Called 5 times within a couple hours to check to see if gaming consoles were in stock for purchase. No one answered every single time. The funny thing is that this is one of the few stores around that requires you to wear a mask to shop which tells me the concern they have for covid. I have no problem with this and will respect that but why make more people come in to the store in person when you can’t answer the phones? Doesn’t that somewhat negate your health safety efforts? It’s not hard to answer a phone. I gave one star because the automated lady sounded polite

Great Service and I paid less than expected

Rating 4 stars instead of 5 because none of the employees answered the phone before I came in. However, all employees were wearing their masks correctly when I went in, and I felt safe the entire time inside of the store. I was in and out thanks to the helpful and courteous employees!

Its a GameStop. Theyre all the same. There may only be one, with many doors, that all open to the same place. Im trying to see if I can come out of a door that was different from the one I came in. It hasnt worked yet.

Ive never had a bad experience at this location always great service and awesome people...Tonight though, all of that went away, when my money was turned down. There was a sign at the front door at 7pm that said will be back in 5 minutes definitely was not 5 minutes. After the young female opened the door she walked around as Id I a daze, I walked up to the counter and asked to buy a game. She proceeded to lift up papers, walks in circles she walked to the back and than lifted more papers just tell me she doesnt have the keys, and that management took her key. How are you supposed to sell games when management takes the keys. Terrible Management

Great location and my son love it because he always get what he wants at this location. And the employees are amazing. They are very nice and kind and very helpful whenever you needed help. Great personality as well. Over all they all have a great customer service thats the reason why I love this location. Great job guys.

Was looking for a rare, discontinued item and according to Gamestop.com, they had a copy here. The time was 8:58 pm, just before close, but I figured I could call and ask them to hold it for 24 hours so I could pick it up tomorrow when they opened.Tried calling but there was no answer and the way GameStop has their automated service set up, the system basically hangs up on you after a certain number of rings.Well, surely the employees aren’t so lazy as to not pick up the phone despite it being so late. The store was technically still open and even at my work, which is also retail, I at least have the courtesy and basic human decency of picking up the phone and letting the customer know that we are closed and will open at a certain hour.Nope, tried calling several more times and they just let it ring. I stopped calling at 9:05 after 10 attempts, I know they are closed but it doesn’t take much time or effort to answer a phone and see why someone is calling.This is basically just employees being lazy and not wanting to deal with customers at closing time so they simply ignore the phone. Perhaps if they don’t want to do their jobs, they shouldn’t be allowed to continue having them?

Very helpful staff and a well kept up store. I wish they gave you more for trade ins, but that is pretty much the same at any gamestop.

I’ve been to both Snellville and Loganville. It seems as if Snellville to me, they enjoy helping their customers. Not saying Loganville doesn’t. Just seems as if Snellville is more involved. And the ones who smile too. It’s not that Loganville’s employees don’t smile at all, they could just do it more often for us is all. Highly recommend Snellville if you can make that one. If not Loganville is just fine. Maybe you can get them to smile, LOL!!

Greeted soon after entering store. Associated asked what we were looking for, for faster service. She then also searched locations for an out of stock item without being asked. Good customer service!

Honestly, as a gamer and as somebody whos grown up with gamestop, theyve become a greedy place, dont buy from game stop, youre better off getting digital copies or going to buy offline, and never sell your stuff here.

The store was a bit crowded and the line was long when we were there. We didnt buy anything just had a question regarding a defective console. The clerk was nice and knowledgeable to answer our questions. On another note my son bought a used 3DS XL at one of the Game Stop ($100) he used it for about 2-3 months and it broke. Turned in for $13 as store credit. Dont buy used electronics from Game Stop or anywhere else for that matter.

Staff very helpful and friendly. I had no clue what all I needed to buy and they were very honest. I could have easily spent a fortune if they werent so helpful.

The cashier Nathaniel was very very nice and we joked at the counter through the transaction. Just a very nice way to bring someone up from a hard day.

I travelled all the way over to gamestop and i get turned away because i need a LICENSE to trade games. I couldnt turn in unopened games for some stupid policy reason and the trip was for nothing. Its not the employees fault but who ever made the policies really needs a logic check.

I turned in my Xbox One for a pre owned PS4 and it was around $100 but I bought a controller and GTA.. I go home to find out the PS4 doesnt turn on, the controller charger is a PS3 controller charger, and the controller that came with the PS4 is in horrible shape. Literally spent $200 on this crap‼

Tried to sell my system with a couple controllers but they to play me and rip me off saying that both controls come together like the Wii mote and nunchuck. When I called another store telling me they only require just one Wii mote-no nunchuck with the system to sell
