Not owned by AT&T, so they have a bit of an excuse for bad service. But they admirably uphold AT&T motto, We hate our customers, and when they come in for help, they have to call someplace else, and we cant help them with.

I had a difficult request regarding switching a number. They handled it promptly, politely, and efficiently - and without charge. Much appreciated.

Kim was very helpful and knowledgeable about the new Samsung Z Flip3. She also helped me save my sister some money by switching to AT&T from Metro PCS. Everyone in the store was helpful and cheerful.

Nate was extremely helpful and patient. I appreciate the information and help he provided. My experience was the best I have ever had in purchasing a new phone!

This company has so many different departments, nobody knows what is going on. If you call customer support, be prepared for a plethora of transfered called and repeating yourself.

Pulled up to ATT at 23 / ironwood in the middle of the afternoon on a Sunday, and I see an employee locking up to go to lunch. My guy, Sibi, not only opened the store back up, but laid out all my options for a phone replacement and got me set up in no time.Very consultative, thoughtful, and helpful. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I went to the store on ironwood 15 minutes before close. Nick Bucher was super kind and patient with helping me pick a phone & case. He even stayed over to make sure I was all set and had everything I needed. Awesome guy. Thanks man.

Yesterday night A young man by the name of Sibi help me, I came in looking to add two lines as business phones. He told me about opening a business account. I was able to get the phones I wanted and some great accessories to go with it! I can’t put into words how grateful I am to have such a helpful and informative salesman assisting me. I went to the store with my brother and was helped by Sibi who was extremely friendly, witty, and personable. We came to get wifi that we needed because of the pandemic and he cancelled commcast for us while we were in contract withoout fees!

We visited this AT&T store for the first time and Saul was greatly helpful and got us everything we needed and treated us very well even though he has many people walk in he treated everyone just as kind. I will definitely come back to this store with any concerns and for any new products. He was great!!

Saul did a great job, we came in to discuss possible upgrades and he offered lots of suggestions and advise including finding us offers and discounts. . During our visit his store became to fill and he demonstrated attentiveness to all customers including us. He will be our go to guy for our products.

Very helpful with my upgrade and they did a full account review to make sure I was on the most up to date plan! Helped save me enough to cover the cost of my upgrade and also add a new watch! Deffintly worth stopping in to make sure you are current on plans and deals.

Id much rather go to the AT&T store than call customer service. The staff in the store is very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Much better than calling customer service and speaking to people I can barely understand, getting transfered 3 or 4 times every time I call, and the majority of the times you call they cant help you any way. Ill go directly to the store to take care of my AT&T business from now on.

ATT had told us an estimated time when they were coming which was from 9-10 am. We got a text today that said they were coming from 11am-1pm. So we waited. 12:45pm we got another text saying they were not going to make it by 1pm. So we waited and they FINALLY showed up at 2:30. They took a look around and said they did not have the equipment to put in our new internet line and we have to call them in a week. They wasted our time in which we had plans for this day and the men essentially said there was nothing they could do. I’m wondering why they did not do the research and adequately plan for their trip to our home. Absolutely horrendous customer service and poor planning from loyal customers who use their company for our business and multiple homes we own.

Unprofessional, lack of knowledge, broken card machines (which apparently have been broken for a while). Demanded SSN number when it wasnt (legal?) for a prepaid card option. The lady didnt not know what was going on basically. I dont mess with AT & T and Im convincing my friend not to. Try a different prepaid option if you want to save money with your phone.

Sat here for an hour after walking in and telling them we needed an iPad. Then they get to me and tell me oh we don’t have any iPads in stock. I walked in and told them I was there to get an iPad and they still told me to have a seat and they’d be with me in a few minutes. Then they skipped me and helped someone else before me. Will not be coming back to this store.

No acknowledgement from staff when I walked in...there was only one associate working and there was a line. He spent 20 mins assisting one customer. He wasnt able to acknowledge others and say thanks for waiting, but he was able to check his phone...
