Always find there vintage items for great price. They also carry paint which is handy since we are renovating our 🏠.

I visit quite often. There are good deals to be had there. However, some items are way overpriced and some are just misplaced landfill material! Purchased a full size bed frame recently. It was $40 but they were running a 50% sale, so $20! Good deal and nice quality frame.

Prices have gone way up over the years, almost to the point of full retail. Its just easier to go to Lowes.Every once in a while you can come across a decent deal, but dont count on it

Extremely high prices for donated goods. You could pretty much go to Walmart and find better deals . Out of the three that are in the area this one is the least friendly and the most expensive. Avoid if you are looking for good deals .

Love this Restore! This one is smaller then the mishawaka one... BUT... if you have an old house... you will like this one better!Have found antique solid brass eastlake door knob sets with the spindle!Boxes of tile, great antique furniture, a huge stack of bluestone patio pieces, antique mirrors, antique lights, antique solid wood & glass doors.

I have found several good items at the Re-store in the past, and based on those previous shopping trips I would have rated them at least 4 stars. However, this particular trip on Saturday proved disappointing. They have LVT floating floor that they PURCHASED from another vendor (this flooring was NOT donated to them) and they are now re-selling it at the same retail price that I can get around the corner even with their 25% off sale on flooring that they had going on.Why buy it here when I could get it at Menard for the same price with a warranty and financing options??? Even Lowes is only another $300.00 for this same flooring, and they have more color selections, warranty and financing options.I want to support Habitat and have both donated to them as well as purchased from them, but if theyre getting into the retail pricing area why bother?#shameonyouHabitat #buyerbeware #doyourresearch #shoparound

Staff here are patheitc and rude. I bought doors and a pallet of tile and asked for help to my car and 3 employees sat at the desk doing nothing while I struggled to load porcelain tiles, doors onto a cart to take them to load in my car. I asked for help but they never stopped talking to come assist. I will never purchase here again. Its sad how patheitc the employees are here.

A good place to find random items for construction and remodeling.

Ka

Prices tend to be quite high on some items. For example, $30 for a beat up, not refinishable end table. There were many over priced similar items. Im willing to pay more at a charity store but this was unrealistic.

Ry
Review №94

Love the mission of this place, but the new refrigerators were listed at $200 more than Home Depot. Not everything is a deal, but at least its going to a good cause.

Gi
Review №95

Mostly sells building materials, although it has a large section of office furniture. If youre on a budget and have a project you need basic supplies for, it doesnt hurt stopping in to see what they have, as there are occasionally deals in that regard - but a lot of their prices and the quality of the products leave something to be desired. While things like toilets, doors, flooring and basic supplies are usually priced reasonably, nothing else typically is. Desks that should have been thrown out and sofas that would be free on craigslist sit there for months; unless youre in an absolute hurry, auctions, craigslist and even other thrift shops are way more affordable and probably would sell you something in better shape.Even things like doors and sinks are often beaten up or gross, and god forbid its old; a cracked, MCM pink sink with hard water stains will be priced at $80+ because its vintage. Old, peeling, rusted, broken medicine cabinets will similarly be deemed vintage instead of garbage. The rest of their items (the occasional halloween decoration or plate) are frequently broken and over priced as well.Still, they get some props for the occasional good deal - like the bins of cheap books they sometimes have, the infrequent cheap record player that works, etc.
