Love this place. Great service and great location. Please never move! They are an amazon drop off and UPS is so hard to find. So glad they are so accessible for walking, taking public transportation, and for driving - metered spots and at peak times may need to drive around to find a spot. BUT there are municiple lots in walking distance (so dont be lazy, LOL).

I just came here tonight to mail a package internationally. The person at the counter’s response was as follows:Them: “I don’t know how to do that, and I’m the only person in the store. You should come back tomorrow.”Me: “Ummm, ok…Is there another UPS store in the area that can do this?”Them: “I don’t know. You should look it up. I think there’s one on Highland Ave.”First off, this IS the location on Highland Ave. Second, not only did she not apologize, she made no attempt to either figure out one of her job’s core competencies or help me locate another store.Astonishingly rude and incredibly incompetent.

Their delivery window sucks. I had an extensive item to be delivered and because our apartment is unsafe to leave the packages at the front door for couple of hours, I had to waste my whole day and stay at home to receive the package. I called them and installed the UPS my choice app to change my delivery option but even asking them for a pick up rather than delivery costs you a fee which is ridiculous.

Ive been a customer for several years, and the previous employees have usually been helpful, but yesterday I tried to drop off a pre-paid package and the woman at the desk said she didnt know how to log it a d to come back today. Today the same woman was working and said they dont accept DHL packages, even though the website says they do and Ive dropped off many in the past.Train your people better, UPS.(I wouldnt normally leave a bad review after two bad experiences, but what else do you do about a giant multinational corporation whose customer service department is completely decoupled from the actual stores?)

Went in to do a “convenient” QR code return. Only one machine was working and they weren’t even trying to fix it. Meanwhile it took over 20 minutes for them to deal with someone shipping 4 boxes- all properly labeled etc. to the same address. Every box required extensive repeating of the same stuff. Not the fault of the customers. Next time I will just print the label at home and drop at Staples!!

Went to the store at 6:15pm on a Thursday to do a package return. The store was clearly closed even though the hours say open until 6:30. This was after I tried stopping at the Medford Square location first which had a handwritten sign that said “closed on 9/9”, so I drove 15 mins to come to the Davis store instead. What gives UPS!? What a waste of my time.

Called to ask about printing some simple black and white worksheets. They told me it would be $1.25 per page. Normally I go into this store and login to the computer and print for something like 10 to 25 cents per page. Ridiculous pricing, especially compared to how much it is for me to print normally.

The lady charged $2 to print the label and said if I have no cash or debit card I should buy $10 worth of items to use my credit card. She was disrespectful and treating me with a terrible attitude. I dont recommend their services.

Went in thinking it would be quick and convenient to print a document... First of all it printed it to 11 by 7 which I couldnt do anything with then it wouldnt reopen the document, computer then reset itself and I had to leave since I had no more time to spare.. A waste of 25 min and $15 and got nothing, nor did anyone try and offer a refund

Great spot for printing, excellent customer service. I went to pick up some posters today and they were a little blurry. The guy working (I think his name is don?) was super helpful and replaced the images with a clearer print, and then kindly took the time to explain to me how to save the digital images and order them in the future to ensure a better quality. Will definitely continue to visit this location for all of my business needs.

The best help from Jason, not the first time, for a woman without a printer in her house, he is really kind, polite, technology wise, he knows my phone better than me, thank you, great service.

I try not to believe reviews but unfortunately the ones of this site are true. I asked the young girl at the counter questions about charges and the requirements for what type of card to use and she was rude. She then went into the back and made fun of my questions while I was still in the store. Needless to say, I do not recommend using this store.

Hadn’t really had a problem with them in the past. I mostly return packages and occasionally ship. My worst criticism was that they’re really slow. This time I took an amazon box to be returned and forgot to tape it. They charge a $2 fee for tape.... say what? I would have swallowed it but I didn’t even bring a wallet. They just let me go and stood their ground. Now I will N-E-V-E-R go back.I found out this fee is something that varies from shop to shop. The other one across town doesn’t charge if it’s just one box so I’ll be taking my business there.

