The customer service is non-existent. Thin-skinned proprietor could not stand us making a single comment about another party’s actions. He refused to do anything to assist the situation, and we were falsely accused of being chronic complainers. We were, in fact, on-time payers, and that was our first complaint. Some people should not be in the business of dealing with the public. We vacated, of course.

Horrible operation when it comes to customer service and serving their customers. Wife had a storage unit and hired movers, movers damaged a yellow pole. Damages were around 2600 supposedly and owner refuses a payment plan, requires a monthly payment, won’t allow her in the unit and still has to pay the lump sum for damages made by moving company.

Not fancy but Secure Storage. Pleasant management.

Clean, well kept secure storage facility. Friendly and helpful management. Easy to get to, and fair prices. I highly recommend.
