I couldn’t order online what I wanted because Benton Harbor didn’t have a local store, but when I called the South Bend store, the lady said I could order by phone what I wanted and they would deliver to Benton Harbor. They got my order 100% correct, even down to the yellow color mug I requested!!!!! I’m extremely pleased and so was the recipient !!!!!💕

I couldnt be more pleased with this location. I had an arrangement delivered to Plymouth to a customers rural address. I received a call from their driver stating that nobody was home nor did anyone answer their call at the house. The driver said that they could deliver it on Saturday and I just needed to find out when they would be home. I was concerned that the delivery wouldnt be possible when I was told my customer would only be home until noon on Saturday. I callled the Edible Arrangements store in South Bend at 5:45 pm and spoke to a very pleasant employee who said that the delivery wouldnt be a problem at all. I offered to pay an additional delivery charge but was told it wasnt necessary. Today I received a delivery confirmation email at 12:00 pm! This level of customer service is almost never experienced anymore. I really wished I could remember the delivery drivers and store workers names because THEY made a great impression and set examples of what great employees are! I will use this location whenever I can. Great job Edible Arrangements and thank you!
