Sat there over an hour with a flat tire. When they finally got to it, decided they didnt have correct tire. Typical Penske.

First off, just let me say WOW! That showroom was incredible. All the latest Penske models on display. Free flutes of glutton free motor oil while you wait in their upscale waiting room. Flat screen tv, pool (billiards for the lay people). And a complimentary key chain. I think its 24 carrot platted. Very swanky. My only gripe would be that they took longer on repairs than what was quoted, but the free Penske logo bath towels made up for that. I would highly recommend their seafood plate.

Couldnt get fuel on labor day . They were open but no service person to pump fuel . Trucks are still running regardless of the holiday .

I left Wisconsin early afternoon and was experiencing some abnormal shifting in my freightliner Cascadia. I was heading east toward New England, my home .I called my home base Penske truck center and described the symptoms. They recommended I get it into the nearest Penske service Center to be looked at. The nearest one on my route was South Bend Indiana so I called ahead and talked to Don, a technician. I described the situation to Don and he said he can’t guarantee he can fix it immediately, but he can at least take a look at it and make a determination whether or not I can continue on and make it back home. Don had it diagnosed within minutes but could not fix it at the time. Most likely a corroded wire to a wheel speed sensor at the rear. He said I should be able to make it back so off I went.. their facility was only a couple minutes off the interstate and I was in and out of there within 35 minutes. He told me exactly what I wanted to hear. I give this man and the facility he works at a five star rating because of his expert knowledge and speedy diagnosis of my problem.

Trip was a disaster, but they made everything easier wherever they could. Even paid for my hotel room when the brand new truck broke down. It Only had 30k mileage on it.

Penske is by far,the best Truck Rental Company in America!!! My experience with them was SUPER SATISFYING!!! Kudos to TYLER, one of the Supervisors in South Bend, In. He was such a great help to me!  I rented 2 trucks one way from Kent, Wa to South Bend, In & from South Bend to Little Rock, Ar all within 2 weeks. (An estimated total of roughly 2,900 miles) I feel that I was valued, respected & appreciated as a customer. The gentlemen @ Kabelin Ace Hardware were also very professional & courteous in South Bend. Thanks guys!

Penske gave me a good price. They didnt have the van available, so they upgraded my vechile for the same price. The employees at the southbend location were very nice to me and professional. I definitely would go back to them again. Thank you guys.

We rented a sleeper from this location April 7, 2017 and returned it April 14, 2017. We paid a weekly rental fee and a deposit which I know is standard. The deposit was $2,000.00, I was expecting the deposit to be returned to the credit card, once the rental was returned and everything was good. I called a couple of weeks later to inquire about my deposit and was told deposits were mailed by check. (I have rented from other Penske locations and deposits were put back on the credit card it was charged). I have called this location several times and have not been able to find out when they plan on returning my deposit. Today June 5th, 2017 I received mail from them, expecting this to be deposit being returned; but it is a bill for some type of monthly charge. I am one pissed off customer and will never use them again and I would not recommend them to anyone.
