My kids all got halloween costumes, still plenty to choose from. I just wish the multiple workers that were there that day were much more professional. They were almost actively unhelpful...

Not enough check out lanes. I had to wait 1 hour to check out. Will shop another store that has lanes open for customers for easy check out.

Almost impossible to find anything without searching online or finding an associate. Largest store Ive been to - lots of services inside. Food side is good.

Never any staff around & it has been this way long before Covid. People that work there are rude. My cashier never even said hello. She never spoke, then handed me and dropped it and never said sorry after I had to bend over in a dress & pick it up. This usually happens every time I go to Walmart, which is why I shop there no more than maybe 3 times a year.

More than enough cashiers. Short lines. What a nice change.

Contacted this sit 16 times in a day on a Tuesday and called every extension of the phone. The site never picked up. After an hour of trying to call mid day and going to the store directly. I was told by manager Jill and Rebecca and they told me that nobody at the store bothers to answer the phone on any extension in any department because youre busy to answer the phone, and if I ever want to check on something at the store such as my order being ready for pickup I have to drive into the store anyway to check. I was then told to come back tomorrow to check and see if it was ready again, because the site refuses to answer their phone.

Never any lanes open. But you got employees putting stuff away all over the store. Just wish at least one of them could be checking people out. Learn my lesson when I come here.

Ive been to a few different locations and from what Ive seen this particular one is the best one in the northern area and Michiana. The shelves are more organized and actually stocked. The selection in my opinion is the best and more stylish than the other ones Ive gone to.

Decent place, well stocked, staff was friendly that I associated with, only down fall is Understaff, so lines are long at check out. And this funky cart with its own hair do. Otherwise pretty good.

That Walmart is a really nice Walmart and the people are so much more friendly than those at the Ireland Walmart.

The Murphy gas station employee is a jerk.. we stopped at 7:36 to fuel up three school buses.. while another driver was finishing fueling my bus I went to ask to use the restroom because I couldnt wait.. the cashier refuse to allow me to use the restroom because he said it was already locked for the night and that he was about to close??!! At 7:38 p.m.? I told him we just feel free school buses and all I needed to do was go pee could I please just go pee..He still stayed out of it and absolutely refused allow me to use the bathroom...Im sorry but thats just human decency or a lack of.... Even if he was at closing time it wouldnt have taken 2 seconds to allow me to use the restroom.. for this dear Murphys you get a zero.SMH

Only one lane open and its the Express 20 items only. Self check out is open but you have to use a card to pay absolutely no cash. The selves are pretty much empty. If you need something from there I would recommend curbside pickup, as that seems to be going good.

Shopping was great, the only down side was lack of cashiers open to check people out.The staff was super friendly and apologized for the delay. STAFF = 5, Management = 0

I have been using their grocery delivery service. Though they do a pretty good job, their shoppers need to be educated. They arent aware that a balloon shaped bag of lettuce is caused by gas generated by lettuce rotting! Ive received strawberries with white mold over 50% of the box. You cant tell me the shopper cant see that much mold. Numerous times, they have just eliminated items - theyre supposed to offer substitutions. 3 times I have tried to make a BLT. 2 times they eliminated the lettuce, once the tomatoes. This started in June. Its August 16th and I still havent had my BLT! Received 5 lbs of rotten potatoes last week. So, be warned: if you use their delivery service, youre playing Russian roulette! Good luck!

Disregard for public/associate safety during a pandemic, plus a really poor product selection, are the main reasons I cant rate this Walmart location more than two stars. Since coming here in July 2020, associates and customers alike have not worn masks, sanitized their hands, etc - just generally done nothing to try to keep the environment safe and healthy for each other. Furthermore, the locations stock choices are awful. If you go to any other Walmart in Michiana you will find more variety of things to buy, and generally in a cleaner and better-presented store. It works for necessities, nothing else.

Honestly, everything about this store was broken. The store was not stocked, lines were a mile long, only five registers open, employees wandering around in a daze with no sense of urgency to do anything about it. I could practically hear the walls of the entire store screaming, We dont care about you!

The staff were cheerful and helpful. The store, however, looked like people had gone thru preparing for the apocalypse. This is the second time in 10 days we have been to this store. Both times complete sections had been stripped bare. Management needs to work on getting product on the shelves.

I was on the phone for an hour trying to figure out if they had a product I was willing to drive to get, but I fought hard to even talk to anyone still no answers they fail at customer service for the phones, busy or not I called over 15 times. Its not right to fight to see if they have something Id check online but thats never promising. They will NEVER see our service.

Definitely not enough employees working here. Only Two lanes open full of customers every shopping cart corral is completely full of carts with carts scattered all around them.

Unfortunately, many times, there is only one cashier open with the self check out so the lines are ridiculously long. But throughout the store there will be numerous employees working their department but I feel they need to train everyone on the register so that these departments can help out to get the lines down faster. The bathroom at the back of the store is a lot nicer and cleaner than the front one.

