I got what I want at this Snellville location Im happy about that. But the only problem that I have at this location is that besides they dont have enough help, they are bunch of rude, unkind employees. And some of it they dont even feel like want to help you or asking questions. The rudeness of this employees are not acceptable. All the money I spend every year at this Snellville location, they should be a little bit nicer, kind, and no showing attitude when you ask for help or questions. Very dissatisfied with their customer service.

It is great that they have someone to guide you as soon as you come in the door. My last three occasions here no one has been servicing the pickup line and you have to wait 10 minutes and ask multiple people to get someone to help you, that is not good. The guide at the front door can also work as a cashier when available and when theres a longer line thats another good practice. Best Buy appears to have fair prices relative to the market and also has a price match guarantee, I think this has helped them in their competition with such behemoths as Amazon.

I dont normally shop at best buy, a little to pricey on certain things you find at other store for less. I came to get a wire harness for my truck to install a new radio because the factory harness s cut out of my truck when I bought it. The staff was great & knowledgeable, they helped get the exact harness I need for my specific vehicle & thats was that. I was going to have them install the radio but as I mentioned, theyre pricey for something I ended up doing for free or getting someone to help me for free.

I was in tv section and decided to buy tv. Asked employee who was standing behind desk for assistance. He told me if I need assistance to scan barcodes with my phone that was in front of the desk. While I was completing all useless steps that app asked me he walked away. I waited over 30 minutes no one showed up to help me. Went to customer service today to ask for manager.Employee who was behind desk called someone over the radio manager was standing next to her. He asked what she needs . She pointed to me and said he is asking for manager. This wonderful manager just walked away . Well I walked out of store. Never going back to this store or buy anything from Best Buy. No surprise why they almost went bankrupt

This best buy had a lot of laptops from Chromebooks to high end gaming laptops. I spent bout 2 hours in here just looking in amazement. Great service and good atmosphere. This location is on scenic highway in Snellville/Lawrenceville line. Just go and spend ya money!

This is a review of Best Buy and Citi Bank, not this location. I have not found any other way to file a complaint or leave a review. Citi Bank and Best Buy engage in bad business practice when it works with each other regarding their credit cards. Little to no information is given on how payments are applied and no notice is given when changes are made to the balance due to a promotion ending. Citi bank does not accurately inform its employees on this information, nor do the stores inform their employees, so the customers are left with the bare minimum, if that, and all the punishment should something happen. Their statements have this information with no explanation or clarity on what to do if you need to allocate payment to a certain place. They make the decisions based on a 2009 bill, but do not communicate this clearly to their own employees or the customers.

Real nice, clean store. But like every retail store short with staff. But I am impressed with the employees that are there. I had a issue with my lastest purchase and called the store were I purchased it only to find out they were not accepting phone calls and my call was routed to a call centerEventually the issue was corrected and replaced. I kinda thought if this is the process with a 2 day old purchase whats going to happen if theres a problem during the added on warranty down the road

A young girl called Jasmine Were very professional and she took a very long time on the phone to get ahold of Best Buy to re install my Rewards. Its got reinstalled in 24 hours. All the staff were very friendly and professional. Jasmine was great.

Shelves arent always stocked. The app says items are in store but not on the shelves. Dont know if thats lack of your stock team or just laziness.Employees are usually huddled together and wont break away from each other until someone asks for help.

Went there to buy a radio for my car. Finding someone to help was harder than pulling teeth. When i finally did find someone, they were rude and told me they didnt have anything even though they clearly had product on the shelves. When i pointed out the stuff on the shelf they walked away. Guess Ill take my pocket full of cash elsewhere.

I had an appointment here to install a dashcam to my car. I was told it would take two hours for the installation, and it managed to somehow take six hours in total. It is a complete disgrace that I was lied to multiple times, in how long it would take to install the dashcam. Also they managed to break part of the dashcam, and added just a random part they had there lying around. Absolutely terrible service.

