As newer boater I was nervous about learning the ins and outs of docking and maneuvering in and out of the marina. Tim R. and all the guys at the Waterfront Boatyard were so helpful and friendly. I really appreciate it. I had such a good experience that I decided to upgrade my boat and purchased a new boat from Waterfront Marina. Both my son and I purchased boats at the marina and were extremely happy with our sales man but the service department gets a rating of 1. They didn’t provide good service to either one of us and we know for a fact that people got their boat in for service after only two days and we both were told we had to wait over a month . Bad business.... won’t be coming back for service or to purchase another boat .

Waterfront Marine is a world-class operation. I was directed there because I was interested in purchasing a Carver, and I am so glad that I was! From start to finish, the entire purchase went perfectly - it was a pleasure to deal with their entire staff and I would recommend Waterfront without reservation.

DO NOT do business with them. The manager Earl Schock, will try to scam you, make up extra fees which are not in the contract and try to charge you at the end.

They were very accommodating getting my boat detailed and taking care of perfectly. Greg was very helpful and scheduling and when my trailer strap was broken he made me aware of that ordered the part and got it taken care of. Its nice to see that instead of showing up and finding the strap broken and having the shop tell me oh yea I forgot to tell you! Thanks for the attention to details!

Very good service, you can call them and they will put your boat in the water before you show up. You dont have to worry about a thing. You can get get on your boat and have fun!

Terrible service department. Completely incompetent.

Incompetent parts department when they are actually around and they dont understand how to look up simple items, and just say they dont carry it. Nobody working in parts Dept when called on a Sunday. Useless. Take your business elsewhere.
