Was in this location on June 11th to upgrade my Samsung S9 to the new Samsung S21. Upon entering the store CJ asked how could he assist me and I explained to him that I wanted to do a upgrade on my phone. From the time I entered CJ was very professional and very knowledgeable. I had some problems getting all my information from the old phone to transfer to the new phone. It was well pass closing time when all the information finally transferred and CJ stayed until everything was done. I really appreciate CJ for going above and beyond.Thanks so muchAnnette Taylor

The service was nice and the gentleman that assisted us was very friendly and helpfulMy only disappointment was the lack of inventory. I couldnt understand how a Verizon store didnt have any Verizon phones available except the most expensive phone. High tech phones are great for the younger generation, but as a senior citizen, it would have been nice to be able to find a basic phone to upgrade to.

Ryan was such a HUGE help to me today! I came in this afternoon with a water damaged phone and Ryan helped me walk out with an upgraded phone for almost the same monthly bill as before.He was thorough, down-to-earth, and explained everything so simply, answering all of my questions and walking me through the process so that I knew exactly what I was getting. I genuinely felt like he had my best interest in mind. He was personable and friendly and overall made my experience seamless and encouraging!

Lim was the consummate professional and went out of his way to help both of them, and did so in an incredibly courteous manner. BIRTHDAY GIFT RUINEDVerizon needs to take their name off this location point blank. If VERIZON wants to stay in business and in good standing they need to screen everything and everyone that has the ability to impact their brand because if this is what they are turning to for service then its time for a new carrier trust me. My visit to this store was nothing short of horrendous. They do not place the needs of the customer first at all. I was shopping for either a I phone 12 or a Note 20 ultra. Instead I had to keep getting pressed about a Motorola that they were pushing so much so I went and looked at the phone and stated the obvious dislike for the phone hoping that would change the course. I was discouraged from the I phone several times. So it failed to be customer first. So during the transaction the fisr phone brought out was black I had to insist that they check inventory for a different color and guess what they had it surprised. So we get the phone and when I took the SD card out of my note it did not occur to the salesman hmmm let me double check and make sure that the note had a external memory since it was noticed that I had 195 apps on my phone and that was a lot and I explained I had a business and working from home make me have more things than usual. Furthermore I was told thats why it took 2 hours to download and transfer the data videos etc. Which was repeated several times. Along with stories of other customers who had the same amount of messages . Lolol find me a person who is in business not to have a lot on the phone. So I get the phone in the color I requested to only get home and see its the wrong phone. Which caused me to get out of bed and be in the parking lot at 8:30 am to make a switch which i was told oh can you come back i have inventory or its going to take a while. Then when I get in the store because you didnt want to do it you give me a whole lot of push back to the point I was in tears I explained several times than my other half was a truck driver that was on the road and Im on the account. When I asked for a supervisor phone contact guess what the switch could be done minus him. Then of course guess what the phone was not in the color I wanted crushing and guess what my phone was already processed out go figure. But that was not the worst of it that night 2 of the 4 associates did not have on a masks and when pressed about it they got attitudes which was shocking because there is not a 6 foot distance between consultant and customer especially with them laughing and stuff talk about covid waiting to happen and no one when they had down time sanitized a thing not one station that is frequently touched but they did sit in corners and play on the phone but like I yelled out im immuno suppressed and it set my anxiety off so what does one do when his collegue sees the distress and ask him to mask he made s slick comment before doing so.However they were all to ready to get off promptly at six so they could go get a round of drinks. Mediocrity is a sin and these mediocre folks with their lazy ignorant childish unprofessional behavior set the poster picture for ghetto. Their manager Jason was of no help either and did not help either he tried to make a phone case seem like that was a fix all well guess what a silicone case for a 1300 dollar phone is not acceptable neither was his concern for covid safety he made excuses about that. For you to tell me I didnt have to purchase the phone hmmmm. I guess my business was not good enough. Lesson learned I will never go to a authorized dealer again thank you for ruining my birthday and I hate this phone not because it wasnt the phone I was thinking about but because your pathetic lazy team made it horrible. I hope you dont have a covid outbreak you should be ashamed to even call yourselves professional you dont even know your products. I will be sending Verizon this post.

