Big Lots is cool man. Listen, when you go on the website a lot of people dont know you can use 2 codes for purchases. Discount codes. When they send out the 20% off codes, usually DEAL20, I combine it with my military discount and save 30% total. I use it for laundry detergent. I stock up.

This store is much nicer than the Stone Mountain location. A wider floor plan, with the furniture in the center. This makes navigation much more easier to handle inside.

This was a big big lots. Not one of dem small country community big lots. They had food, furniture, and everything in their. The staff was nice and helped me out a lot.

Went in search of totes. They were more than I wanted to pay.

They have stocked this store back up and I am so glad 😊. This store is big and I can always find something to buy here. Really good prices on seasonal items and dont sleep on some of the food deals (just be sure to check the dates). 👍🏽

I absolutely love this big lots. Its not quite as cheap as I would have liked but I got so many Christmas lights and an inflatable that is huge and much better priced than other stores I have visited. I was able to get all of my outdoor holiday decor there, which I was elated to do. all other stores around me are sold out of Christmas lights and outdoor decor. This place definitely made my day! Very nice staff as well!

The store is pretty big with a decent seasonally appropriate selection. However, the drab and unfriendly employee who checked us out had such a grumpy and boring manner that I would bet you money she was not smiling under that mask, at best. Sure, I cant see your entire face, but you still have to be polite in order to actually be a customer service representative of any type because no customers came to get bad attitude. Nights at this Big Lots? Thats likely what youll get.

The nicest Big Lots I have ever been in...the associate were all so helpful..I bought a table...the delivery guys..a father and son were wonderful..so pleasant and friendly..I have nothing but good things to say about this store..The management team is doing so.ething right.

This store is nice, with a great selection. But the enormous amount of trash is the parking lot is a huge turn off. The lack of care about this important detail makes for an uncomfortable shopping experience.

I had a mostly positive experience at this location for the most part, I purchased some furniture items and the gentleman in the future section was friendly and helpful by loading the items in my vehicle. This store is located in a low crime nice part, Ill be visiting again in the future!!!

This is the nicest Big Lots I have ever been in, and I frequent as many as possible to seek out the best deals. The store is exceptionally clean and is better designed than your average Big Lots store. Product selection is also much better, and the staff I encountered were extremely friendly. If you have ever had a bad experience with any Big Lots store, this location will change your mind about the company.

I had no idea Big Lots had such nice furniture and fireplaces. The staff was super nice. I went in for some teeth flosers and came out with bedding, towels and dishes. My new late night stroll.

I found what I was looking for at this store I had a ball going in there shopping to cashier was friendly, but team leader was not friendly but she was very helpful.

I feel like you dont save much as you used to, theyre actually higher than going Home Depot or Lowes if youre looking for patio furniture. Thats odd to me. But theyre good for like toiletries and stuff.

I love how the store looks cleaner at the new location but they do not have near the same products from what I have been buying for years at big lots. Thats a big disappointment. I have to go to the pleasant hill location to get products i am used to buying. Great gluten free and international food section though.

Great finds! Ive been to this big lots before,and didnt have such a good shopping experience. Buy this time, I had a good one! I was able to get everything on my necessity list (hBC and paper products) and afford some fun things! I was kicking my mega pack of paper towels down the aisle trying to get a good grip on the smaller products,and an employee brought me a cart before I even asked! The only thing from my list that was slightly more expensive was the kitty litter, but my cats (and my nose) are still grateful. Great prices on makeup sets for the holidays,and cutlery and plastic storage had a better selection than I expected! If you choose to go here, come prepared with a little more in the budget! Great finds! Low-ish prices!

Just went to Big Lots in Snellville. Purchased a heavy item. The girl that assisted was polite and eager to help. The man who helped load it was one of the most pleasant and helpful people I have met. This store is so clean and merchandised well. Great experience...great people!

Lack of pricing on a lot of items. Selling expired food. When I reported this, they didn’t really seen to care and blamed it on their vendor. Shopping Big Lots online is a more pleasant experience.

Big Lots used to be a really nice discount/bargain store but now their prices are becoming a lot more competitive with department stores so they have lost a bit of their charm with me.

Bad customer service they make you feel like youre not welcome by ignoring you

I just started shopping at Big Lots and I really like the patio furniture they carry. I usually shop online or another location. I was in the area and stopped by the Snellville location. The staff is not knowledgeable and extremly rude. I will not shop at this location again.

Huge selection on holiday decorations. Very clean, well organized, brightly lit, great prices. Getting into and out of the parking lot is a bit of a hassle. There may be a traffic light a little farther down though. And the cashier kept talking to another guy (friend seemingly) during my checkout. But Im happy with my purchase.

Everyone at this Big Lots location is very friendly and helpful. I actually bought a Bissell floor sweeper from there, and we had to return it twice. Both times the employees were able to resolve my issues, and the exchange was quick and easy.

This is the nicest Big Lots Ive ever been in!

I like the new location its bigger and more neater. And it offers more merchandise it have a big health and beauty aid Deptment. They have expanded their food Deptment good prices on the food products. Very nice further Deptment they have expanded it.

Our 1st visit to this location was enjoyable. Every thing neat and organized, employees very helpful and prices as I would expect at Big Lots. I recommend this place.
