d issue my rebates and never did. Additionally, when I transferred service, I requested the Next Up plan that allows you to get a new phone every year. They told me they put me on that plan but they never did. Lies after lies just to get your business. This isn’t what a customer deserves after waiting over an hour to be attended. It’s sad that a corporate store has to behave this way to make a sale. It says a lot about AT&T.

My mom had an iPhone 4 forever and I got a message saying this phone will no longer be able to have service. So I took my IPhone 6s Plus up to the snellville location and Jerel was AMAZING!! I hope the manager sees this review because he was great at helping getting my moms new phone completely set up and saved me money plus I got an iPad that he answered all my questions! Absolute pathetic customer service. Im a new customer with AT&T. I first time visited this store, all employees were busy with other customers. They all looked at me when i entered the store, no one greeted me. Out of courtesy i sat on the couch waiting for my turn. Waited 40 minutes and got to know i was suppose to sign up. How would i know that? Only after i saw an employee telling this to another customer who just walked in. If not that, i would be sitting there forever. I called the same employee and asked why no one told me to sign up when i came in. Fake apology and then she signed me up. In total 1 hour i waited. I felt it racist since they were taking new walk ins and me being foreigner was left alone. Never going there again!!

I went in to switch my service over and add a third line. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed by several members on their team which was awesome. Especially considering the store busy with other customers. There was a slight hiccup on one of my lines that tech support could not fix. I had to come back today and was fortunate enough to be assisted by Jerel! He was beyond amazing and fixed my issue in 10 minutes that NO ONE else was able to do. This location was quite the drive for me but the service I received on BOTH days was so good I’ll definitely have to make the drive again if I need to come back into a store for any reason.

I went into this store to pick up an order I placed online. I was told their machine could not transfer over any data except my contacts. Then later I was told it would take too long. This occurred as I am past my due date pregnant. My husband asked for them to refund the phones so we could go somewhere else. We were told he would refund it when my husband had a better attitude. So we sat on a bench and called corporate. They called the police on us and lied saying we were swearing and yelling. I am so pregnant I didnt even stand up the entire time. I didnt yell or use any nasty words. Corporate was very nice and helpful and appalled at the incident. They helped me file a complaint against this store.
