The yard itself was organized which is why I go there. I dont mind paying the 3 bucks to get in.Now they automatically charge you for a 90 day warranty without asking if you want it or not.The stealing they dont want in theyre yard they are doing it to you at the register. Not cool LKQ

I am so impressed with the organization of LKQ. Its been years since Ive been to the salvage yard and I never rembered it being fun. Husband and I got out bright in early with tools and found everything (plus tries and rims) to fix his little beer can. We saved about 1.5k and we are thrilled.Thanks LKQ for running a tight ship!

Great place to pull your own parts. Compared to the other guys LKQ is trying to keep an accurate inventory of what is in the yard. This keeps me from being disappointed when I cant find what Im after!

The associates were very courteous. We did not go out on yard until 5:15 pm and the were very polite about the needs as well as the fact I was all the way in the backend of the yard at 6. The parts are abundant here.

Im not a car guy so take what I say with a grain of salt. 4 stars for the web site and thus setting realistic expectations for me.Great web site. I was able to have a list of possible vehicles when I showed up and the vehicles were where they said they would be.I felt out of place here, but I actually got what I needed. The lot was muddy from recent rains.

So far the best junkyard I have ever been to! I was able to find some front seats for my PT Cruiser and side mirrors for my Concorde! All for a great price! Staff is really nice and helpful. I am definitely coming back and would definitely recommend others!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. They gave us a list of about 8 cars and only 2 were actually there and they were stripped completely. They also charged us 6$ to enter the facility and would not give a refund after we complained that the list was not accurate and the cars were not there. Most cars I saw were stripped down. They are crooks just taking our money. I would never go there again. I suggest that you don’t either.

They are a nice, clean & organized placed for a salvage yard. Much better, than what Ive seen at others. Definitely will use them again & refer others.

Went to go buy a truck cap for a ranger and found one that was decently damaged but fixable. Somehow they thought 85 dollars and no core charge is a smoking deal. People give caps away, and they think theyve got gold. Good luck scraping the 15 dollars worth of aluminum. Should have done Craigslist first

Found the part we needed that we couldnt find anywhere else. Great price...only downfall is you definitely need to wear shoes or boots that you dont mind getting dirty. Customer service was great!!!

Parts are reasonable and they have a price list for parts. You can check inventory on the website. All the workers there are friendly and helpful.

I went to get a wheel for a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta. First they directed me to a vehicle that did not match the rim pattern for my vehicle and informed them that the 2009 they had was a better match than the 2010 they first directed me too. So, I go to the yard and find the vehicle, much to my dismay they have removed the stock anti theft lug and replaced it with their own. Keep in mind I did a thorough search of both vehicles for the VW tool kits just to see if it is a weird VW thing but it is not. So, I proceed to the other vehicle they first directed me to and again they have done the same thing. Back to the front I go to explain the issue. They pulled out their box of anti theft lugs for Volkswagens and I explain that none of them are a match because they have put on a lug that is not a Volkswagen part. The clerk asked a manager if it would be possible for me to be loaned the tool LKQ used to put on their own lug. No it would not be because if somehow I were to break it they would be out of that tool. Kind of hard to believe that I could break something like that but nonetheless. So, I proceed to call customer service and they are as inept as the individuals at the store and wont allow me to transfer the call to the store itself so that I can speak to the proprietor of the individual establishment. All in all a waste of over an hour with a business that clearly doesnt care about taking care of a potential customer when they are the ones that made it impossible for a customer to acquire the part needed. Please do not frequent this business as they really do not care about customer service or satisfaction.

Very nice lady at counter very helpful I liked them asking me what I wanted they typed it in gave me a slip of paper showing me exactly where it was very helpful.

The distance from where we live is a huge blow. 45 min drive but......This is the 1st and last place we look for parts we need. The prices are fair and vehicles are organized and easy to find in the lot. This is our go to place for used car parts.

Drove 2 hours for part on a car they just pit on internet only to find out its been out for 3 days already thanks LKQ been nice to know your web site has old content its useles for getting a part not knowing u put car out early big disadvantage for people why do u do this

Might be a good place if you live next door. Couldnt get a straight answer if they had my part. I wasnt going to make a 60 mile round trip not knowing if it would be a waste.

Called their number, selected the menu option for part pricing. The person who answered the phone was completely unhelpful. How are they supposed to give you a price if they dont have the parts inventoried? Complete waste of time.

Their pricing isnt very clear and seems to be subjective to whatever employee decides to ring you up for. (I.e. they dont follow their own price sheet) .the lot itself is in disarray although it is organized by vehicle make. No one seems to care to clean it up anymore. I remember when they used to clean it up and it was immaculate and typically a really good lot to search and pick parts. I dont know if this is a new corporate policy probably if its just poor management. If im going to pay for admission atleast please clean the place up.

My kids old cars were slowly rusting to death in our barn, plus they were taking up room, that and as were getting older and want to move south and dont think it would be nice to leave a mess for the kids to clean up... after cash for clunkers none of the junk yards wanted the cars, they would give us $20-30 for the weight of the metal... the land fill wanted $100 to take them, after we removed the engines and gas tanks..(?) would fix them before doing that...talked to LKQ they asked what we had and made a cash offer.. over 100 each! got them on a neighbors trailer and went... very busy store, guys pulling big wheeled wagons with all kinds of large parts.. there is a purchase desk in the back, the gentleman there looked at the cars from a distance said because of the good (?) condition of the cars (kept in a barn) he would give me 150!!! checked our ID, gave him the title, he gave us a check, then called a huge forklift to take the car... what a deal... didnt see the cute girl from the tv ad... but all the girls working the counter were just as cute... (dirty old man thinks so..) I may borrow the neighbors trailer and go into business, finding junk cars just to take here...

They dont know how to keep the people in order from which when they come into the store or come from the yard I was second in line yet person from the lot got weighed on got cast out for I did bad customer experience dont ever go there

Good place and actually has an organized list that can tell you if / what car was there so you dont go to the yard to actually find out that they dont have the car you are looking for.Hated the Kalamzoo LKQ for not having a list and just telling me repeatedly that they dont keep record, that lot was alot smaller and literally takes a notepad to keep track of.This place proved organization was best and isnt hard to do.

Crap. Went in there twice and customer service was bad and the next day the credit card machine was down so I asked them to put a part on hold. It was 2 days it was on hold and never received a call, they crushed the part.

You call get a quote and you get there and it’s a different price normally higher than the quote then add the extras

Horrible customer service. I call to check availability and price before I could finish my sentence, They hung up on me! Even if I called the wrong department at least forward me to the right direction. This is the second time and the last. Just lost a life time customer.

I couldnt agree more. The employees are very rude. I called for pricing before going there. I get one price on the phone and then the price magically changes there in the store resulting in me having to leave what I went there for because of the change in prices. Pisses me off. Prices shouldnt be so high anyway since we have to take everything off ourselves. They are of NO help there. It must be strenuous sitting on your ass all day and get paid for it.

They charged me 3 dollars for admission and said that they had the part I needed for my van and that someone would be there to help me when I got to van. I walked probably about 5 acres and low and behold, the van didn’t have the part I needed and nobody was there to help me. Then they told me i can’t get refunded