No carts at all at the entrance. I had to walk out to get a car. I should have left then.Employee doing nothing as soon as you enter the store. Check out lines that go for ever. This is Sunday night, everyone knows that Sundays people are getting ready for the week. For some unknown reason walmart has the worst Check out experience. Im talking all the stores. Other chains stores have figured out that at Check out is when you make the money. You dont make money when someone has to leave a shopping cart full of groceries because they could not check out. I dont know who manages this stores but they need to get some training on how to get people out of the store fast. They should bring Aldi employees to train theirs. Very disappointing and a waste of time.

2 employees just wondering around the front door....not one cart for new shoppers to use. Young and old shoppers walking into store only to have to go back out into parking lot to find their own carts!!

Dont like card only self checkout and then long LONG lines. Store shelves empty... I couldnt even shop delivery because everything was out of stock..🙄

I went to my local Walmart where we go right across to my house to buy some stuffs and even though we love Pepsi Zero and I got a good feeling that this is the best drink I ever had in my entire life it was very impressive. But some registers aren’t still even reopening yet but I didn’t ask one of those workers all I have to do is wait until this spread of COVID-19 is over.

Walmart is not a professional tire store, they have out dated tire machines. I bought 4 tires online, went to SB store to have mounted and balanced, after all most two weeks of waiting they didnt have the 4 tires I ordered. They only had 3, so I had them order the 4th and send to Indy store because Im moving. I watched tire hands struggle with each tire on their machine, then had, what seemed like and impossible time getting them to seal on the bead. Hands gave them back to me as I brought them in lose. And all 3 of my aluminum rims had scratches and nicks in them. I stated this to workers and they said Walmart a multi million dollar company wont buy good machines. Then once I got them home to put them on my truck, I had to add 10 - 14 lbs. of air and they never gave me my caps back.Never again, my 4th tire I will have someone else mount and balance.

Horrible experience!!So I went through self checkout. Rang everything up. Didnt realize I rang up a pair of pants twice. Got the wrong size anyway. Went right back to Walmart to correct the issue. I was told by the man at the front door that costumer service was closed due to staffing and I would need to go to a line to have this exchanged and refunded. I then stood in line for 45 minutes for the 1 line that was open to be told that they cant exchange it and I would need to return the next day. Even tho the pants where rang up twice on accident I was told that I would need to purchase the exchange or come back tomorrow. I then asked to speak to a manger and was informed that they had no manager on duty. What store doesnt have a manager on duty? Long story short Im calling corporate. Walmart you need to get it together.

I like it much much better than I do Myers, your prices are reasonable most of the time, I do shop there a lot especially for my granddaughters clothing, you just need more cashiers, otherwise I like to shop there!!....

The lines are absolutely terrible. I got a electronic I was forced to check out there and wasnt allowed to ring up my other stuff so I had to pay sales tax twice and wait in the stupid long lines because you wont open up lines. Next time wont even bother

Generally I hate big super stores. But I did find a great deal on a Ninja Foodi 7 in 1 cooker, air frier, pressure cooker, and so much more! I freaking love this thing! Look at these ribs! Perfect for a small family or 1-2 ppl. Great for any frozen snack foods to complete meals in 1 unit. Everyone needs to buy 1 of these for yourself and 1 for a friend!

Horrible they have no limit to sports cards and Pokemon... Never have a specific time they do it . Its always some spontaneous time and its always the same person always getting all the stuff. I swear the vendor that distributes the cards lets home know shes going to stock. Just a mess and not helpful. They have 50 lanes but only have 2 open and the line wraps around the 🌎.

Its a well stocked super center. We got what we needed. Very convenient when traveling. This was a busy store on Saturday but well staffed and checkout was efficient and fast moving.

Generally well stocked, neat and clean. This location is better than Grape Rd/Indian ridge location in my opinion.Customer service varies, but in my opinion I have had more good interactions than bad at this location.Curbside pickup is a nice addition, although if the store is busy, I have also had to wait longer on my order, even if the app says the order is ready.

Back up not enough help waiting in line 45 mins. Not me ill go else where fix the slowness an hire people who want to work juz not there for a paycheck.

The line in this place looked like Santa was due in that night, backed up to the clothing area which seemed to only have seen sales when those items hit the clearance rack. While clothing and grocery remained stocked the rest of the isles looked picked clean. Unless South Bend all got their tax refunds and stimulus checks they had to have had recently had issue receiving deliverys.

Most Horrible Experience !! I left my cart worth almost$200.00 & walked out. The cashier was rude, very clueless about running a register, being polite, & should Not be in the front of the store because You will keep losing customers !! It was HORRIBLE!

They usually have what you need,and the checkout was efficient, as l had less than 20 items . . Plenty of staff, if you need any help ! They did not have 1 of the items I was going to get, hence 4✨

This walmart is a typical Walmart.The employees are not particularly knowledgeable or helpful. But they seem decently nice.The bathrooms are pretty gross.