So i had to just interrupt them and say, can someone please help me...this is after I hapd been in the department area for 10minutes. And then if you want to talk to somebody in the store, you have to go back up front to make an appointment, they didnt have the item I wanted in stock anyway, even though they said it was there. This has got to be a joke!! I pay for a refrigerator, no leasing or payment plan … and schedule delivery, and my refrigerator is over 4 hours late and still hasn’t arrived. You mean to tell me that you outsource your deliveries and can’t even keep them on track? This has been the worse experience and I will NEVER shop here again! Employees attitude make me feel very uncomfortable spending my hard earned money there. Do better be better. Be more familiar with your inventory or stop being lazy and actually walking on the floor to put eyes on products. Im pretty sure most ppl when coming to best buy, come for help from in-store employee or you need something now and cant wait for shipping correct. So tell me why you can never get help from these employees. Either they see you before you see them and they go the other way or no enough ppl which I get post COVID-19. But I feel like its the former every time I come to this best buy. There usually when I come there a line at the checkout with no one up a front and few on the floor. I would rather go to Walmart and target around the corner first than Best Buy. If youre in Duluth just go to micro center if your near this one just be extremely patient. As far as items in stock vs website its usually spot on. Just got a $500 Chromebook for my daughter for $225 (open box deal) didnt know it was worth that until I started to setup it for her.

Wasted two hours of my time, I checked in at 6:14pm using the QR code I was told to use once I was ready for an associate to assist me, waited in the Apple section since that’s what I was there for. Pretty much was there alone I would watch associates walk by not say anything. I was waiting to either hear them call me or text me that they were ready. Neither of which happened, I did stay in that section the entire time. After over a hour I went to the front since it wasn’t that busy and no one had assisted me yet. The girl said on the walkie talkie that she was checking me back in and I was next and to get to me ASAP. I was going to ask why I was being checked back and what reason I was check out since I was in the section the entire time but since she said someone was on their way and for me to head back there, instead of questioning her I went back to the section to not miss my turn. I did not stop and headed straight back then waited about 40 mins and watched associates walking around yelling other people’s name….not mine. Getting tired of standing and my back hurting I went back to the front to see if someone was on their or if there was anything else I was waiting for. The guy at the entrance was shocked no one still hadn’t helped me, he looked up what I was looking for which was not in stock at that store. He did answer the questions I had and offered to order it to the store. I said no thank you and asked if another location had it in stock. Which of course the reason was I did not want to step back into that location. I will make the extra drive to another one that has better organization and customer service.

Met this guy named dylan, if I could give ten stars I would, he sat there patiently and answered all of my questions, gave me helpful information about them, advice on my problems that I needed, not to mention showed me around the store. He gave the same patient and helpful energy to everyone I saw him meet, he is engaging in conversations, incredibly polite, and overall an incredible employee, one who definitely deserves a raise. He is curly haired with blue eyes I think.

My mother and I visited the store on Saturday the 20th,because I was looking for a dishwasher. We walked in and went directly to the appliance section and I actually found a dishwasher that I liked and was going to purchase it but the only 2 employees in that section were helping other customers at that time. I waited for them to finish and one of them asked my mom if she needed help,but she told him that I was the one looking for help. He said to give him a minute and he would come back to help us. Well that never happened. So I found the other employee that was finished with the other customer and told him that I needed help with a dishwasher. He asks me if I had checked in yet and I told him no, he then proceeded to tell me that I HAD TO check in order to get help! By that time I had waited over 30 minutes and was DONE with Best Buy,and my mom and I ended up walking out without a dishwasher. Totally disgusted!

After a less than stellar experience at a different Best Buy, I was wary of what our experience would be like at this location. Turns out there was no need for wariness. We came to purchase a new phone and were helped promptly and courteously. The employee who helped us, Fabio, was very knowledgeable about all things phone, and when he didnt know an answer to something, he figured it out and let us know. After our purchase, he stuck with us to aid in data transfer from our old phone and other odds and ends. Besides all of this, he genuinely seemed happy to help. There was a line to enter the store, but it moved quickly, and the employee who was monitoring the number of people leaving and entering the store was very courteous, referring to customers as sir and maam. It was a cold day, and when it was our turn to enter next, he went the extra mile and allowed us to stand just inside the door in order to stay warm with our kids. We were very thankful! This location was awesome and I would definitely shop here again.

