Brought in an old cell phone that the flip screen had broken off a few years ago. I had some valuable contacts on this and up to this point local repair shops, including verison, couldnt do anything with it. Checked with Miles Phone Repair, and they said they would check it out. When they called and informed me that they got it working, I drove to the repair shop. I was completely awed that they had basically rebuilt the phone from Spare parts that were in the shop. I had a really great experience with Miles. My laptop wasnt booting into Windows at all. I brought it in, and they called me a few hours later to tell me they checked it out and the problem was a damaged SSD. They pulled the SSD for me and the laptop started no problem. Took my macbook in on 10/17/2020 because it wouldnt turn on as if the screen went out. The following day i got a call from Miles telling me that my screen was fine and that all they did was unplug the internal wires and plug them back in and it was fixed, NO CHARGE ! 5 Stars for this business because they are honest people there, Which not too many businesses are anymore. Couldnt be more dissatisfied with the whole experience. I am convinced these reviews are paid for because both the service and repairs were beyond subpar.Called ahead and told them I needed a DC port repaired. I was told two days to order the parts then 1 to 2 days to finish the repairs. Called nearly a week later after not hearing from them. I had to initiate the phone call. They informed me that they just finished the diagnostic and would need to order a DC port. I specifically told them what I wanted fixed, so they obviously forgot about the repair and lied to me about needing to do a diagnostic; which somehow took them nearly a week.Then once I finally got my computer back nearly 2 weeks later the port was not put in correctly. Now the power cord needs to be plugged in at a very awkward and sharp angle. Would highly recommend you look for another place to do business.

My Samsung Galaxy S10+, got wet...and the charge port didn’t work. I was told by two pair shops here in Arizona, the repair involved replacing the motherboard, a nearly $600 repair! I sent it Miles, he replaced the port, and a charging chip and it’s good as new! Even with shipping, the cost was under $200, and took only a week door to door! I recommend Miles highly....he finds good solutions to problems!

My old laptop was finally broken due to a cracked screen which rendered it inoperable. Miles and Will took a look at it and offered me a range of options to most effectively fix my computer or recover my data to a new machine. Ultimately I decided on the second option, and they had my data (nearly a decades worth of info) transferred over to the new machine in a few hours at a reasonable price. They were very professional and they made the process very painless. I would highly recommend them!

Took my 2016 Macbook pro in to be repaired after the screen was damaged. They were able to identify the problem fairly quickly! Within a week they were able to order a new screen and repaired my mac at a very reasonable price! The staff were very friendly and helpful as well!I came here based on the great reviews, and even though it was a thirty minute drive, it was completely worth it! If I could have given a lower star I would have, my laptop wasn’t charging the best. I read reviews and decided to take it here. Well I didn’t get it repaired right away because it would take 3-5 days to get the part. I fully understand that, but what made me decide not to have it fixed it here is when I went to pick up my laptop the key board wasn’t snapped all the way back in. And now the charging port is worse then it was and won’t charge at all, I can’t even get the charger plugged it. So it in worse condition then when I took to a computer repair shop.

Based on the many positive reviews of this business, I took my android tablet in for repair as the screen began malfunctioning with white horizontal lines flickering on the display. When I brought the tablet in, the technician (Will) stated it was a problem they have seen and repaired many times before and stated it was most likely a defective screen. He further advised he would have it diagnosed at the very latest the next day and would call me with an estimate. After not hearing from him for one week (I suspect he totally forgot about my repair order and spaced it) I called to check the status of my tablet. After being placed on hold for a period of time Will advised the screen was in fact defective and needed to be replaced. After quoting an estimate, I agreed to the repair. Will stated he would order a new screen which would take a few days and would have the job completed by the end of the week. After not hearing from him by his stated time, I called regarding the status of my repair and was told the screen did not arrive and was given various lame excuses as to the delay. Will then affirmed the screen would arrive the following day and he would immediately repair it. Since he failed to contact me after several days I called him again. Will initially stated the screen came in and it would be replaced and the job completed the same date. Good enough. He subsequently called several hours later and left a message that the screen he ordered had a vertical surface scratch on it and he would discount the repair by $25. A short time later, his partner Miles called and said the new screen was actually defective (would not work) and needed to be reordered (obviously no communication between these two technicians). Given this conflicting information I went to the shop personally to discuss this repair job. Will provided various flimsy excuses for the protracted time it took to deal with this issue, then offered to deduct $25 off the repair bill if I accepted the screen with a scratch embedded on it. He then pivoted and stated the entire screen was actually defective and he would need to order a new one. My observation in discussing this issue with Will is that he appeared to be a deer caught in the headlights and danced around the entire issue, providing no viable answers to any of my questions regarding the repair of my tablet. Given my ongoing negative experience dealing with this business, plus Wills lame excuses and total lack of concern regarding my repair, I decided to cut my losses and took my tablet and cancelled the repair order.What was to take a day for an estimate and at most one week for a repair, ended up being a three week fiasco of nothing being accomplished, failure to follow through with return phone calls, misinformation, and the technicians not having a clue regarding the repair of my tablet.I will never again entrust any of my electronic equipment to these inept, disorganized and uncaring technicians. I do not recommend them.

