Absolutely fantastic. Very honest. Had my brakes looked at and they told me they were probably still under warranty and that I should check with the garage that installed them. They were right. On top of it, they didn’t charge me a dime. Couldn’t be more impressed.

I trust Mark, Nate, Adrian and the rest of the M D Lillie team just as much as I do my family doctor. First, they take the time to get to know the vehicle. I dont know if they reference files or if they have it all in their head, but they know my vehicle history as well as my doctor knows my medical history.They listen. If you dont explain the problem well, they will ask the right follow up questions.They are incredible trouble shooters. They have even given me advice over the phone to try to troubleshoot and solve my problems on my own. These guys take pride in fixing problems, and fixing them right. They are proud of their reputation and record.There is no BS. They will lay out your options, give you the pricing, and respect your decision. They are also willing to tell you how they came to their conclusions and why they recommend or dont recommend a particular course of action.They are reasonably priced, quick, responsive and friendly. I have been a satisfied customer of theirs for nearly 20 years and 5 cars. I wont go anywhere else.

Ive been a customer here for over 12 years, I have sent a dozen cars (family and mine) through Mark and Nates shop and have had consistently great service, any issues were always resolved and they never tried to nickel and dime me or talk me into unnecessary work. Honest, hard working local shop. I recently moved back to area from Baltimore and now drive a whole county over to come here even for simple oil changes.

Though I often resist giving a five star rating to any service I review, because of the outstanding services they have performed on my car for the past decade, MD Lillie Auto Services deserves no less.My goal is to drive my car (2001) over 300,000 miles, and they are there every mile. While some businesses are honest without skill, or skilled without honesty, this business is both technically skilled and totally honest.They offer extremely reasonable prices on parts and, it pains me to say, theyre selling their service short: its a bargain even at a much higher price.

I took my 2000 Civic (130k miles) into their shop first thing on a Monday. The Check Engine light was on, it was squeeling when the car started, and there was a rattling sound under the hood. They called me around lunch time with an explanation of the problems and a quote for the repairs. They called around 3 letting me know that everything was complete.Throughout the process the workers were professional and courteous. They charged me exactly what they quoted before they started the repairs. The car was repaired the same day I dropped it off. The price seemed reasonable.Overall, I am very satisfied - and I rarely say that after visiting a mechanic.

HONEST and Mechanic are two words that do not usually collide in a sentence. The folks at MD Lillie are mechanics who are honest. Weve been taking our cars here for 10 years based on the referral of my father-in-law. They are honest and fair. Theyre so honest and fair that I once had a car fixed, got it home to quickly realize something was wrong and had to take it into a shop near my house to have an immediate repair done. I called MD Lillie to let them know what happened. They felt horrible, admitted they made an unintentional mistake of forgetting to screw something back on and asked me to come in so they could write me a full reimbursement of the work and a full refund of the work they had done.
