I first contacted Derek the General Manager and he was straight forward and very friendly. His response time was fast and communication was on point! He set me up with one of his salesman Nick. Nick has a great personality and was very knowledgeable with the vehicles and knew everything inside and out..and then some! He made sure he went over every little button and feature, and he even took the time to help me pair my phone to the car before I left to be sure I drove home safe. I had a very pleasant buying experience at Key Buick GMC of Somersworth. I usually dread going into a dealership to purchase a vehicle but I must say, dealing with Brandon Braden, sales consultant and Derek Hurley, General Manager my experience was easy and enjoyable. Their “no pressure” way of selling really works for me. I could relax and make a really good choice for me. I will recommend this dealership and Brandon to everyone.

This is by far the worst business I have been to. They were extremely unprofessional the whole time my truck was there which was about 11 weeks. I had dropped my truck off to have the transmission fixed. The first time I dropped it off it took about 6 weeks which I had to keep calling to get ahold of the service manager because he would not return my calls weather I left a message with someone or a voicemail. After I got my truck back it was about as bad as it was when I had originally dropped it off. The second time I dropped it off took a little over 4 weeks to get back and they were telling me that I still had to pay for parts even though I had paid the first time to have it fixed. When I finally did get my truck back it still has problems that werent pre existing and it was a complete mess and looked as though someone had rummaged through my entire truck. Come to find out they have an ongoing theft problem there and they left my truck unlocked and a few hundred dollars worth of stuff was stolen from my truck. I spoke to the manager and he told me he would try to fix the situation but now Im in the same boat where they wont return my calls or they just dont want to take responsibility for it. I would absolutely never go back there for anything!!

My Mom has been having a lot of problems with her car since she brought it home, shes brought it to like 6 different places and every place she brought it has given her the run around, over charged her just to put a bandaid on it, instead of actually fixing it. Then we brought it to the Buick dealer in Somersworth, they were honest, respectful, didnt over charge, they actually helped and I definitely recommend this place.UPDATE.. So we brought the car to the Buick dealer and one of the employees told us that they would fix the car completely and would NOT over charge us, When we went in to take the guy up on his offer, we find out that he was fired. Now their trying to charge us almost $2,000.00. I understand getting a car fixed can be expensive but dam.

I have always purchased my cars through the Kyoto group and it wasn’t until I came to the specific dealership that I had troubles. The first week that I bought my vehicle they had messed up my paperwork not once but twice I had to drive an hour there and back to re-sign paperwork that they had made a mistake on. There was also another occurrence that wouldn’t be such a big deal if it wasn’t for the disrespect of the GM. This man even made fun of me for threatening to go above his head to the CEO. He is a cocky kind of man who clearly has something against younger women standing up for themselves. I will never purchase another vehicle through this dealership again. The only good part of my experience was from the auto center who I am so appreciative for.

I thought the staff and the mechanic work was satisfactory. The condition of the parking lot and the building was not good. Deep holes in the asphalt and part of the roof was torn where the vehicles are staged for service. Did not feel comfortable parking my vehicle there.

Our buying experience here was great. Both Derek and Sean are top notch guys. During one of our first few service visits, a mistake was made on our vehicle (minor cosmetic, nothing major), and when I brought to the attention of Logan the service manager, he addressed it immediately and made every effort to make things right with us. Had my Yukon towed in this Thursday as it was stuck in 4wd didnt get an update till Friday asked about other concerns presented such as my wireless charger not working all the time and my parking sensors not working properly. they said they would look at it Monday and Monday rolled around no call or update I called Tuesday to hear them say they wont work on my car with no explanation. Ive asked to speak to several different managers but there are none. if they want to resolve the 80,000 vehicles issues ill edit my review.

Iam so put out with the daily calls or text to try and get me to purchase from this dealer even though I have not asked for assistance or looking for a car,They are just using the previous owners records of sales. I have even had to threaten action against them unless the calls stop. This is Poor business practice. And this is being done by multiple employees!

I tried making a deal twice with them (where I purchased my previous truck), both times telling me what I wanted wasnt possible. Then I go to Somersworth GMC and I am in and out with a new truck. I recommend this dealership and the service department for easing my anxiety level when the door trim had to be replaced for a factory oversight.

The quality of the services performed are worthy of 5 stars, the cleanliness of my vehicle upon receipt of repairs is where it tanks. The staff in the service dept are wonderful. You would want your vehicle to be returned to you in the same cleanliness condition as when you dropped it off. Not having to clean grease and oil off of the dash, steering wheel, floor mats (arent they supposed to put paper ones down on the interior?)Again, it would have been a 5 star rating if not for the way the technician left my interior.

