We found a vehicle that met our budget and expectations the owner met us as we drove in an had the car ready to drive and was polite and informative. The car is as new a 2013 BMW X3 35i with only 56000 miles, which exceeded our expectations.we could not have done better. We finalized the sale and the sales manager was also polite and informative, he took the time to walk through car and all the controls with us.

Honest, above and beyond service. I remotely purchased a classic car from them that clearly had little to no profit margin for them after a major price drop. Despite this, Jason accommodated every little question and concern I had (which were numerous) leading up to my pick up date. We bought a 2014 Mercedes B Class from Esteban. We live in Walnut Creek so we called him in the morning and he had the car charged for us when we arrived in the evening. The car was spotless.Kovacs Motors had detailed service records on the car and were very helpful! The technician who drove the car from auction to Sonoma provided us information on the remaining battery range for the car. We are thrilled with our purchase!Note: We were at CARMAX earlier in the day looking at the same model car. The salesman there was not nearly as knowledgeable about the car.

This was my first time getting a nicer, more recent car financed, and I can definitely say that Kovac Motors provided exceptional service. I visited a few dealers around the North Bay, but next time I will save my time and just visit Kovac Motors first.Estaban in particular provided exceptional service before, during, and after the sale. He was patient with me and explained how the process worked while making some of the more frustrating aspects, like working with the bank to get my car financed, streamlined and simple.Most importantly, the value was great. Not only was the car in excellent condition, but he showed paperwork that the car was inspected and had brand new parts like the tires and rear brakes. The car was sold below the KBB price, even with over $1,200 in new parts provided by Kovac! I then took the car to my auto shop I have trusted for two years (Hilarios in Napa, another 5 start institution I recommend), and their inspection lined up perfectly with what Kovacs told me. My auto shop said that, outside of oil changes, I probably wont need to see them for any sort of work for another 50,000-60,000 miles. Thats what I want to hear!I cannot recommend Kovac, and especially Estaban, enough. I work in sales, and Estaban and Kovacs provided the excellent sort of sales experience that every car dealership should provide. I was never rushed, every question I asked was clearly answered with documentation, and Estaban followed up with me after the sale to make sure I was happy. I cannot recommend them enough!

I’ve been looking for a black on black Mini Cooper S for a little over a month. They are quite scarce. This one popped up on CarGurus. I called on Saturday 2/2 spoke to Jason, test drove it on Sunday 2/3 with Steve and brought it home on Wednesdy 2/6. Jason and Estaban got it ready for me. The process was quick and painless less than 15 minutes. They did have a good size inventory but I was focused on the Mini. Will check them out again when I get my Acura MDX. Mahalo Kovac Motors!

Saw online thru USAA. Made apt. Went in Sat with my son for test drive. Son liked the car, but had to come back next Sat to pickup. There were items KovacsM had to fix. SteveB was very helpful and honest of the items that were fixed. No hassle! Great if there was some customer parking, if you are showing up other than a Sun.