My college aged kids I phone was messed up and we determined that she needed to go ahead and get a new one. But the trouble was I was at work. So I called and spoke to Jonah, who was really helpful. My daughter drove to the store, and Jonah verified me via two party verification with texts to my phone. My daughter upgraded her iPhone, traded in her old phone, and was out the door in record time! We have purchased exclusively from Cellular Sales now for 15 years. This was probably our 15th device.

I was able to leave completely satisfied that I made the switch from Sprint to this company Because of her. I recommend anyone considering switching services to visit this store and wait to be seen by her. She exemplifies what managing a process should look like. Great customer service. I was greeted at the door from my salesman Calvin. Calvin was very friendly he went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations to get the phone I wanted from another store since this location didn’t have the phone in stock. He was very knowledgeable with everything I was asking him. I will definitely be recommending Calvin to everyone that I know that is looking to upgrade or start new service with Verizon. Calvin made this visit by far my best at this store.

When I initially bought the phone there was a gentleman theyre obviously he was regional and he seemed to know a little bit about the products.I had to go back a day or so later to ask him questions they didnt have a clue. I think its an independence for the corporate stores are much better.

Employee Andre Harris is dishonest. I went to activate an old phone and was told it was no longer supported because it was a 3G. I was talked into purchasing a new phone. When I returned home, I called Verizon and was told the old phone was supported and it was a 4G. I had it activated. I returned the purchased phone to Cellular Sales and had to pay a $50 restocking fee which I believe should have been waved because the employee was dishonest to make a sale. I requested a number to the corporate office and was denied by Brianna Little, she said when would email someone who would reach out to me. I asked to be copied on the email and again was denied. No one has reached out to me.

The salesman I worked with was Calvin. I went in for an upgrade and he made it swift and easy. He didn’t sugarcoat any of the prices and didn’t try to just get a sale out of me. Yesterday, we went to this location due to my cellphone not working. All of the sales representatives spoke to us when we entered the store. :) Now that is customer service! Corderio Vonner was an EXCELLENT sales representative! He explained the problem with my cellphone and our options to fix the problem. He was able to retrieve my data when I thought everything was lost due to my cellphone going dead. I didnt backup all my information. Mr. Vonner was very thorough when it came to explaining insurance, update fees for phones and tablets. He really made this experience very pleasant. We thank you for the awesome customer service that you gave us. Awful, the sales rep didnt acknowledge me when I walked in but he acknowledge the other customers after me. As I waited patiently for service he kept skipping over me like I been there before or we had a bad history or something but this was my first time in the store. So eventually I spoke up and finally got some service and his attitude was indifferent the entire time.. So to avoid being disrespected for whatever reason, Ill just drive across town to another store. Ive been a Verizon customer going on three years its a good company as a whole but some people i dont know about. I hope they find better store employees. Im referring to the older foreign guy who works there not the young one but the older guy with glasses. Wish him well though

I recently switched from T-mobile and decided to try out Verizon. I have never been more satisfied! Verizon said they would pay off my contract so I began the process to get this accomplished and it seemed a little too complicated for me to do on my own. I took the paperwork in the store to see if they could help me and met Saxton Schmidt. He was very helpful and patient while completing this process for me. Another representative had sold me the phone but Saxton took his time to help me out. I greatly appreciate his assistance and AWESOME customer service! Had a great experience with Jonathan Meeks and Saxton Schmidt. Jonathan worked with my husband and I as we learned all about our new LG 4 phone and a new internet provider. I have had to talk to him several times and he has always taken the time to assist us in every little thing we asked him to do. Also, we were desperate on a Friday night to get our Hot Spot set up on our computer through our pad and Saxton took time to help us with our e-mail and gave us information to set up our printer when we got home. I am so appreciative for the salemen that gave us assistance and information. We will be back and Im sure eventually upgrade our phones. Thanks again Verizon for the service your guy gave us.