Miles diagnosed a failing hard drive on my HP laptop and replaced it with a solid state drive. He loaded the operating system and other necessities and did it fast. I checked the price of the new drive on Amazon, Miles pretty much passed it through at cost and labor was very reasonable. About two weeks later I stopped in and Miles was happy to answer some questions and I really appreciate that. Its good to have a friend in the computer business.

They are awesome! Before this I sent my Mac to apple who only offers replacing. And then I sent it to Genius phone repair who asked for 2 weeks but still wasn’t able to fixed it at all. Then I sent it here. It only took him 2 days to fix my laptop and the price was very fair! Now my laptop works very well again! So in my opinion this is definitely the right place for repairing. Hope that I didn’t waste my time on the other stores. Recommend!

Took my sons PS4 pro there the fan sounded like a jet taking off, and they fixed it in just a few days took a little bit more time because of the holiday but it was done quickly and it works perfect. Would definitely go back and definitely recommend them.

I knocked my computer off the table and my thumb drive broke off. My world was on the thumb drive. I took it to another place and they tried but told me it was toast and no way to retrieve. I friend recommended Miles. I brought in the chip from the thumb drive (I am very thankful I did not throw it away.) to Miles and he wished the other place had left it in the broken thumb drive case because with the board he was pretty sure he good retrieve the info, but he said he would still try, even with just the chip. HE DID IT. He was able to retrieve all the data from the old chip. All my computer problems will go to Miles from now on.

The most convenient way to get your IPhone fixed! My IPhone 6s Plus completely died on me. Went to the local Apple Store and they diagnosed it has completely dead and offered to sell me another IPhone! I called Miles and dropped my phone off at 2pm and before 4pm my IPhone was completely fixed. Excellent service and great prices.

My late 2013 MBP was in need of a new battery. Apple would no longer replace the battery since the MPB was over 5 years old. I ran it over to Miles a few Saturdays ago and he assured me that he could get the job done by the next day, which was perfect for me since I needed it to teach on Monday. Better yet, he actually called me three hours later telling me the battery had been replaced and I was able to pick it up before they closed on the same day! So far the battery has been good. The price was right too, as it was about $25 dollars cheaper than other places I looked up.

This place is great. Ive brought my phone here twice and laptop here once, and been very happy with the service every time. The guys there are super friendly, they get the repairs done very quickly, and the costs are very reasonable. When they had to order a part for my phone, they even did a stopgap repair so that I could use my phone until the proper part came. I dropped my Samsung Galaxy s7 on the floor while I was at work (in town for training). Upon researching phone screen repair shops, Miles Phone and Computer Repair popped right up. Came in to get my phone repaired and they had it done perfectly within 20 minutes. They were friendly and knowledgeable. The store is sort of hidden and barren, so when I walked in I expected only an alright experience at best. However, they greatly surpassed my expectations doing a fantastic job with the repair quality and their service.

The owner “miles” was very rude to me and I got my screen replaced here and they messed it up nothing would work on the screen so they fixed it again and said they didn’t do it right the first time because they put a default screen on. I also purchased an expensive screen protector from here as well and my phone screen cracked with it on when I called miles and told him he said he was charging me full price, I don’t get a refund on the screen or protector and was sarcastic. I took My iPhone 8 in for a screen repair and the next day I picked It up good as new. Don’t waste your money on insurance. You break the screen and they fix it for the same price as you would pay the insurance company. Not to mention the 10 dollars plus a month you pay. When you do get a replacement phone it’s a piece of junk. Great people to do business with.

Sketchy and 3 hrs from home

Shattered my iPhone screen at 10:30 in the morning on a Sunday, pulled into the shop at 3 and left at 3:25 with a new screen. This is the 3rd screen Ive had replaced but the 1st time going to Miles. He was cheaper and faster than the other place Id gone, and he also found I was missing screws and an adhesive ring that the prior shop had neglected to replace during a previous install. The parts he used are also higher quality than the previous shop; color is better, no image blur, fitment is dead on, all things the other shop said there was just no fix for.Dont shop around, Ive done it for you, Miles is the place to go.

Computer stopped working one night. Old Macbook Pro which had served me faithfully for 6+ years and it was still running well up till this point. Took it to the Apple store and they pointed to a possible hard drive issue, but couldnt fix it since they didnt have parts for computers as old as mine. Their repair options didnt go much beyond a shrug and timid suggestions as to what may have caused it. They did recommend Miles Phone and Computer repair though, so I went and checked it out. Immediately upon describing the symptoms, the staff worker guessed what was causing the problem and was able to fix it in a couple of hours. Was very friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the computer for less than a tenth what buying a new mac book pro would cost. Im writing this review from the computer that was dead five hours ago. I had an unfortunate incident where I ruined my Apple MacBook pro keyboard with liquid (most expensive beer, ever?). Miles was able to replace the keyboard with an Apple part the SAME DAY I took it in. And, IT COST LESS THAN THE APPLE STORE DOING THE REPAIR. The service was much better than taking it to Apple Store, having it sent out, trying to work without a computer for several days, and then paying more for Apple to day it.