We accidentally left half of our groceries one day and hot home before we realized. We have a newborn so it was a hectic evening. Husband went back and they let him go on his honor to get the rest of the things we left behind! Glad for the checkout cashier that evening!

This is my local walmart, always clean, friendly and helpful staff, easy store set up makes finding the essentials quick and easy, I advise this walmart over other local (30 miles) branches. It has a Dominos inside, and usually does not have much wait for the money center/costumer service.

They always have the most choices in stock, and they seem to run out of items a bit or less, unless some panic buying occurs hahaCant say Ive ever had a bad experience with this store. WalMart is also paying higher wages for people looking, and I think thats fantastic on the company

It’s not the best, but I guess it’s not the absolute worst. Missing items, things in disarray, etc. Looks like a place where employees don’t care.

This store is disgusting. It is dirty, nothing stocked and the checkout lanes are absolutely RIDICULOUS. Never more than 2 lanes open at peak times. Have rude employees every time I go there. I avoid this store always. I have asked many times who the manager is and no one can tell me.

The staff is very helpful. Even though they are understaffed, you can still find someone for assistance when needed. I wish more check out lanes were open but they just dont have the personnel for it. I still find almost every item I am looking for when I go into the store.

Friendly and informative workers help you find things. However in the front there were only two check-outs open and probably 10 to 15 people with full carts lined up to purchase their items.

This used to be a go-to staple for late night shopping but I think theyve really taken advantage of covid with out having to pay so many employees so many hours during times when theyre not busy and boy do they try to rush you out the door when closing time gets near. people at the checkout were very helpful though Id give them that

One of my favorites. Heading home to Elkhart or as I go thru, I always stop to pickup goods for the truck. I actually plan to try home delivery.I park my truck away from cars, do my shopping, and gone. It can be a little crowded at checkout, like most stores as people are slowly coming back to work. I prefer night time, if my load scheduling permits.

Walmart got the Curbside Delivery Down pretty good..except same Guy loading Groceries is the same guy answering the phone so when I called them to bring my stuff out no one answered the phone...

I don’t usually go to the Walmart on Ireland but since I was near the the Ireland Walmart I figured I’d go in and see how different it looked compared to a few years ago when I was in there. I was pleasantly surprised with friendly greeters and the store was very clean plus I noticed how well they were stocked on hand sanitizer and I’m a big fan of using hand Sanitizer even before COVID-19 I had hand sanitizer all over my house and in my car. The bathrooms were very clean as well.

I went through .com for my car audio. Big let down. Customer service stepped up big more than once.

Its Walmart. Exactly what you would expect. No different from every other Walmart in america.Cluttered aisles of merchandise haphazardly strewn about, 2 cashier lanes with about 8-10 people waiting to check out, self checkout with a line 15 people deep.

Outstanding. The staff is very courteous. Im almost 60 years old. And the only unpleasant rexpirents Ive ever had is usually the same one. Not enough cash registers open. I have had to wait as long as 30-40 minutes to go through at check out. I understand alot of it is due COVID. And individuals not wanting to come back until they no its safe. Thank you to the owners of Walmart.

The store was not too busy when we were shopping but was able to buy some of the items that we searched for. As normal, very few lanes open at this location but I ignored it, like we were in a Third world country shopping.All in all, not a bad experience.

Costume jewelry was almost bare. Store was full with not many registers open, even self check was overly packed and some registers were malfunctioning.

For a grocery store its pretty okay. Big selection of items. Service is pretty good and they have decent prices. But it can get really crowded depending on the day, therefore making service a lot slower. What can I say...Its a grocery store.

They have bed bugs. And almost managers are aware and plan to do nothing about it. Think twice before you shop at this location For clothing or electronics

I get that everyone wants to get their oil changed on Saturday....but when theres a 4 to 5 hour wait just for a oil change....maybe its time to add more employees?

The employees at this Walmart are very helpful and courteous. I dont often have to ask for help because I use their app to find things but when I do, they walk me right to the item instead of pointing and explaining. I shop here often.

Long lines everywhere: self checkout line reached to the deli/produce area; the cash register lanes had 4-5 full cart customers each; customer service line was long too, half hour wait. Shelves were a mess, random items strewn about.

Was in there today and went to use the restroom, a worker in there named Betsy thinks it’s okay to yell at customers saying the bathroom is closed when their wasn’t anything blocking nor a sign that stated it was closed. It’s very unprofessional for Walmart to have employees who can’t show good customer service and use vulgar language on shift. Will not stop at this Walmart ever again.

Every time I go in their the employees are very rude and always on their phones in the middle of isles and the same kid stops me every single time I go out the door asking to see my receipt even tho all my stuff is in bags iv gone off on him multiple times because others literally walk out with carts of non bagged items and didnt stop them...
