I ordered 2 puzzles, one for my grandson and one for my nephew. I misread the part about characters. I thought it was asking about actual characters not letters for the name. I paid for my order and was contacted by the company. They informed me of the erra. I needed to send more money or cancel my order. That was fine didnt want to spend double what I paid. I cancelled the order. The company only gave me $2.00 out of the $49.20 that I spent. Not good business at all.

We received a name puzzle as a gift, and it’s perfect for my daughter to learn how to spell her name. The pegs to hold the pieces are thin and long enough for her to easily hold, and the entire piece is extremely well made. I love that this is made in America, and it made me smile that it’s clear that the makers take pride in their work. The card inside with the people in the company’s names was a fantastic and personal touch. I’ll definitely be buying puzzles as a gift for others in the future!

Quality products. We have purchased there puzzles and they are by far the head and shoulders above others out there. It is obvious they take a lot of care in what they offer. Highly recommend.

My son received a name puzzle for his birthday and it was by far his favorite present! Fast forward to about a month later and our puppy got ahold of one of the letters and it was not salvageable. I reached out to South Bend Woodworks as a last ditch effort to see if I could purchase just a single letter. Mike got back to me within the hour and told me he would send one free of charge. I was blown away! This is the best customer experience Ive ever had. Mike saved the day and we will definitely be lifelong customers!
