I want to thank Angelina for taking the time to assist me. Someone stole my I phone and I was depressed and upset by the time I arrived at the store. While most people were happy to upgrade to the new I phone 13, I was not intending on up[grading at all. Angelina took the time to help me get a new I phone, and get into my apple ID. Everyone knows 24 hours without your phone unexpectedly is a bad day. Angelina turned my sad unhappy day into a good day. With the help of her Co-worker Corrine, and Store Manager Kara, they all pitched in to help out and make sure my phone, tablet & watch was connected and working. Angelina went above and beyond to make me a happy T-mobile customer, and I am forever thankful for her service. Please give these ladies a raise and promotion they are personable and relatable to the customers needs. Kara the store manager was very attentive to my situation and made sure everything went smooth. These ladies turned my frown upside down.
Omg this was the fastest and most professional experience I could’ve had buying a phone, my sales rep Gabriel made my purchase quickly efficiently, and explained every feature of my new phone which is coming later this week, mind you he stayed late to finish my purchase, because I came in 5 minutes before they closed. Thanks Gabriel I didn’t think anyone would convince to trade teams to Android but you made it happen. I’ll send everyone your way .☝🏾

I brought my phone in because it saying T mobile stop working had to keep pushing for force stop the guy said I would have to call support tech the store was not busy so I was hoping him and I could do it together it was quite obvious he didnt want to. So after traveling 20 minutes I was disappointed
Unfriendly people. Just work with someone online or call 611. Trust me youre way better off!Update: I sent a email to the email in the T-Mobile response. No response yet. I did work with an online representative who listened to me and I was able to send her photos of a previous conversation I had with another rep to help my problem. The online rep was amazing and actually really helped me with my issue. I most likely wont visit a TMobile store unless completely necessary. Most stores are out of stock of what you want and will have it ordered for you anyways. The online reps deserve 5 stars though!!!
My Galaxy S7 was failing badly. I was leery of buying an unlocked phone but everything I read said that was the way to go. My next problem was I didnt want to spend an entire day getting a new phone up and running. Well times have changed! I was able to make an appt at T-Mobile online. I got a reminder an hour before giving me the opportunity to change/cancel if needed. I went to the store and Aishah had me sit down and tell her my tale of woe. She was friendly, and very knowledgeable. She took care of everything and not 30 minutes later I was happily leaving with all of my apps working on my gorgeous new phone! Thanks T-Mobile for having great employees who do not make a visit into a chore. I highly recommend Aishah and this T-Mobile store. Keep up the good work.

My husband was in the store last week in somehow another his cover got Miss place Once I realised that it was gone I went backup to the store and they let me in and when I went in explain my situation they try to find what happened to it and because it got lossed the girl was very kind and got me another one to replace it and I am very happy

A big Thank You to Jorge who got my Samsung phone watch to finally work with my Iphone. It was a promotion for a free Samsung watch and I was told it would work with my Iphone, but not really, After several phone calls and a failed attempt in the store with another employee to get it working, a manager had me come back to the store Again, this time connecting me with Jorge. Jorge was very patient and understanding of my frustration with Tmobile for offering a promotion that was limited to apparently only one person who could make it work. Its a offer they shouldnt make with Iphones without having someone there at the time you get the watch to make it work. Tmobile, you need to thank your employee Jorge for his dedication, as he saved you from having a very frustrated and unhappy customer. i hope to enjoy benefits of new watch phone.

I was in this store on Saturday the 17th of October I had a very good experience. The young lady Angelina, was very knowledgeable and very patient. To me she is one of the BEST Tmobile experts that Ive come in contact with. And she did everything with a smile, and making sure that when I left I would be a VERY satisfied customer. I had a great experience at the Snellville location. I have been with Sprint for many years, so I didnt know what to expect. I must say that the staff exceeded my expectations.

