The store is supposed to be opened by 9:30 am as advertised on authorized dealers door. I think they open when they feel like coming in. Been here several times in am for some issues and everytime I came to this location closest to me they are not open. Do not come to this store in the am you will waste your valuable time.

I would have not stayed at this location if not for the employee that helped us. The young man working there was helping a another customer before we got there and she was extremely difficult. He should great patience when I could not have and helped us as well greatly. I came in to buy a new phone and the only issue I have is that there is not enough to select from. I would like to see more variety of accessories. The store was very clean and whats the young man started helping us it was worth the 30-minute wait. Hes booked us through changing my phone over, copying all information to my phone new phone, and give me great advice which as of today months later I still appreciate.

I was in the store on Labor Day. Genesis & Gabby were very helpful. They went above & beyond the csll of duty. I had originally picked the Iphone 7, then switched to the LG Stylo 5. It was a difficult switch because we had already started the process to add the phone to my line. They kept it professional the whole time even though it was tough at times. I will definitely be back if I need another phone in the future! Thank you again!

Today after angrily leaving the Metro PCS store i at 2004 U.S. 78 (see my review) I came here to b buy the phone I wanted which they had said over the phone while I was at 2004 they had in stock. Waited on mainly by Nikki although Chris helped with the Uber app so I could get home. Just about the best customer service Ive encountered for years.Nikki helpful, personable and capable, the kind of person who makes you want to come back to a business. Very, very good. Also got help from Chris setting up; my Uber app so I could get homeBoth personable, helpful and knowledgeable, the kind of people who make you want to come back to a store. Much kudos to both!!.

The manager here is not warm and outgoing, but she is a no-nonsense, extremely knowledgeable service provider. been going here a long time and she never fails to get the job done, and in a timely manner.

Customer service is poor at this location. After this experience I probably will be leaving Metro PCS. The lady working seemed to not want to be bothered by me and directed me to another store. That seems like the common issue with Metro PCS. I will paily more for service and reliability.

After visiting several MetroPCS stores I found Nikki and Chris to be most helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure doing business with them. That Nikke even talked me into a third phone and it is just me.

The BEST SHOW IN SNELLVILLE ( STORE)

Waited outside front of store (9:30am ~ 10:30am) for a hour but store was never opened. right now is 12:30PM and store is still closed for no reason.
