Service that goes above and beyond! The team at Somers Point made us feel comfortable with the boat purchase and spent extra time with us showing us the ropes when we picked it up to make sure we were 100% ready.

If your in the market for a boat, MarineMax in Somers Point, NJ is the ONLY place to go! My husband and I were looking for a boat last year and our salesman Chip Weidemann spent days and weeks helping us. We never felt pressured and he never made us feel like we were wasting his time. We left without buying a boat because we couldn’t find the right boat and the timing for us was not right. We went back to Chip this April, found the right boat for a great price and bought our perfect boat. Everyone at Marine Max was professional, accommodating, helpful and patient. Thanks to Chip, Mike, Greg, & Captain Mike. These guys are an anomaly and I highly recommend MarineMax.

We recently purchased a 27 SDX Sea Ray from Marine Max. Our experience from the beginning of the sales process (Bill Hoerr) through, delivery has been exceptional! We received great advice during the sales process, the delivery was professional and our Captain (Pinto) who showed us the ropes during delivery was exceptional. The post sales team including parts are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We came very close to purchasing another brand with another dealer.....we chose Sea Ray based on prior experience with the brand but in great part because of the professionalism of Marine Max, we made the right choice!

Unquestionably the best marina to buy a boat and the best customer service after the sale in South Jersey. We bought a 21 scout dorado. They got the boat to us in record time and at a sale price lower than used boats. But the service afterwards has been incredible. They had a captain teach us how to dock and maneuver the boat and he came out to our house weeks later. And we are able to call on him in the future for more lessons. In addition, they installed extra dock accessories and boat items weeks later. But there is more...all of the extra things they do for the customer after the sale...are free !!! Hows that for customer service. Unheard of in this day and age.

Arrogant, nasty, boat salesman. Horrible service dept and way overpriced. Keep an eye on you wallet!
