I met the owner Jay about 3 years ago. He is very customer service oriented and a problem solver. He handles all of my dry cleaning and alteration needs. His dry cleaners is an asset to Gwinnett County.

I brought my wedding dress here to get it cleaned and preserved and they did a wonderful job with the cleaning. It rained on my wedding day and the train of my dress was completely destroyed from the mud. I thought there would be no way to fix it. After they cleaned it they called us to come check if the dress was clean enough and I was surprised to see it looked brand new! I don’t know how they did it, but I’m a happy customer!

So I went in there this weekend to get my daughters 4 robe Amaya put on the back.... he asked me what I wanted to pay.... I asked what was the price.... he responded very expensive.... I asked what is expensive.... he then asked what my budget was... I asked what is the price... he replied $100... for 5 letter on a toddler robe and $100 for 4 letters on my other robe.... I went to Southern sister in Grayson and the service was done beautiful for $20 for both and less then 24hr turn around..they had amazing customer service.. he was rude and very unprofessional.... I would not recommend this business.....

They have serviced my needs three times now and they really provide good service. They are very friendly and thorough and seem to pride themselves on great service. I have gotten pants hems and clothes cleaned. I also like that they will text message you when your items are ready. I will definitely keep using them for my cleaner needs and also alterations.

Left my shirts with all wrinkles, my shirts didnt even look white and one was brand new .... !!!!! Ready bad experience never going back..

Left 3 bags at their spot for embroidery. Was asked to pick font and size. Upon my arrival, the font seemed very small and tacky for the bags that I left. I immediately said the font is much smaler than I expected. The Owner then responded, and I quote the bags were too small for the machine so I couldnt make it any bigger Whatever. I paid and took the bags home. Upon my arrival, I realized that this place had once before embroidered my girls backpacks. The embroidery on them wore bigger so I called back. Long story short, He was very defensive and rude. I paid my money and wanted answers. My main concern was this- if the bags were too small for the font size that I initially wanted, why didnt he give me a call to ask me if the size that he chose was okay with me before he proceeded? I will not be back. The rudeness and loud talk was unnecessary.

My fiancé and I have been going to Deeya cleaners for 2 years now. I needed a pair of pants taken up for work. When he took my measurements, I used his discretion as he said that he would not take the pants up any higher. When I received and tried on my pants, I noticed immediately that they were not taken up to where we put the pins in. I called him, spoke to him nicely, and let him know the issue. His response was that no matter what, I would have to pay for it again. He then lied, saying that he never told me not to take the pants higher. To make matters worse, he was extremely rude. This was not the first time he has gotten an attitude with me. He didn’t try to fix the problem... he was only interested in getting more money. You don’t treat your loyal customers in this manner and surely don’t get an attitude with them. My family and I are looking for a new cleaners as I type! Be careful with this one! If they are in the wrong, they won’t fix it without payment and will blame it on you!

I made the mistake of choosing this cleaners over another that was recommended to me because it was more convenient. When I paid, I accidently put in the wrong PIN on my debit card. He then reran the transaction and it was fine. I was then told by the owner that it cost him money because I made a mistake. He was quite rude. I wont be back.

$9 for one dress and it was still wrinkled! They wanted to charge me more to get it done again after charging me extra to get the belt that came with it!! This place used to be really good. Im never coming here again. :( They lost a loyal customer.