Would give negative stars if that was an a available option. The female sales associate, Angelina C., that assisted my husband was very rude and had no idea what she was doing. Apparently our needs weren’t important because use she wasn’t making a commission off of us. My husband called me handed the phone to the her so I could help resolve the issue and she didn’t want to hear anything I had to say, and she hung up on me! Will never ever return to this store and will ensure none of my family and friends do either. She needs to be fired! I took it one step further and contacted the President of TMobile and filed a complaint!
Should not take 30 minutes to just drop a return off. Im not buying anything and especially when there are more staff than customers.

After being told by a different store that I could not qualify for a promo and them refusing to help me i decided to give t-mobile another chance before switching to at&t and I’m glad I did. Melci was wonderful and went over the promotions I did qualify for. Let’s just say she saved a customer.

I wish your employees give the customers full details for the products and services you are offering. I only found out about some after I received a ridiculously high bill and spent hour on the phone trying to fix it. Also, I ended up with two cracked screen protectors, since I dont have a protection plan, but I did pay $40 for each with life time warranty. This is the last time I am buying any phones or equipment from T-Mobile. Very disappointed,.
Terrible service! To start off with we walked in and were not greeted. Then while I was talking to the employee and explaining what I needed help with, he was scrolling through Facebook. I asked him if this was not a good time and without even looking up he said “I’m listening”. Lastly, I was asking questions about my account and the he kept saying he didn’t have access to the answer! When he clearly did because we gave him all our account information. It was VERY clear he had no interest in working so we went to a different location. Where I got all my questions answered and had amazing service. This location is close to my house and it’s sad I had to drive 30min to another one because I couldn’t get the service I needed.

If there was a negative star i would give one in a heart beat. This store completely screwed me over. They did not give me the right information at all as far as canceling my plan at another store. Completely messed me up and i can not get it changed at all! Also my sales rep kept giving me the wrong information on my bill just to find out today that my bill is completely different. I signed up for new plan. I was offered free Samsung tablet if I sign up for a $10 service, which I did. Now Im paying $10 for the service and $11 for the tablet that was supposed to be free. They signed me up for ptotection plan, $76 a month, which I never asked. And in top of everything, I bought $45 screen protector that had life time warranty. The protector cracked after one month. When I went back to ask for replacement I was told that the warranty is only valid if I pay $15 a month for the insurance. The people who work here are blatantly lying to the customers. Cust service is terrible.
Horrible Customer Service.When you go to places you expect a certain level of customer service. The standards arent over the top but people can at least be cordial. If you dont like your job that much, why are you even in the field of customer service. Wasnt greeted when I walked in. Waited until the associates were done with other customers, and was still not acknowledged to be helped.I didnt know you werent being helped is a poor excuse. There are 3 people in the store. Its not that hard to see.The icing on the cake is when someone else walked in and was helped immediately. Ill take my business else where. Actually might even go with a different provider.
Pretty average store except for employee named TOI!!!I recently purchased a Galaxy 7 for myself and today I waited to buy the IPhone 7 for my daughter. Toi did do her up-sell thing but it wasnt in a pushy way. That is my only con and thats not even a big deal to me!She went out of her way to make sure that we were extremely knowledgeable and knew everything about all of our choices and helped us out on pricing and today when we are getting The iPhone having to navigate which size to get for we are used to Android she is helping us so much!!! I hope this store appreciates what a great employee they have otherwise the store would be average for I have come here before in the past.As far as selection its average its always clean most of the staff is friendly and nice. However sometimes its a game of Yahtzee as to which store carries which phone and sometimes they have refurbished phones that they sell at different stores if you dont go the online route.And to reiterate, I Hope the Managers see this and give her even a 25-cent Raise or send this into corporate and tell her that she got an extra sale at this store because of how Nice & knowledgeable vs. ordering online!!!!!Nowadays it is extremely Rare to find Customer Service that doesnt have somewhat of an attitude. Especially to go out of the way like she does make sure that were fully 100% informed and do not feel like a burden we feel more like a friend. She definitely deserves a raise!
Just came to this location at 1:30pmOn a Tuesday and it’s closed with the security gates down and a sign saying they were closed although google is saying they are open. Total waste of a trip since I called myself checking before driving there.