The salesperson I talked to about a vehicle was responsive to my emails, which is why they do get the 2nd star, but used the term with all due respect sir... after I told him what price I was looking to pay. We all know there is an underlying meaning to this phrase and I did not appreciate it when all he had to say was that they couldnt hit that price on that particular vehicle. Pretty rude in my opinion. Wouldnt recommend this dealership after that experience.

Went to this dealership today with the intention to purchase a brand new truck after Steven talked to me on the phone and convinced me to come there first while I was on my way to another dealership stating that he could beat their price. So I get there and I was feeling pretty good about it until I got the actual numbers being completely different from what we talked about over the phone. The trade in value was almost 5k less than several other dealers had already offered me! Luckily I had the paperwork on me from a previous dealership so I could show proof of what I was being offered elsewhere. Well that’s when his sales manager starts shooting his mouth off to me about how he knows what it’s going to cost to get it to selling condition even though it’s 4 years old with a factory warranty on it. This place is what gives car dealers a bad name and I will never be back ! They tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door and if they can’t rake you over the coals for an extra 5k they get angry.

Dealership seemed extremely reasonable on the phone. In person they became your typical car dealer. They knew I was coming in to buy the vehicle. They did not detail the car the day before. I picked up on a Sunday so detail was never done. I bought a new terrain and it has 30% oil life.... explain that to me ? Dealer refused to pay for an oil change (I understand that I get two free all changes for the first two years I own the car; however, a new vehicle shouldnt have 30% oil life). They offered me a free detail and oil change, but I live almost 2 hours away and they know that. That’s why they made that offer. If they truly wanted to do what was right I would get it detailed and oil change near my house and send them the bill and they would reimburse me.

Went there to get a replacement car key. The gentleman behind the parts counter was excellent, full stop. The key we were replacing was a transponder type (the key talks to the car before it will start to help thwart car thieves) which was overly expensive. Non-dealer sources were 60% cheaper but the customer service and advice mostly made up for the cost difference. The cost is General Motors suggested/mandated and really not the dealers responsibility but it was still too high. Thus the 4-star review.

Just bought our 2017 Chevy Traverse today and it was a smooth and wonderful experience! Travis was absolutely awesome. Wed recommend him any day! He went above and beyond to help us with our car buying experience. We didnt feel bullied or scared into anything. Everyone actually was really friendly and helpful. Run!!! This place is lacking management that can properly run a dealership. Sales manager is very rude and aggressive. Openly makes fun of you the customer and is your typical no class car guy. After seeing this dealership had a variety of vehicles that were not in working condition we decided to go to Banks and purchase a certified pre owned which this dealership does not have. With all of the pre owned trucks none certified? That leaves you to wonder what is wrong besides the low class establishment and managers.

We drove hours to visit your location to see if you could help us trade to a GMC. You told us that you (Derick) would have to have your financial person see if leasing would be an option for us, and that you would call us the next day which was Sunday. When you didn’t call, I called. I was told you were busy and would call us right back. When you didn’t I called you AGAIN Monday morning. You said that you were waiting because the loan companies were open. That you would call me back. Then you didn’t call again. I called AGAIN on Thursday and spoke to Jordan Who said you weren’t there, and that the other manager would call me back because he was with a different client. Guess what? No one called. If it couldn’t be done that’s all you had to call and say. But as your company is obviously not professional enough, I don’t think we will be doing business ever with you and I will be leaving reviews on all social networks indicating the very same. A very unprofessional company I definitely don’t recommend them.

They hold you hostage! I will never do business with they dealership. They took our keys to look at the vehicle we were looking to trade in they kept the keys and wouldnt give them back to us. I had to ask at least 4 times. They would only give them back after we talked to the sales manager. He was not nice to us never smiled and you could tell he was so upset that we were leaving and not purchasing a vehicle. We went to GM Holloway in Portsmouth. They are the complete opposite so friendly and helpful. We found exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted. We are so glad we went to Holloway to buy our car.

Bought my first GMC at Midway 8 years ago. Working with Chris thru the sale was great. He listened to needs and found the truck I wanted. Been servicing my vehicle there ever since. Phil has been great. 232k miles on my truck and still going strong.

The service was great. Everyone was pleasant, courteous and informative. We will be picking up our new Canyon, Denali tomorrow.

The salesperson did okay but he was new to the dealership they told me it was only an hour to two hours to get it ready and get the paperwork done I didnt end up getting the vehicle until almost 4:30 and I could have done a better job cleaning it with my eyes closed csay that you did give it to me for the price that I wanted to but customer service socks
