I had a wonderful experience at this Verizon store. All the team members were great. Matt R. went above and beyond to help me with my phone purchase. Not only was he very helpful, he was very patient and took the time to make sure everything was done meticulously. I cant thank him enough for taking care of me. I highly recommend this location!

Tyler was extremely helpful, and the rest of the staff was very nice as well. We know going in that its probably gonna take awhile when youre switching providers (from ATT) and phones but they made it an enjoyable experience.

My wife and I have worked with Jared a few times now at this location. He has been a great help to us and showed great passion and expertise with his work. They make you feel welcome and actually care about your situation. Would definitely recommend, in fact if your not at this location I would say your missing out on a great customer service experience.

Went in to upgrade one of my lines. Hector had done a good job with me a week earlier in upgrading another phone in my line. This particular night I had to get back to work so I authorized my girl to stay and upgrade her phone. Now I get these guys want good reviews and all. But since she had to also leave she left her phone there until her phone backed up. So I picked up later that night thinking everything was alright. She gets an email saying she wrote a review from the store( and she rarely leaves reviews). Meaning that Hector got in her phone and wrote a review for himself without her consent. I get that they want reviews but this is not the way to do it by invading privacy of others. Just ask your customers to leave you a good review if they feel like it. There’s no need to get into others phones and doing it yourself.

Came to this store looking to switch carriers. David was a great help to us and got us switched over to Verizon with no problems. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Anytime my family needs help with our phone service we will definitely be coming back to this location to see David! You should be proud of the excellent customer service he provides!

Great place to purchase a new phone! There was a computer issue that made activating my phone a little more difficult but Mick was very patient throughout the setup and I left with a new phone!Im a little concerned that my original post was simply great place to purchase a new phone! Hector is a top notch person. I had the worst time getting my phone replaced. But after many attempts and dealings with Asurion I finally got the correct one. Hes s honest, and very helpful. I tell everyone to go to Hector when they are using this Verizon. I think some of the larger stores dont give you the time of day. He is worth 5 plus stars.

Staff at this store was INCREDIBLY helpful, and was able to upgrade our 3 phones to top-of-the-line flagship phones at a significant discount. All told, I think we saved somewhere around $1500. Highly recommended!
