Good customer service

A while back, my mother called twice and left information so someone could call her back regarding the purchase and installation of a garage entry door. After a few weeks, no one had returned her call; so she went to the store. A very kind and helpful gentleman at the desk showed her doors and took her name, address and phone number and said someone named Scott would call her regarding a garage door. It has been two weeks, and no return call has been received. If there is a waiting list or you are too busy at this time to install a door, a phone call could have been made.

Garret and the rest of the lumber fellas are great operators. They take time to talk with you and help you understand the products. Great customer service!

I purchased my entire new home construction package from Big C Roseland when I built my new home a few years ago. I am preparing to enclose a rear porch area and want to use Marvin Windows. Big C did a great job on my home, so I didnt hesitate to go to them for my window and door package. I called Big C, they said I had to talk to Scott and took my number. Three days later I finally received a return call, I understood....everyone is busy. I spoke with Scott Bunkleman (spelling?) and explained my project to him. I even went to the extent of sizing windows and giving him model numbers. He scheduled (2) separate visits to my home to quote my project (at his request). The first meeting he called me 10 minutes before he was to be at my home and said he was still an hour away. I understood, and rescheduled for exactly a week later. This meeting he just plain did not show up. I called the office in Roseland, he said he forgot. I took time off work for both of these meetings. Very disappointing, what a huge lack of customer service.

Great place for old style lumber. They have everything Lowe’s and Menards don’t carry

Prices are pretty normal. It would be good if the store associates would say hello and be more customer friendly.
