As a result of the national health emergency I was empowered to work from home. I work in the telecom industry and needed a pro grade office I went to Office Depot and the general manager was standing out side adding a very positive attitude to the whole customer count limit social distance thing. I came early and got right in. I made it no secret that I was a motivated buyer. I wanted a good strong desk with descent surface area because I have to spend a lot of time there. I asked for a military discount the salesman Austin politely thanked me for my service first the apologized that it was not policy. That was cool because he threw in a big coupon that was better than most military discounts. I bought this great desk and two hours latter the Manger Rick was pulling into my driveway to deliver it.A good man that trustworthy and professional. Next day I went in to get a chair. While shopping misplaced my wallet. I found a nice chair while checking out I realized that for the first time in my life I lost my wallet in a public place I was frantic. Not my usual cool composer Austin found the wallet and loaded my chair. Although these young men were of a different culture they treated me like family.That is rare and special.

Have to stop getting my print jobs from here. Though I’m a repeat customer, come once a week... they can’t have my print jobs ready. It’s against store policy to print your jobs until you are actually at the counter.... Even though I email them hours in advance. So on top of me having to wait for the print job and they’re very nice but very slow associate, on top of a slow system I’m in there way more than I need to be. And honestly Office Depot Is more expensive than UPS anyway. It’s just that Office Depot is closer to my house so therefore more convenient. I’ve just decided to buy ink for my printer.

Employees are not wearing uniforms. Employee vomited in the bathroom then returned immeadiately to work. We are in global pandemic this is unacceptable. I am disapointed in this institution. They have Failed to enforce the nessacry precautions. Many customers without masks endangering lives. Manager does not cover nose with mask.

I had the worst experience here. Not even just for myself but for the other employees. It’s an office depot bro nothing is that deep. Mr Jamaul was rude to me for no reason like plsssss. Also let your cashiers sit bro i promise you we dgaf.

Honestly the worst customer service experience. Pracila, however you spell it was was the one helping me. If you even want to call it helping. I needed a simple problem fixed and was on hold for 30 out of 35 mins for her to tell me she cant help and was quiet rude the way she spoke. The whole time she acted as if i was a bother. She was very rude and disrespectful, i hope she gave me her real name and sees this review. Girl you suck and dont know how to do your job. Lawrenceville store has people with some sense and actually dont mind helping you.

Had an issue with a store brand ink cartridge not working with my printer. Kaitlyn, the cashier, and a manager helped me with no problem. They replaced my purchase of store brand ink with the Canon Brand at no additional charge. Whew. Both had a friendly smile and very accommodating. This location is always clean with fast/friendly service.

Copy and Print employees are rather lazy, reticent to do their jobs. They make it a point to declare that it takes up to 48 hours to make prints that can be ran in 4 hours max. Excuse being that there are other jobs in queue, but no jobs running, all machines idle. Ive worked in retail printing(Kinkos), I know how it goes. These folks are just plain lazy. Spent $1200 with this location in 2018, just under $1k in 2019. Will not return.

Diamond and Sara were awesome!Diamond answered the phone and assisted me with notary seals and when I arrived she remembered and showed me where they were located. She also pulled the item from the stick.Sara asked me if I found everything I was looking for, but there was only 1 pack of 4 primary color flair pens. She told me about the individual colors that I could purchase. She came from behind the counter and showed me the colors I could choose from. She also said she could give me a deal on the individual pens.Im so glad I drove a little out of the way to shop at this Office Depot instead of Lilburn. The Lilburn location didnt answer the phone when I called.

I use this place for all printing (lots for work). They are super fast and super nice. I’ve been kicking myself for all the years I got expensive printing done at another place (with long slow lines and not very helpful or nice workers). Won’t go elsewhere!

Purchased a wood framed oversized cork board, since a black frame was not available, my husband painted the outside of the frame black. It looked great, but after hanging one week using the provided hangers, the cork board starting falling down out of the top of the frame. When I requested an exchange, the manager(s) asked me if it was broke before I painted it. What? Of course not, why would I paint a broken board. They said the frame fell off because I painted it not the obvious reason which was the poor manufacturering of the board. How ridiculous! Get a new manager!

I just left Office Depot in Snellville, GA and almost had a wonderful experience. There was a young man named Jonathan who went out of his way to help me. He was attentive, courteous and professional. I would have gladly given this store a 5 rating.However, as I was leaving the store, a not so nice manager, Richard accosted me upon my exit to inform me and reprimand Jonathan about giving me some boxes that the company breaks down.In that one moment, his approach and attitude changed the entire pleasant experience. His lack of professionalism and willingness to embarrass the young man, left me with a negative feeling about the store and its management.Ive worked as a Gwinnett County school parent volunteer with many of the managers of this store over the 12 years Ive lived in this area and always had a relationship with them that mutually benefited the company and the school community.I was deeply disappointed about the way the manager treated us and will rethink buying anything from this store.I felt so bad for Jonathan, that I thanked him again in front of the manager for his great customer service skills and help.The 1 rating is specifically because of this experience with Richard. Include customer service in your management style and treat your employees with respect.

They really did not have a good selection compared to compared to other stores.They get four stars because of the Caucasian brunette that helped me very very much it was very friendly and getting my notary stamp!

Staff is friendly, but frequently understaffed at the print counter, usually a wait and the spiral binder has been broken more than not in the past few months. Literally. Quicker to go to the OD on Scenic Hwy, 5 miles further than wait in line to find out machines dont work. Perhaps the staff needs raining on how to properly use the, or its time for replacements.

Ok .I was looking for half of a star. I have three words for you DONT DO IT! If you need minor computer repair, run far away. I needed a hinge repaired and a fan replaced on my hp laptop . Today i had to purchase a new computer! What a nightmare. Because i work from home and all my files are on the computer i was between a rock and a hard place. I applied amd was approved for office depot credit card to expedite an online purchase to replace the laptap they said they could not repair (although I was assured the hard drive was fine.) The corp office said it would be 7 days b4 i would be able to get card to make my purchase .Keep in mind the store staff assured me this would be the quickest way and they could transfer my data to new computer. So 2 days later $$$ out of pocket no credit card for online pick up at store and 1computer down I am frustrated would be an understatement. Should have followed my better judgement one block down to best buy. Well they did apologize Hence the 1 star

They did a great job assisting me with a print job that turned out to be more than I had anticipated. Katie worked it out & had the job done in an hour!

This is a typical Office Depot, the only issue I had here was that the area where we were dropping off a box was so busy I had to wait 20 minutes just to get someone to take my package. This should have been a 30 sec endeavor.
