This was the worst trip ever After shopping for almost an hour we got everything on our list get ready for check out wondering why the line is not moving stood there about 10 minutes why are they not checking anyone out ? Maybe they should open a different lane they could get it moving that is when another customer says that they are waiting for the server to start working they could not check anyone out but not one employee said anything about it just let everyone stand in line so the basket I had full I pushed up the closed check out lane and walked out saying as loud as I could this store is messed up they could keep all of the items and have fun restocking it all. Seriously cant get a calculator and start counting the items in the carts charge for the 6% tax put it in a lock box and do at least the cash payments figure it out people its not that hard. Get a better system or at least make an announcement to customers and close the store .

Although the employee was wonderful....he was the only cashier in the store, and had about a mile long line

A register was opened and I was the specific next person because everyone else had a cart full. Very, Very Nice of the cashier.

Always my number ONE store to shop! I love the employees here. Always kind and they always keep their store clean.

I dont shop here frequently, but sometimes I think its good when I need to get some cheap paper plates or a pack of sponges or whatever. Went a few weeks ago to see a sign on the window reading Masks required, no exceptions! Needless to say, I didnt go in. At this point, there were no mask mandates, or even local recommendations for indoor mask wearing. The times I have gone in there, the store is always a mess and the employees never seem happy or friendly (I probably wouldnt if I had to work there either).

The staff there today was absolutely amazing sat May 29th they were extremely nice and very friendly and helpful very cheerful and honest if you had a question about an item the staff new exactly where it was on the shelves. This store was nice and neat and almost all the isles were open free of clutter, needless to say I would drive out of my way to shop at that store.

The store is a hot mess because they have no employees and theres one man faithfully in their stocking daily bless his 💜 and due to other reasons affecting our resources and economy, the store doesnt have a very good selection right now.

They dont close until 8pm why are you closing at 3pm.

Edit: Im a DT fanatic. So yes, maybe long lines could be worked on. Staff is friendly. Its not the worse one Ive been in, but its closest to me. Id love to see a craft corner there. I understand stocking is harder here to find craft items. Overall not bad, and will be back...please note lines are extremely long. Im guessing thats probably due to low staff.

Place is always dirty and a mess inside and out. Older cashier name started with an E did not speak at all until after transaction. Even lifted card reader to get me to select if I wanted a printed receipt without talking. Didnt tell me my total. What awful customer service. Get another job if you dont like the public

Worst dollar tree, woman thats says she is manager is rudest ever and always on the phone. I complained to her about the line and she told me to fill out an application and shed hire me. Always one cashier and a long line even though corporate says if there is more than three in line they are to call for backup cashier.

The entire store and parking lot was an absolute dump, unsafe disaster area in every single isle. An embarrassment to all Dollar Tree establishments. I will never shop there again.

The dirtiest and most bare shelves DT Ive ever been in no matter the time of year.Not only does the store smell like weed, but so do the younger employees.I worked for DT when I was younger and I know how hard it can be to stay stocked with limited staff, but its always like this.

This is my local dollar tree and every time I go there the people ask if I found everything ok. I give an honest answer. Today when I was asked I gave an honest answer again, this time the cashier, sherise, actually went and found the item I was looking for. It took her 3 mins and she even brought me options! She made my trip better and made me feel important to them. I will definitely come here instead of walmart when I need the items I am looking for, I know if they dont have it they will tell me where the best proced place it will be. So far though Ive found exactly what I needed except this one time and sherise was so helpful and kind, she didnt make me feel stupid for not seeing it on my own. Thank you to sherise for making my experience better and my day complete with the items you found for me!

I absolutely love my dollar tree just dont appreciate rude and very snide comments from a store manager..Always rude to customers and even the poor employees...i feel bad god bless the sweet girl at the counter with the edgy haircut though shes my favorite.

Dollar tree is so.. helpful to everyone of us that go there to shop.Thank you for getting new things coming into the store, that we had not ever expected to see being available in the dollar Tree store.

Very good selection of items for a dollar each. Particularly good for party supplies and kitchen items. I doubt my $1 can opener will last as long as the $6 one at another store, but three of them will last longer and be half the price!

The two ladies on the floor were SPECTACULAR!!! they remembered there was only two left of the product i was looking for... And they searched for 5 mins trying to find it, even though i told them not to worry about it.... The cashier on the other hand... I had to wait about 3 mins for her to even get to the the register... And then she stood there for another 2 or 3 mins playing on her cellphone... Even though i was standing about a foot away from her in PLAIN SIGHT!!!!

Missing one star because there is only one cashier most times. Other than that I love the place in the same means I get over other stores.

Every item in this store is $1 or less. Some products are not normal name brands, but a lot are. You can get good products for a reasonable price. For thrifty shoppers, this is a great store to frequent. It can give Aldis, Kroger and Wal-Mart a real challenge. I have observed there is usually a Dollar Tree in the same mall or location as a Wal-Mart, a super market like Kroger or Super Target, which makes it very convenient to get items Dollar Tree doesnt carry.

It does what a true dollar store is supposed to do. They sell cheap products that I dont like, that dont retain value and still somehow getting out of the store feels like it takes forever. I dont go here.

It really needs to cleaned up do much stuff setting around in boxes hard to get around and this is the only dollar tree Ive gone into a couple of them in the last couple weeks and its getting worst management really needs to check on their stores