Curbside pickup - try to go during the daytime. Less than 5 min. We went at night, and not only did a customer show up BEFORE receiving notification that her order was ready, but the TV she bought didnt easily fit in the back of her SUV. The guy was exceptionally patient with her, and we werent in a hurry so it didnt bother us. When he was finally able to come over, it took about 5 minutes or less for us to get our order. Great customer service at this location! I will definitely drive the extra 2 miles.

Well, I didnt think it was possible, but Best Buy has figured out a way to make their customer service even worse than what it already was. Now if you want help you have to leave your name at the front of the store in hopes that somebody will come help you. This might be acceptable, maybe even helpful if there werent 6 to 7 people in blue shirts standing around doing nothing. Good luck trying to even make a purchase. You get better customer service from Amazon, which is where I will be making my laptop purchase. You ought to be ashamed!

If standing in line for 20+ minutes is your idea of a great shopping experience. Go visit this location. Always lines and only 1-2 check out lanes available, if youre lucky. No one is ever available to ask questions to or to get products unlocked to purchase. Could be a massive staffing issue in the store or new move to force online purchases.

Customer service has drastically changed to nonexistent. In order to get any kind of help, even for purchases, you have to request via a link even if theres someone standing there. EXCELLENT customer service. I love when employees approach me and ask if I need help and then actually have the knowledge to be able to help. Dylan helped us with the TVs and was able to answer ALL of our questions, and we had a whole LOT of technical questions about different features. Then later on someone else stopped to ask us if we need help.... On another note, the parking lot was a bit too crowded because in my opinion its too small. But overall great shopping experience

Best buy in snellville first time there it was a line to get in. Once you are inside you have a blue shirt who ask what brought you to best buy today. Then points to the direction of were you are headed not bad line moved pretty quickly. Then later on in the day there is no line but the blue shirt is still at the door which is not bad either.

I brought my laptop in because I was having an issue that I did not quite understand with it. The young men at the Geek Squad counter were very helpful, and explained thoroughly what needed to be done. They were professional and courteous, I felt confident in their ability to take care of my issue. My laptop was ready when they stated. I even purchased a protection plan as I intend to rely on the Geek Squad for any future computer needs.

One star - really bad experience. Store has multiple workers taking names for a list to serve customers, but they dont stick to the list. Feel phone counter wasnt helpful. Mutilpe employees told us they couldnt answer questions so we hung out and looked up phone reviews online in the store until we figured out what we want.

I REALLY HATE writing negative reviews but I must write this to help others. I recently ordered an Apple Watch Series 6 44mm online and waited with great excitement and anticipation for the day I’d get the email to come pick up my order. Sadly I NEVER received the email to come pick up my order, then when I tried calling to see what was going on, nobody ever came to the phone (I waited 30mins on hold) which would’ve been fine if someone at least acknowledged that I was still on hold. I ended up canceling the order and getting my money back which is the best thing that came out of this process/situation plus I found the exact same watch $100 less at Costco so it worked out . If I could give this review 0 stars I would but that wasn’t an option. My advice to other online Best Buy shoppers would be when you are ordering something like an iPad, IPhone Apple Watch (basically anything super expensive) DON’T order online, go in BEST BUY and pick up your item yourself or go to the APPLE STORE since they know what they’re doing.

We purchased a washing machine at this location. It was supposed to be delivered Sat Sept 26 12-6pm. We received an email saying it would be delivered around 4pm. Never received a call or anything. Called customer service, who claimed that they couldnt reach dispatch and would contact a manager and call us back in 15 minutes. Well its the next day and still havent heard anything. Do not buy anything here. They had better find our washing machine, and install it in the next 2 hours or Im coming down to the store to raise unholy hell!!!!UPDATE 1- So its a week later and they were supposed to deliver this morning. 10:45pm last night they sent an email telling us we have to reschedule. No explanation, nothing. No call. I call and sit on hold for an hour to speak with someone who isnt even at that store and she claims she cant get through. DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH BEST BUY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVER.

