Would totally recommend this place. I went in for my birthday to get a new piece. When I first went in and shopped around they were as the other reviews said very knowledgeable. On top of that, they were extremely helpful and patient. They took out everything i wanted to see.When I finally decided I was accidentally charged the wrong price, went back in and they happily made the adjustment. When i got home my piece was defective. Great inventory this vape shop has good stuff and more than any vape shops i visit i bought a vape and he put in the juice and explain it like no other vape shop has i come from jersey city being an uber driver you could imagine how many vape shops i visit but this one i will visit more often happy with the service will give it 10/10 but could only put 5 here. My first trip to Somerville Smoke shop was fantastic. The flavors I got are Strawberry Milk and Subzero. FANTASTIC! The owner was friendly and instructed me how to use my new MOD which I Love! I will be a regular customer.

Great shop! Really nice staff and a huge selection of high quality glass. They also carry juul pods and all kinds of vape juice and equipment. Just recently found this place and I definitely plan on going back. The prices are pretty good for this area and the inventory is well stocked. If I can rate this place a 0 I would.The girl that was there was not knowledgeable in any of the juices an was rude. I came an hour away to come to a place that looked so appealing and was not much of a crammed size shop with stale cigars. No selection of vapes or adds just a bunch of juices from 5 years ago. Way better shops are on the strip,with way better pricing and knowledge. My friends and I will not be returning. Keep options open before buying.

I am forced to give a one star rating because it does not allow me to give a zero rating. This place deserves a strong zero. Every time I go to this place to purchase an item, I am ALWAYS given one excuse or another. First, we are waiting for displays. Then it was item in the back or waiting on shipment to arrive. Then on my LAST visit, the item they advertised was not only different from what was shown to me but the price was raised. I was told the item advertised was the sale price and I apparently missed the sale. I am VERY disappointed with the apparent games and misleading information given at this place. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME ! My friends referred me to another shop in town that I am VERY happy with !

I bought a vape mod, smok g priv baby. That same day it was leaking so I looked up a few you tube videos to try to understand the problem. I went back to the store the next day and explained it to the owner.He was annoyed that I went back for an issue. He had a girl clean something in the back, gave me a new coil. Kept the old one. And he assured me it was not going to leak again.The 2nd time it was explained to him that the piece I had on was a replacement tube and I needed the actual tank. He looked extremely annoyed that I went back again for something that was not in the box in the first place and said not to come back if it kept leaking. About half the e-liquid was wasted because of the leak issue.If you decide to buy something here, make sure all the contents are in the box and maybe try to educate yourself about what your are going to buy.You would think someone who runs a smoke shop would have some knowledge of what they are selling.

Not sure who would ever give these folks a bad review. I can only speculate. They salways have what I’m loooking for. I typically go for vaping things of various types. But I have gone for other things for friends, like tobacco and papers and even essential oil. Also I use Kratom for an illness and pain. It’s Always better to by this online. One time I couldn’t and had to buy it here. I was totally shocked that it worked for my pain as well as the best online vendors. I then noticed they get it from a reputable vendor. This is very unusual for smoke shops. It’s typically a plain bag with no details. Finally the owner is super nice as is everyone who I have ever spoken to who is working there. Their hours and ease of parking are great too. No reason not to go here! Good prices for vapers too.

I bought a mod from him for $150 the next day I went to urban chaos and it was $60. I called madvapes and it was also $60. So I went there and told him his reply was that hes a smoke shop and vaping is his side business. What a loser. Please beware this guy also changes his prices daily.