Cant scan from scanner to USB. Outdated machines. Staff will make fun of you in front of your face for asking questions. 👍🏻 Love it

Place is a complete rip off. I paid $71 to ship something that I sold for $80 on ebay. $38 for the box, packing peanuts, and bubble wrap.... let me repeat that $38 for the box, packing peanuts and bubble wrap, are you f&*@*#*@* kidding me? I paid another $33 for the shipping itself. I will never use a UPS store again, and after reading countless reviews of these outlaw franchises pretty much charging you whatever the hell they want I would recommend everyone do the same. Also dont go somewhere to ship something without having your own box. I still cant believe I paid that much for the materials... Lucky for them I just got off the train, HAD to ship this and didnt want to carry it around for 2 days. Never again UPS store, you won this one.

Not a great place, and the staff I talked to where about as unhelpful and disinterested in doing the job as Ive seen in some time. I dont usually write bad reviews, but in this case I now dont have two Christmas gifts that I needed to pick up there, using Access Point in UPS My Choice. The two items are sitting there, but according to the staff, who didnt even bother to look beyond my shipping slip, said the shipments were not there. I would suggest that no one use this location as an Access Point. Otherwise you could end up regretting even using this service. I would have been better off if the people in my family had just seen what would have been shipped to the house had I not chose Access Point. Now they have no main Christmas gifts until the coming Tuesday, which is when that location opens again. And thats even if they even bother to look out back next time. Awful service, never again will I use UPS if I have the choice. Why have a job if the person could not be bothered to actually do it?

Small, convenient location for copying, fax and mail services. Nothing amazing, but straightforward and reliable. Near the MBTA red line Davis Square subway station.

I wanted to go to this location since its next to everything else in Davis. The person that worked with me was really nice and thorough. Ive never shipped anything before going and they took care of everything for me.

I purchased some government surplus items on an internet site. This UPS store was nearby, and they offered the service of retrieving the items, packaging them, and shipping them to me.I thought the pick-up charge was very reasonable, and the items came through to me in good shape and in good time. They called me whenever there were questions about the arrangements. It all worked out very well.

Only one person working, so expect to have your time wasted while waiting. Also, they dont allow printing documents off your USB drive—instead, they want you to send your sensitive documents to their email address. What a waste of time!

Dude with the glasses who I imagine is the manager was the most surly person Ive ever come across and incredibly unhelpful. Even before asking for anything the guy was giving attitude. After showing him a price I found online for shipping my box using the UPS shipping calculator they argued and said they couldnt honor that. When I asked them to take dimensions they added an inch on top of the actual dimensions. Place will rip you off.

This is a one-person store and they’re supposed to open at 8:30. It’s 8:45 but no sign of anyone so I have to give up and lug my parcels to work :-(

I went to return a package they measured it wrong tried to charge me more than needed because of it refused to remeasure charge me to print a label more than possibly necessary and then tried to charge me just to tape the box closed

Fast and efficient - nice employees

What a waste of time! i recently stopped in to do something ive done at every other place like this - make copies - but this place has such a convoluted method of doing things i just walked out. every modern copy shop has machines that make copies from thumb drives, but not here - you have to sign in on a PC and pay by the minute to send your files over to their copy machines, which have USB connections right on them, but no, this UPS store doesnt work that way. instead they want you to pay extra charges (minimum charge is $1.00 but its also by the minute) to do this. absolutely ridiculous. and the staff was just complaining about everyone being grumpy when they come in. maybe thats because this is the most backwards run business in town. im also wondering why the staff didnt offer to help instead of just complain about customers behind the counter? safe yourself some frustration and money and go somewhere else, as this place is the pits.

I use them for printing, scanning, and shipping. Always friendly, always alert and professional.

Fantastic for online pickup. Never not had my order ready, as long as I gave them reasonable enough time.

There are two UPS stores in the area and I chose this one to visit. The young man who helped me was very good at what he did and I was appreciative as it was the first time I ever had to ship something and he was very knowledgeable.

This place will rip u off. they were charging me 300$ to ship a large package. i went to the post office down the street with the same package and they only charged me 36$. dont go to ups.
