After paying full price for a phone, having horrible reception and terrible customer service, they switched their policy from 90 to 180 days before they will unlock my phone so that I can use it with a carrier that actually has service/signal in my residential neighborhood....Save your $, go to Cricket!!

Do Not, I repeat DO NOT get your cell phone service through MetroPCS. You will only get voice and any data service in a very small portion of michiana area. South of the bypass all the way to warsaw you will not have service. Once you get to Mayflower and ireland rd you Will Not have service. This is supposed to be T-Mobile network?? Yeah fhcking right. Its horrible. Ive been dealing with no service/ emergency calls only since july. So do not go to these scam artist.

Absolutly horrible service. Went to open an account only to have them cancel it the next day. Staff not willing to help with issue and redirect everything to customer services. Go to a different brance.

The girls were very nice and very knowledgeable. They allowed me to try my phone out for 7 days to decide if I liked it. Unfortunately, I had terrible service outside of South Bend/Mishawaka area. I would totally recommend it if you never leave South Bend. Download speeds of 35 Mbps. Very nice! Absolutely NO SERVICE in Bremen Indiana lol

Liars....They lied about the initial cost, they neglected to tell me that the coverage sucks everywhere. I returned the phone and the case I bought, then they told me I couldnt return the case. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone for any reason. Avoid the place like the plague it is!
