Dont go ordered a banana split got home there where no banana in it. Went the other day to get a sandwich. Was told they werent cooking anything today cause it was to hot in there. Really not cool will never go back there. Its sad this use to be a great dairy queen

Always a nice place to stop. The cashier Lexandra was so nice and friendly!! I love bringing my kids her for a nice treat and the store is clean also.

Best price for box of Buster Bars. Generous portion size. No burgers unfortunately! Had to go to Wendys after, cost nearly 3 X more than DQ deals!

This place has gone down hill... the speaker STILL doesnt work for the drive thru and hasnt for dang near 2 years so its super slow bc every order is taken at the window and today mine and my husbands blizzards were horrible. Mine was like a shake and they forgot the banana which threw off the taste. His had all the cookie dough and chocolate clumped at the bottom...smh. After today we are done with this location. The Niles is much better and not much farther.

I want to know why they only have 2 picnic tables, and 1 is literally in the shadow of the dumpster (peeeyew!). I would like this a lot more if it had 2-3 tables, all with umbrellas!Also, you can order the same thing over and over again, and it will never come out the same. The ice cream in the sundaes is pitifully small and makes the waffle bowl look huge. You also have to tell employees you want whipped cream, just as it appears in the picture. *sigh* Not going here anymore.

Im hooked on the cheese bites and the chili cheese dogs are the best.

Ok...Im dropping my rating from a 5 to a 3 star place and this is why...after a late start to the 2017 season they dropped thier signature items...HAND DIPPED Dilly Bars and Buster Bars! It was a thing in this area of South Bend. It was a known thing to get THOSE items at THIS tiny Dairy Queen. They have never served a full menu of cooked items at this location so at this point it is just as easy to drive another mile north and order from the brand new Dairy Queen in Niles just past the state line. This is a sad thing to disappear from the area and I hope the new owners will reconsider.

We were in line waiting a little over 5 minutes and the lights on the building went out. We stepped up to the window and they told my wife and I that they were now closed. I felt they should at least finish the line of people who were standing there patiently. It really looked bad for business and some walked away saying they will go to Niles for now on.I know when the owner turned it over to their family to run, it changed dramatically.Ive been coming here since I was a little kid. Now Im 55 and have some sentimental attachment to this Dairy Queen. But it only takes about 5 minutes more to get to the Niles DQ and they are just as friendly but I believe they wouldnt close the widow and shut the lights off while waiting to order. Kind of sad and mean.

The workers were really slow, didnt even put lids on our blizzards in drive through, and one of the workers when handing one of the blizzards to us said that he didnt know what kind it was because he didnt make it. (In the end, it ended up being the wrong blizzard when we got back home.) Would rather go to the Dairy Queen on either the South Side of town or the one next to Notre Dame than come back to this one.

Service was terrible. Slow. After placing our order for 2 small blizzards at the drive through, we had to repeat said order at the window. It was then yelled to girls at the machines. One blizzard was made incorrectly and had to be made over.

The one ( drive through) on 933 has gone down hill.. New owners need to get a clue...

No more hand dipped silly bars 😢 Much to my dismay, I stopped at this location for the signature hand dipped silly bars with the stumps in paper wrappers just like when we were kids and found that they no longer have them since it is under new management. I ended up having to wait a LONG time to place my order because the 1 staff person who was allowed to run the register was busy making food since they have added a ton of food items. Since there is another DQ just up the road with a full menu---why add it all here? It had the draw of being an old fashioned DQ. We dont need yet another of the cookie cutter corporate DQ!!!! I stopped to get my sick 6 year old his favor treat since he had a fever. He was SOOOOOO disappointed when I told him the news. I wont be back unless the hand dipped silly bars come back. I am sure I am not the only one who feels this way!!!!

Their intercom has been out for many weeks, and its hard to order many different things when you need to pull up by the window and it takes much longer. They really need to fix it.

Went to the one in Roseland worse service the girls were dropping the F bomb. Will not go back.
