The fan for the A/C and heater made a loud noise, so I found a diagnostic video on YouTube - something must be stuck in the fan. I removed the glovebox myself, and deep in the fan I could see the face of a dead mouse! I drove to El Verano Auto Repair, and with the skill of a surgeon, they removed the pest! No charge! So friendly, fast, and skilled - I will be back!

Sold my girlfriend and I a great car for a great price. Just wish they let us know the jack arm, wrench, security wheel lock adapter etc. were missing from the trunk, if we would have had a flat tire theres no way I could have pulled the tire off and we would have been stuck. Other than that they sold us a great car, solid mechanically.