The rep Brus basically said that if its not on their Im not qualified for exchange. So I call customer service on the phone to ask why . The customer service on the line agreed with me and when they were on the line with the store guy Brus they basically said the manager and the DM told them not to .So much confusion when it comes to this protection plan. Now theyre changing the policies . Very rude ppl btw. Not friendly at all on top of it all special Brus. Very unprofessionalVery unprofessional.

If I could give less than one star I would. Sales associate Lakeya B quoted me 85 bucks for 1 month of service for a single line. It was kind of high but she sweetened the deal with a free tablet. Got the bill it was 125. Crazy charges on bill. 10 a month for the free tablet, 15 bucks for 6 gigs etc. Tried to return the items within the 14 days. They told me i had to pay them for my returned devices. 106 bucks for a restocking fee. Even though i showed them in writing where she quoted me and explained about this free tablet. Then on top of all this my phone would drop calls at my home and at Walmart. Had boost mobile 4 years with NO problems. NEVER use this store or service. I have my boost mobileservice back. 2 lines are 80 bucks..10 gigs AND 2 FREE cellphones. Run from T mobile
Dont plan on getting any service from here. Dont fill out there wait list they dont go by it they make you stand there for 45 mins. they take people before you that come in after you and has the store manager his wife and kids come first too. This store lost a sell of 1300 sale was going to buy 2 new phones the S 4 but like i said my money was not green enough for them or t-mobile is to rich or they dont want to keep the 11 year customer or my white skin was to white. So if you are looking to get new phone dont go here

The worst T-Mobile experience ever. I went to buy a phone for my wife because hers broke a couple of months back, they just kept pushing the GS8 even though she wanted the 7. Than they lied and said the price was higher than the S8. On top of that they were rude as if they were doing me a favor. Went to mall of Ga store and they got me exactly what I needed.I thought maybe they changed and I stopped there yesterday because I wanted to upgrade my phone. The dude just looked at me and he said they dont do upgrades without new line added. Really, am I stupid. IDK whom runs this store but the DM needs to be either thoroughly retrained or promoted to a shopper.
I used to like this location, but after I visited yesterday, the representative did not know about the products and everytime I askedaa question he would just give me an excuse as to whywhe doesnt know. I even told him about a feature that he didnt know about. He just wasnt helpful at all. I just ended up leaving. I will NOT return to this store...

Worst T-mobile location in the area. Staff is incompetent and seem to be disinterested in providing quality customer service. Also the tmobile signal is extremely weak in the area. Save yourself the headache and visit another location (the Lilburn location is always helpful).

Have been sitting here now, 30 minutes. Waiting to be helped, there are 4 people ahead of me. The same 4 people that were here when I walked in. There are 6 workers here today, and only ONE helping the customers. Not exactly sure why, but this is ridiculous. The other workers are just standing around. Worst service Ive had in a while.
No one knew what they were doing!! The guy that worked with us seemed high on something and kept saying our phones were the problem we couldnt make calls. We have Note 4 phones! His supervisor seemed to more worried about texting on her phone then to help anyone. By the time we just started to walk out they just told us to call their 1-800 number because they didnt know what to do.
The staff are pretty knowledgeable, but wait times are consistently long. They have solved many problems for me though with various phones Ive had.

Terrible customer service. I have been a t mobile customer for 3 years and I have never had a problem into now. When T mobile switched over to no contract the told me I could not get out of my contract. I went to THIS STORE and They also told me that I could pay off my EIP balance early and it will reflect the change with my next bill. So I payed off my EIP balance on my next bill was $132 instead of $120. When I called a customer service the said there was a $20 balance still left over from my previous bill. However my printed and online bill stated I only owe $80 dollars in BOLD PRINT, it clearly stated stated FINAL balance $80 dollars. I asked if I could switch carries at they said I have to pay a $200 dollar early termination fee. Screw T mobile Ill pay the extra money and switch to Verizon. T mobile coverage and internet speed is terrible. I got lost for 40 minutes because the internet service stopped working for GPS. Which is weird considering I was in Atlanta and there are tons of cell towers there plus according to their coverage map.