Worst customer service I have ever had! Oh I am sorry, there was NO customer service. On the phone with geek squad for over an hour this morning to no avail. Went into the store to purchase a new printer. Person sitting at the front door asked me if I wanted to put my name in for some kind of SANTA promotion. I said no I need to get a new printer. He said go on to the department. After standing around with several people I asked if this was the line and someone said I needed to GO BACK to the guy at the front and put my name in. And then I WAITED, AND WAITED, AND WAITED. They must have called over seven names. Finally I knew I was before this one woman and I said, whoa, wait a minute I have been here over 25 minutes. Kid said everyone has been waiting, we are very busy. Didnt ask for my name NOTHING. I finally lost it when the next name called was a woman that came in 15 AFTER me and I told her she needed to put her name in at the front. I told the kid, Debra, Debra, where is my name.............I could tell something was wrong.He wouldnt even look at me, said someone deleted my name. SO I HAD BEEN STANDING THERE WAITING ALL THIS TIME FOR NOTHING. No apology, he just told the poor kid that just came on to take care of me. Well thanks to Othniel Eluma (my hero) he helped me find the best product for me and ordered it to be delivered by Friday. You know, I am so sick and tired of three little words due to covid. Just because we are in different and sometimes difficult times does not mean that CUSTOMER SERVICE should be made non-existent. I understood the wait, i understand the under staffing, I understood the lack of merchandise. BUT I DO NOT AND WILL NOT EVER UNDERSTAND THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This 5 star isnt for BestBuy employee but instead it is for an Apple Employee. This location has a gem of a person, I apologize on not remembering his name but he is an Apple Employee who is in the store. Me and my daughters walked in and we wanted to get something for my wife for mothers day, upon approaching the Apple department in store; we were greeted with a warm gesture. At first glance I didnt knew that person worked there, bc I wasnt ignored. He was cleaning and wiping down the products on display which is hard to find as it should be a top priority for any business specially right now. He asked us to give him a minute until he was done what he was doing and the whole experience of him explaining and asking and recommending was spot on. I would visit here only bc of that person from Apple. I dont know who needs to hear or see this but THAT MAN NEEDS A RAISE OR ACKOWLEDGEMENT OR APPRECIATION for what he does there. Waited forever to be assisted, which I can understand since Christmas is around the corner, but when I went back into the store to exchange my galaxy watch for a smaller size the cashier by the name of Sasha seemed like she was mad at the world and took it out on my items by slamming the 200 dollar gift I purchased on the counter. You would think her getting paid to process my exchange after I had to wait 20 minutes just to get to her register was the hardest thing she’s ever endured in life. If you’re in Sasha’s line I strongly suggest you just wait a little longer to deal with someone that has respect for you and the money you’re spending at the store...

The only Best Buy in this North East and East suburb of Atlanta Metro which has @Auto care@. You can schedule there for all auto radio or other electrical and cosmetic changes. I did installed my rear view camera installed here.. the service quality was good but little more proactiveness needed, I was told on my 2nd visit to remove the factory rear mirror, that’s a customer responsibilities, could have told on the first day of visit, then I idi not needed to visit 3 times for the same thing.Anyways service is good .And as usual Snellville with less tax here 6% compare to other locations 8%, I always purchase expensive items like laptop, apples products from here, although I am not local to Snellville.Also they have a huge collections.

Big Best Buy fan over the years, but will drive out of the way to not go to this location again. The absolute worst customer service of any Best Buy I have ever been to. Waited 25+ minutes while standing in the middle of the Apple section to try and buy an iPad while employees walked by and didn’t help or even ask if I needed it. The branch was not busy whatsoever. I finally went to customer service to try and get help, and they had none in stock. That’s fine and I would’ve ordered at the branch for delivery if customer service had been better. They lost an easy sale.
