I thought I had a bad starter or battery. Turns out that I blew my engine. Western Auto Sales gave me time to get a tow truck for my car, and didnt charge me a storage fee. They had every right to. Ill use them in the future.

Waited inside the for office for about 20 minutes and still never seen a single human being. They were all working in the garage but did not have a receptionist at all, people kept walking by but no one stops. So I cannot rate their work, only their service. Which was bad at that specif time I was there on a Wednesday at 2pm

Great neighborhood shop on the West Side. They are very knowledgeable and they have been my preferred shop for several years. Very good prices and service.
