Cool store with a friendly owner.

I went to purchase a item in this store, however the customer service experience needs to be improved. While in the store the atmosphere was dead silence. No hello, no can I help you, nothing. More of a stare you down moment. Once they work on their acknowledgement and helping with the customer experience the store would be alot better. When a small business is in business for a product or service, a bad customer experience will/can make or break it. Do better with interaction of your customers, you need customers to stay in business.

Ms. Cheryl is soo sweet! She has a lot of apparel and paraphernalia, plus she can customize your items!!! How cool is that?! Im definitely going back!

This is where I get all of my sport apparel and all my balloons for every occasion. I’ve never had a issue with anything they have great service. I actually got balloons in April for my daughter’s birthday party and they are still floating around my house today.

The owner is super friendly and always helpful. I find a lot of Pittsburgh Steelers items there which saves me shipping and handling fees if purchased online. Her prices are affordable. It does feel like youre shopping with a friend when youre there. Awesome customer service.

This company is definitely the most consistent bad service I have ever encountered. I have no idea why me and my wife get treated consistently very bad at this business. We have yet to be disrespectful to this business at all after being consistently disrespected. This small business will not last long and I will be reporting to the BBB, and as many review websites/and apps as I can find. I own several successful small businesses that benefit the community and have not ever encountered situations like this specific one yet.

I had a great time visiting Sports Bonanza. They have a lot of a little bit (mainly Falcons & Cowboys), and then there are other teams sprinkled in.Most of the inventory is official merchandise and most of that can have some sort of custom number or name added. A great location if you are looking for accessories to accent your sports look if you support other teams other than Cowboys & Falcons. Cowboys & Falcons fans will have a field day here with a variety of things to choose from.The owners will have you cracking up from the time you walk in until the time you leave. They respect customers who are in the store and will prioritize them over potential customers on the phone.I will be back as soon as they up there Redskins items.

Ms. Cheryl is so personable. I love shopping and talking to her. She has anything and everything you would need whether its dollar items or sport items. Go Pattriots. :-)

Dollar Bonanza is great!! The owner is super friendly and funny! It actually feels like youre shopping at a friend/relatives house but of course you have to pay, lol! THE best place for quality sports gear/gifts and party/craft supplies. The cherry on top is that things are inexpensive but not cheap!

Great selection of Cowboys great paraphernalia but needs more Steelers paraphernalia. I love my Boys but my mom is a Steelers fan all the way and it was hard getting a gift for her being they didnt have much to choose from.

She has everything you can think of four party setup as well as sports memorabilia. Great customer service! 👍

I had the worst experience at this place! I purchased some balloons for a very special event....1 out of 4 started to deflate by the next day. When I returned to get a replacement I was accused of doing something to this ONE balloon $1.06 by the way. The owner Cheryl was rude and very Belligerent. and refused to replace it! So I paid $1.06 for a new balloon....and spread the word to my 17,234 followers in the community.
