The guys in the yard are excellent and will take great care of you and your boat. We purchased two Waverunners and had a great week using their marina as a jumping off place. Will return to AAWS again next year for vacation.

She answered all my emails and if she couldn’t get to the phone, I received a call back shortly after.I called inquiring on purchasing one wave runner but because of her great personality and knowledge. I ended up buying two. I know alot of times people dont speak about the good experiences they have when they make purchases. I was pretty unimpressed with my first encounter with this facility. After calling and making an appointment to look at a certain model jet ski, I arrive and realize that it had already been sold. Being that I drove there specifically for that, a call to warn me would have been appreciated. The older lady who first greeted me at the door was very rude and made me not even want to buy from them, if they did have what I was looking for. There was a younger lady who was very nice and friendly, and helped me to the best of her abilities. After this first experience here, I would not try again.
Excellent customer service. I purchased a boat on consignment from them, and they were helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. They went out of their way to video a test drive for me as I live two hours away and couldn’t make it down for a test drive. They also rewired the trailer and put new lights on so that it was working and ready to go. There was no pressure and they definitely make you feel at home, the chocolate peanut butter cake was excellent. Thank you for the hospitality! I would definitely work with them again.

After 4 years of being on the water i just want to make clear how important it is to buy a boat/ski from the right place. This PLACE is NOT the right place.After 4 years on the water ive learned so much. This place does not care about what happeneds to you or your machine after you write the check, and DO NOT bring it here to get serviced! Because them not caring extends to your machine if its left there.There are so much better places to go to to buy, And EVERY SINGLE place knows about these people and their reputation is horrible.If youre in the market and are searching around this area, there is a spot in LBI that takes care of their customers and warranty work, if you are more up north There is places in jersey and staten island that if you bought from this place will do your warranty work and take care of you and answer all questions, you wont have to google and figure out yourself due to this place.The water is a lifestyle, people pass knowledge, experience, tips, tricks, anything to help. Horrible customer service Stoped there before COVID-19 sales person sold me 2 wrong oil change kit.They were closed for over a month stopped in today to exchange them for the right kit they told me they couldn’t without a receipt it has their sticker on the top of it. Not looking for a refund just the right kit which by the way is more expensive. Was going to purchase two new covers. Guess they missed out on $400. I bought 2 waverunners and 2 ez docks from them 4 years ago $30,000 and they won’t exchange an oil change kit...What a nightmare thought it was a new owners but it’s not. I would drive 100 miles before I spent a dollar at that store!

Recently completed the purchase of our 2019 Yamaha 212 Limited S JetBoat from All Action Water Sports in Sommers Point, NJ. The entire process was outstanding! Danielle and Colleen are professionals who truly understand the Yamaha product line and work tirelessly to ensure that every customer leaves 100% satisfied, especially when you’re spending north of $50,000.00 on a big ticket purchase. The price and package were excellent, and the service including the new boat preparation and delivery, detailing and sea trial went off without a hitch. Just recently traded in 2 Yamaha VX Cruisers and bought 2 new Yamahas from All Action. Danielle gave me a time frame for the trade in evaluation and when the new waverunners would be prepped and ready. They were done exactly as promised. I know there have been some bad reviews in the past but wanted to give my review on my recent experience. Be patient. Everyone wants to get things yesterday. Thanks for the prompt service.
Just want to quickly share my recent experience in dealing with All Action Watersports of Somers Point, NJ.My wave runner was in for service last year before the start of Winter due to water in my engine and while still under warranty. When I picked it up there were a few concerns but I was reassured my wave runner was in perfect running condition. Move forward to this season and my first trip on the water, the wave runner again took water in the engine. Go Figure, best part is it’s now OUT OF WARRANTY and Colleen at Action Watersports refuses to make the repairs. After back and forth arguing and contacting Yamaha I thought it best to simply pick up my wave runner and figure something else out. I go to pick it up and am told it will cost me $495.00 to get it, I pay in protest though. They bring out my wave runner on a pallet with my engine in about 10 pieces, unbelievable, then they refuse to let me take it unless I sign a waiver relieving them from any responsibility. Ha Ha, crazy right??? Well, I refuse to sign that and contact the State Police that they will not return my property (although it be in pieces) at this point they agree to load it into my truck. I had hoped by this point I would have been contacted by All Action Watersports to help resolve this, but nothing, not even an email apology or phone call. So I’m sharing this just as my personal experience and to warn my friends and whomever may be reading this to be careful who you choose to be your service agent and always get any communications in writing.

Will never go back again. I’ve bin dealing with them for service and purchases for 6 years. There customer service and service department was horrible this summer. They have all new staff and no one talks to eachother, and seems to know what’s going on. Was calling them every week. Had two of my waverunners in for a 4 hour warranty repair and then had them for over a month each. Then they up charge you $25 to remove your waverunner off your trailer and $25 to put it back on. My waverunner was in for warranty work. THEY JUST LOST A CUSTOMER, BUT WITH THIER I DONT CARE ATTITUDE THEY WONT EVEN KNOW IM GONE
Dont know what to say they sell jetskis dont know if service on par shady river and ocean heights seem much better for service

Website does not reflect what pre-owned waverunners they actually have in stock. I understand if it sold that day it may not come off the website that quickly, but when theres 15+ pre-owned waverunners on the website and only about 7 in the lot it was quite annoying. Waste of time driving down there....lesson learned call ahead and make sure they have what you are looking for.
I have been a loyal customer of All Action for about 20 years. I can honestly say I have never had anything but a good experience while purchases a watercraft or EZ Dock product. I live in LBI and after hurricane Sandy All Action had their local rep come reattach my docks free of charge. Top shelf sales and service.
Sorry to say but will never go here again. Waiting for a part they keep telling me thats on national backorder but I called numerous other dealers and checked online dealers and they all have it. Its a shame cause I like to support local businesses.

Terrible! They damaged my waver runner and trailer and deny what they did. They refuse to make good on it and ignore all calls and e-mails. I was told to leave for simply inquiring about this situation. Please be careful of who you choose to service your expensive machine,

My yamaha waverunner came in April a couple of yrs ago and since I didnt have a trailors I chose to drive back to AC ..RAN OUT OF GAS HALFWAY HOME BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME I HAD ENOUGH TO GET ME TO THE NEXT MARINA,WHICH WAS FALSE! I remember thinking how cheap they must be in not putting a couple of gallons in a $15,000 machine

I never write reviews but i had to for any future customers sake, Stay away! Purchasing a boat or a jet ski is suppose to be a fun time, I purchased a boat for 72k very excited and big purchase for me. The boat came with nothing assembled. I had to do it myself. The radio didnt work the features on the boat did work. I called they said they would have someone come to my marina to fix it i sat there all day and none showed. finally i got the brand new boat down to them, when i went to pick it up my whole hull was scratched left my cover off the boat and when i said something i was told well thats what happens to boats lol. I was in complete shock! There where rips in the seats, my rug was soaked the inside of my boat smelled for months. On top of all that the features on the boat which i paid an extra 20k for this model still didnt work. They told me to bring the boat back again, Sorry no lol. I found another dealer and if you are looking to buy from them you should too. The most important thing is customer service (which this places attitude is that you are bugging them when u need customer service). lucky i found a yamaha dealer who honestly cares about their customers and the experience, and its a dream knowing if there is a problem Im not alone anymore unlike how this place makes you feel. TRUST ME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Poor customer relations, purchased a waverunner and trailer from All Action Power sport on July 27th, 2014, 60 days (26 Sept) later still waiting on title/tag for trailer, excuse after excuse, they were heading to DMV on Monday, well maybe Thursday, next week, I promise. Filed a complaint with NJ Attorney Generals Office. Took almost a month to get registration for ski.I took a potential customer down there a week after purchasing my waverunner (was happy with them a time, go figure) it was like we were annoying them, didnt act as if they were not interested in selling a waverunner but more interested in texting friends.If you can find what youre looking for someplace else, save yourself some hassle and go to the other place.
